Abstract

本发明提供一种胶版纸,按重量份包括以下各组分:蔗渣10‑20份、蜡5‑8份、二氧化硅1‑2份、乙基纤维素5‑10份、过氧化氢3‑5份、乙烯乙二醇醚或三乙醇胺40‑60份、蒸馏水400‑700份;所述胶版纸的制备方法是:首先将蔗渣、蜡、乙基纤维素和水搅拌混合,制得浆料,然后在浆料中加入二氧化硅搅拌均匀,静置2‑4小时,再用过氧化氢漂白,最后加入乙烯乙二醇醚或三乙醇胺搅拌30‑80分钟后,过滤杂质和不溶物,采用常规方法制得胶版纸。本发明采用蔗渣和蜡作为代替木材来造纸,可以变废为宝,降低成本,有效保护生态环境,而且制造出来的胶片纸紧度低而松厚度高,书写流畅。

本发明涉及材料技术领域,具体涉及一种胶版纸。
背景技术
胶版纸因其良好的质地被广泛应用在日常办公领域,但是随着全球森林面积的减少,造纸需要的木材也越来越少,但是办公用纸的需求量在不断上升。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述现有技术的不足之处,提供一种经济环保的胶版纸。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种胶版纸,按重量份包括以下各组分:蔗渣10-20份、蜡5-8份、二氧化硅1-2份、乙基纤维素5-10份、过氧化氢3-5份、乙烯乙二醇醚或三乙醇胺40-60份、蒸馏水400-700份;
所述胶版纸的制备方法是:首先将蔗渣、蜡、乙基纤维素和水搅拌混合,制得浆料,然后在浆料中加入二氧化硅搅拌均匀,静置2-4小时,再用过氧化氢漂白,最后加入乙烯乙二醇醚或三乙醇胺搅拌30-80分钟后,过滤杂质和不溶物,采用常规方法制得胶版纸。
进一步地,所述蔗渣在制作浆料前,先经过浸泡10-20小时。
进一步地,所述胶版纸的各组分按重量份计算为:蔗渣10份、蜡5份、二氧化硅1份、乙基纤维素5份、过氧化氢3份、乙烯乙二醇醚或三乙醇胺40份、蒸馏水400份。
进一步地,所述胶版纸的各组分按重量份计算为:蔗渣15份、蜡6份、二氧化硅1.5份、乙基纤维素8份、过氧化氢4份、乙烯乙二醇醚或三乙醇胺52份、蒸馏水590份。
进一步地,所述胶版纸的各组分按重量份计算为:蔗渣20份、蜡8份、二氧化硅2份、乙基纤维素10份、过氧化氢5份、乙烯乙二醇醚或三乙醇胺60份、蒸馏水700份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明采用蔗渣和蜡作为代替木材来造纸,可以变废为宝,降低成本,有效保护生态环境,而且制造出来的胶片纸紧度低而松厚度高,书写流畅。

实施例1
本发明胶版纸的各组分按重量份计算为:蔗渣10份、蜡5份、二氧化硅1份、乙基纤维素5份、过氧化氢3份、乙烯乙二醇醚40份、蒸馏水400份。
所述胶版纸的制备方法是:首先蔗渣用清水清洗后浸泡10小时,再将蔗渣、蜡、乙基纤维素和水搅拌混合,制得浆料,然后在浆料中加入二氧化硅搅拌均匀,静置2小时,再用过氧化氢漂白,最后加入乙烯乙二醇醚搅拌30分钟后,过滤杂质和不溶物,采用常规方法制得胶版纸。
实施例2
本发明胶版纸的各组分按重量份计算为:蔗渣15份、蜡6份、二氧化硅1.5份、乙基纤维素8份、过氧化氢4份、三乙醇胺52份、蒸馏水590份。
所述胶版纸的制备方法是:首先蔗渣用清水清洗后浸泡15小时,再将蔗渣、蜡、乙基纤维素和水搅拌混合,制得浆料,然后在浆料中加入二氧化硅搅拌均匀,静置3小时,再用过氧化氢漂白,最后加入三乙醇胺搅拌48分钟后,过滤杂质和不溶物,采用常规方法制得胶版纸。
实施例3
本发明胶版纸的各组分按重量份计算为:蔗渣20份、蜡8份、二氧化硅2份、乙基纤维素10份、过氧化氢5份、乙烯乙二醇醚60份、蒸馏水700份。
所述胶版纸的制备方法是:首先蔗渣用清水清洗后浸泡18小时,再将蔗渣、蜡、乙基纤维素和水搅拌混合,制得浆料,然后在浆料中加入二氧化硅搅拌均匀,静置4小时,再用过氧化氢漂白,最后加入乙烯乙二醇醚搅拌50分钟后,过滤杂质和不溶物,采用常规方法制得胶版纸。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的实施例。

1.一种胶版纸,其特征在于按重量份包括以下各组分:蔗渣10-20份、蜡5-8份、二氧化硅1-2份、乙基纤维素5-10份、过氧化氢3-5份、乙烯乙二醇醚或三乙醇胺40-60份、蒸馏水400-700份;
所述胶版纸的制备方法是:首先将蔗渣、蜡、乙基纤维素和水搅拌混合,制得浆料,然后在浆料中加入二氧化硅搅拌均匀,静置2-4小时,再用过氧化氢漂白,最后加入乙烯乙二醇醚或三乙醇胺搅拌30-80分钟后,过滤杂质和不溶物,采用常规方法制得胶版纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胶版纸,其特征在于:所述蔗渣在制作浆料前,先经过浸泡10-20小时。
3.根据权利要求1所述的胶版纸,其特征在于:所述胶版纸的各组分按重量份计算为:蔗渣10份、蜡5份、二氧化硅1份、乙基纤维素5份、过氧化氢3份、乙烯乙二醇醚或三乙醇胺40份、蒸馏水400份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的胶版纸,其特征在于:所述胶版纸的各组分按重量份计算为:蔗渣15份、蜡6份、二氧化硅1.5份、乙基纤维素8份、过氧化氢4份、乙烯乙二醇醚或三乙醇胺52份、蒸馏水590份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的胶版纸,其特征在于:所述胶版纸的各组分按重量份计算为:蔗渣20份、蜡8份、二氧化硅2份、乙基纤维素10份、过氧化氢5份、乙烯乙二醇醚或三乙醇胺60份、蒸馏水700份。
