[0003] 现有气体的净化装置多为活性炭吸附净化器,由于吸附的选择性和受容量的限 制,使用不当容易产生二次污染,净化效果不甚理想,随着光催化技术的发展,一些新兴空 气净化设备开始出现,但是光催化氧化技术将有害气体催化氧化后,却产生了二氧化碳气 体,虽然二氧化碳对人体无害,但是在密闭环境中,二氧化碳气体浓度上升,氧气浓度下降, 随着缺氧的加重,人会渐次出现意识模糊,全身皮肤、嘴唇、指甲青紫,血压下降,瞳孔散大, 昏迷,最后因呼吸困难、心跳停止、缺氧室息而死亡。

[0005] 本发明的技术方案为:一种气体净化转化装置,包括进风口 1、过滤网2、风机3、光 催化模块4、氧气发生模块5、出风口 6。
[0006] 本装置过滤网2位于进风口 1与风机3中间,分为初效过滤网与高效过滤网,初效过 滤网设置在下方,为活性炭滤网,当离心风机工作时对吸入的空气中的大颗粒物及霉菌、毛 发等进行初过滤;高效滤网设置在初效过滤网的上方,为PTFE高效滤网,比表面积大,风阻 小,容尘量大,使用时间持久,对空气中的PM2.5、花粉、烟尘、细菌等进行有效过滤。此两级 滤网均可自由拆卸更换,安装方便,避免了二次污染。
[0007] 本装置的风机3采用离心风机,位于过滤网2上方,其作用是将室内空气吸入气体 净化转化装置内,再将净化、转化后的洁净空气通过出风口6弥散到室内。所述离心风机设 有低、中、高三档转速,也可以设置为调频控制。
[0008] 本装置光催化模块4,采用光催化净化技术,是基于光催化剂在紫外线照射下具有 的氧化还原能力而净化污染物。因二氧化钛具有良好的抗光腐蚀性和催化活性,而且性能 稳定,价廉易得,无毒无害,故本催化模块采用二氧化钛为催化剂,以玻璃弹簧为载体,附着 上述二氧化钛光催化剂的平板为净化媒介,通过红外线的照射触发,产生的钛离子对空气 中的甲醛、苯、TV0C、异味等化学污染物进行去除净化,将其分解成水和二氧化碳,达到净化 空气的目的。

[0014] 当装置开启后,通过离心风机的作用将空气通过进风口 1吸入设备中,进入设备的 空气首先通过过滤网2,由于设备采用两级过滤方式,通过初效过滤网后,对吸入的空气中 的大颗粒物及霉菌、毛发等进行初过滤;之后进入高效过滤网,通过进入高效过滤网后,空 气中的PM2.5、花粉、烟尘、细菌等进行了有效过滤;经过两级过滤后的空气进入光催化模块 4,通过红外线照射负载二氧化钛光催化剂的玻璃弹簧,产生钛离子,对空气中的甲醛、苯、 TV0C、异味等化学污染物进行去除净化,将其分解成水和二氧化碳,分解产生的二氧化碳通 过氧气发生模块5,与附载氢氧化锂的负载板进行反应,利用氢氧化锂的吸附作用,将二氧 化碳吸附转化为氧气,最终通过出风口 6往室内释放纯净健康的空气。
Claims (4)
1. 一种气体净化转化装置,包括进风口 1、过滤网2、风机3、光催化模块4、氧气发生模块 5、出风口6;进风口 1在装置底部,往上依次是过滤网2、风机3、光催化模块4、氧气发生模块5、出风口 6。
2. 根据权利要求1所述过滤网2,位于进风口 1与风机3中间,分为初效过滤网与高效过滤网,初效过滤网设置在下方,为活性炭滤网,当离心风机工作时对吸入的空气中的大颗粒物及霉菌、毛发等进行初过滤;高效滤网设置在初效过滤网的上方,为PTFE高效滤网,比表面积大,风阻小,容尘量大,使用时间持久,对空气中的PM2.5、花粉、烟尘、细菌等进行有效过滤;此两级滤网均可自由拆卸更换,安装方便,避免了二次污染。
3. 根据权利要求所述光催化模块4,采用光催化净化技术,是基于光催化剂在紫外线照射下具有的氧化还原能力而净化污染物;因二氧化钛具有良好的抗光腐蚀性和催化活性,而且性能稳定,价廉易得,无毒无害,故本催化模块采用二氧化钛为催化剂,以玻璃弹簧为载体,附着上述二氧化钛光催化剂的平板为净化媒介,通过红外线的照射触发,产生的钛离子对空气中的甲醛、苯、TVOC、异味等化学污染物进行去除净化,将其分解成水和二氧化碳,达到净化空气的目的。
