Abstract

本发明涉及吲哚丁酸钾类牛大力生根组合物,包括浸种用生长调节剂、秧苗期生长调节剂和生长期生长调节剂;浸种用生长调节剂其重量百分比组成为:芸苔素内酯,吲哚乙酸,异戊烯腺嘌呤,琼脂,氨基寡糖素,乙醇,复硝酚钠,多菌灵,乙醚,海藻提取物,维生素B1、维生素B6,维生素E,葡萄糖,余量为水;秧苗期生长调节剂其重量百分比组成为:芸苔素内酯,多效唑,赤霉素,胺鲜酯,乙醇,多菌灵,乙醚,余量为水。本发明提供吲哚丁酸钾类牛大力生根组合物,能够提高牛大力产量及品质。

吲哚丁酸钾类牛大力生根组合物
技术领域
本发明属于植物栽培技术领域,具体涉及吲哚丁酸钾类牛大力生根组合物。
背景技术
牛大力为崖豆藤属美丽崖豆藤的块根,具有舒筋活络,清热止咳,润肺滋肾等功效,分布在中国广西、广东、海南、台湾、贵州和东南亚,是一种具有良好保健功效的药食两用植物。近年来,由于以牛大力为主要原料生产的壮腰健肾丸、强力健身胶囊等多种中成药,在市场上销量不断增加,导致对其原料的需求量也急剧增加,野生牛大力药材成濒危品种,人工种植牛大力成为必然趋势。目前,牛大力种植面积约3万亩,按每亩种600株苗计,需要1800万株幼苗。由于牛大力的花期和果期均较长,同批采收的种子成熟度不一致,导致牛大力种子发芽极不整齐,有一个月内发芽的,也有半年后发芽的,且发芽率较低,平均在42.5-61.25%之间。
与牛大力组培苗和扦插苗相比,用牛大力种植繁殖的种苗,生长快速、种植头一年直径已有手指大,即形成膨大的主块根(薯块),种子繁殖苗人工种植牛大力的最佳选择。但目前市面上牛大力种子育苗都是小规模进行,加上种子发芽率低和发芽不整齐,难以满足市场的大规模需求。因此,本发明对满足牛大力种子繁殖苗的市场需求有重要的实际意义。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是解决至少上述问题和/或缺陷,并提供至少后面将说明的优点。
为了实现根据本发明的这些目的和其它优点,提供了吲哚丁酸钾类牛大力生根组合物,其组成包括α-萘乙酸钠、吲哚丁酸钾、复硝酚钠、壳聚糖、双咪唑烷基脲、高吸水树脂和黄腐酸;其特征在于:各部分的重量为:α-萘乙酸钠10-30份;吲哚丁酸钾10-30份;复硝酚钠10-30份;壳聚糖5-15份;双咪唑烷基脲2-7份;高吸水树脂6-20份;黄腐酸2-8份,其余为水。
本发明更进一步改进方案是,所述α-萘乙酸钠的浓度为98%。
本发明更进一步改进方案是,所述α-萘乙酸钠、吲哚丁酸钾、复硝酚钠、壳聚糖、双咪唑烷基脲、高吸水树脂和黄腐酸的各部分的重量比为:10∶10∶10∶5∶2∶6∶2。
本发明更进一步改进方案是,所述α-萘乙酸钠、吲哚丁酸钾、复硝酚钠、壳聚糖、双咪唑烷基脲、高吸水树脂和黄腐酸的各部分的重量比为:30∶30∶15∶7∶20∶8。
本发明至少包括以下有益效果:
第一、本发明的生根组合物,药剂比例和浓度组配简单,易于操作;
第二、α-萘乙酸钠是一种广谱性植物生长调节剂,能够促进细胞分裂,诱导不定根形成,并具有调节生长、促进生根、抽芽、开花、防止落花落果、促进早熟、增产等作用;吲哚丁酸钾也是一种促生根类植物生长调节剂,能够促进细胞分裂,诱导形成不定根,表现根多,根直,根粗,根毛多的特点;复硝酚钠是一种强力细胞赋活剂,与植物接触后能迅速渗透到植物体内,促进细胞的原生质流动,提高细胞活力;高纯度α-萘乙酸钠纯度在98%以上,含有少量水分,不含有其它有机杂质,因此在它有效使用浓度范围内一般不会对作物产生药害。

实施例1:
吲哚丁酸类牛大力生根组合物,其组成包括α-萘乙酸、吲哚丁酸、壳聚糖、双咪唑烷基脲、高吸水树脂和黄腐酸的各部分的重量比为:10∶10∶10∶5∶2∶6∶2。
使用以上组合物,生根率提高20%。
实施例2:
吲哚丁酸类牛大力生根组合物,其组成包括α-萘乙酸、吲哚丁酸、壳聚糖、双咪唑烷基脲、高吸水树脂和黄腐酸的各部分的重量比为:30∶30∶15∶7∶20∶8。
使用以上组合物,生根率提高40%。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用。它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域。对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改。因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的实例。

1.吲哚丁酸钾类牛大力生根组合物,其特征在于:其组成包括α-萘乙酸钠、吲哚丁酸钾、复硝酚钠、壳聚糖、双咪唑烷基脲、高吸水树脂和黄腐酸;其特征在于:各部分的重量为:α-萘乙酸钠10-30份;吲哚丁酸钾10-30份;复硝酚钠10-30份;壳聚糖5-15份;双咪唑烷基脲2-7份;高吸水树脂6-20份;黄腐酸2-8份,其余为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吲哚丁酸钾类牛大力生根组合物,其特征在于:所述α-萘乙酸钠的浓度为98%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的吲哚丁酸钾类牛大力生根组合物,其特征在于:所述α-萘乙酸、吲哚丁酸钾、复硝酚钠、壳聚糖、双咪唑烷基脲、高吸水树脂和黄腐酸的各部分的重量比为:10∶10∶10∶5∶2∶6∶2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的吲哚丁酸钾类牛大力生根组合物,其特征在于:所述α-萘乙酸、吲哚丁酸钾、复硝酚钠、壳聚糖、双咪唑烷基脲、高吸水树脂和黄腐酸的各部分的重量比为:30∶30∶15∶7∶20∶8。
