Abstract

本发明公开了一种带有钛缆的接骨板及辅助定位装置,包括长条形的接骨板本体,在接骨板本体上设有沿轴线方向排布的通透的接骨板螺钉孔,接骨板本体与辅助定位装置垂直交叉设置且手术完成后用螺钉固定并移除辅助定位装置,本发明针对现有器械的不足,采用创新的接骨板钉孔设计,配合相应的螺钉,可以同时完成钛缆及螺钉的固定,有效增加内固定强度,缩短手术时间,提高手术效率。配合为微创手术设计的辅助定位装置,可以在微创条件下完成手术。

Description

一种带有钛缆的接骨板及辅助定位装置
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,涉及一种输入人体的外科手术器械,具体涉及一种临床上适用于长管状骨骨折的带有钛缆的接骨板及辅助定位装置。
背景技术
长管状骨(如肱骨、股骨、胫骨等)骨折是骨科临床工作中的常见骨折类型,切开复位内固定是此类骨折的主要治疗手段,包括髓内钉和接骨板两种内固定方式,但是此两种内固定方式并不能提供可靠的内固定强度,所以有术者选择将钛缆配合接骨板捆扎固定。传统接骨板无匹配钛缆的结构,因此钛缆固定后可能在接骨板表面移动,影响固定效果;在此基础上,有些器械厂家研发了具有匹配钛缆结构的接骨板但现有的器械在提供钛缆固定结构的同时,也存在着明显的不足,接骨板需配合专门设计的钛缆使用,且在小切口微创手术中,将钛缆穿入接骨板预留孔中的操作非常困难,此外,接骨板上的独立钛缆预留孔导致钉孔间距变大,从而使得钉孔数量减少;还可以通过独立设计的钛缆固定组件配合接骨板使用,但使用该固定组件需占用接骨板相应钉孔,使其无法再用于螺钉固定,且钛缆需使用专门器械进行锁紧,在应用固定组件后,其锁紧器械需置于接骨板侧面,这使得锁紧操作在小切口微创手术中非常困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带有钛缆的接骨板及辅助定位装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种带有钛缆的接骨板及辅助定位装置,包括长条形的接骨板本体,在接骨板本体上设有沿轴线方向排布的通透的接骨板螺钉孔,所述接骨板本体与辅助定位装置垂直交叉设置且手术完成后用螺钉固定并移除所述辅助定位装置,在所述接骨板螺钉孔下部的内壁上设有螺纹,螺钉孔的上部膨大,在所述螺钉孔两侧分别预留钛缆定位孔,可在固定螺钉的同时,将钛缆固定,无需采用其他钛缆固定器械,缩短手术时间,所述钛缆定位孔横向贯穿接骨板并于接骨板的两侧壁开口且局部穿过钉孔上部,不单独占用接骨板空间,保证螺钉孔密度没有因此减小。所述辅助定位装置包括上部组件、下部组件和固定杆,所述下部组件有两个,并且平行固定在接骨板的螺钉孔两侧,上部组件设置在下部组件上,固定杆将上部组件和下部组件固定在接骨板上。
所述螺钉尾部膨大,与接骨板螺钉孔上部外形匹配;中部表面有螺纹,与接骨板螺钉孔下部匹配;下部表面有螺纹,其长度能够多变,可以依据实际情况制作多种规格,分别用于双侧皮质固定、单侧皮质固定,也可将其取消,此时即单纯用于固定钛缆。
所述辅助定位装置下部与接骨板外型匹配,所述辅助定位装置内侧壁有四处开口分别对应于接骨板侧壁四处开口,中间有局部突起安置于螺钉孔上部。
所述上部组件下部有四处柱状突起,其两侧有四个半圆形定位管,管壁有凹槽,在所述上部组件下部的中间设有局部突起,在所述局部突起上有局部凹陷分别与钛缆定位孔组成封闭管道用于钛缆穿过。
在所述下部组件上留有贯穿其全层的用于定位及固定的圆形孔径,在所述下部组件两侧设有两个半圆形定位管,所述定位管的管壁有突起,并与上部组件半圆形定位管配合组成圆形管道,在下部组件中间设有以其为中心进行开合动作的转轴,由于接骨板两侧钛缆将定位器下部组件卡住,无法直接移除,可将下部组件两侧沿转轴转动,使其上部靠近,下部张开,此时可顺利将其从接骨板移除,再将下部组件两部分分开,完全移除。
所述固定杆包括固定杆上部、中部突起、中部和下部,在所述固定杆下部设有与接骨板钉孔下部螺纹固定的螺纹。
所述接骨板及辅助定位装置的材料是钛合金,钛合金的弹性模量与人体骨骼更接近, 与人体的生物相容性更好,具有更高的抗疲劳性能,更优秀的抗腐蚀性能,对骨组织的生长影响更小,术后能进行MRI.CT检查,含Ni元素极低,故人体过敏反应更小。
本发明的优点是:
1.每个钉孔预留钛缆定位孔,可在固定螺钉的同时,将钛缆固定,无需采用其他钛缆固定器械,缩短手术时间;
2.螺钉沿顺时针方向拧紧时,钛缆在螺钉尾部摩擦力作用下被进一步拉紧,保证固定效果确切可靠;
3.钛缆定位孔位于钉孔两侧,不单独占用接骨板空间,保证钉孔密度没有因此减小;
4.通过配合不同长度的螺钉及是否使用钛缆,每个钉孔均可以实现:双层皮质+钛缆、单层皮质+钛缆、仅双层皮质、仅单层皮质、仅钛缆等多种固定方式,可供手术医师灵活选择;
5.配合使用辅助定位器,可在小切口条件下使钛缆顺利穿过接骨板,便于微创手术操作。

具体实施方式
图1-6给出了本发明的一种实施方式:一种带有钛缆的接骨板及辅助定位装置,包括长条形的接骨板本体,在接骨板本体上设有沿轴线方向排布的通透的接骨板螺钉孔,所述接骨板主体与辅助定位装置垂直交叉设置且手术完成后用螺钉固定并移除所述辅助定位装置,在所述接骨板螺钉孔下部的内壁1上设有螺纹,螺钉孔的上部2膨大,在所述螺钉孔两侧分别预留钛缆定位孔7、8,可在固定螺钉的同时,将钛缆固定,无需采用其他钛缆固定器械,缩短手术时间,所述钛缆定位孔7、8横向贯穿接骨板并于接骨板的两侧壁开口3、4、5、6且局部穿过螺钉孔上部2,不单独占用接骨板空间,保证螺钉孔密度没有因此减小。所述辅助定位装置包括上部组件、下部组件和固定杆,所述下部组件有两个,并且平行固定在接骨板的螺钉孔两侧,上部组件设置在下部组件上,固定杆将上部组件和下部组件固定在接骨板上。
所述螺钉尾部23膨大,与接骨板螺钉孔上部2外形匹配;螺钉中部24表面有螺纹,与接骨板螺钉孔下部匹配;螺钉下部25表面有螺纹,其长度能够多变,可以依据实际情况制作多种规格,分别用于双侧皮质固定、单侧皮质固定,也可将其取消,此时即单纯用于固定钛缆。
所述辅助定位装置下部与接骨板外型匹配,所述辅助定位装置内侧壁有四处开口9、10、11、12分别对应于接骨板侧壁四处开口3、4、5、6,中间有局部突起13安置于螺钉孔上部2。
所述上部组件下部有四处柱状突起16、17、18、19,其两侧有四个半圆形定位管,管壁有凹槽,在所述上部组件下部的中间设有局部突起13,在所述局部突起13上有局部凹陷14、15分别与钛缆定位孔7、8组成封闭管道用于钛缆穿过。
在所述下部组件上留有贯穿其全层的用于定位及固定的圆形孔径20、21,在所述下部组件两侧设有两个半圆形定位管,所述定位管的管壁有突起,并与上部组件半圆形定位管配合组成圆形管道30、31、32、33,在下部组件中间设有以其为中心进行开合动作的转轴22,由于接骨板两侧钛缆将定位器下部组件卡住,无法直接移除,可将下部组件两侧沿转轴22转动,使其上部靠近,下部张开,此时可顺利将其从接骨板移除,再将下部组件两部分分开,完全移除。
所述固定杆包括固定杆上部26、中部突起27、中部28和下部29,在所述固定杆下部29设有与接骨板钉孔下部螺纹固定的螺纹。
所述接骨板及辅助定位器材料是钛合金,钛合金的弹性模量与人体骨骼更接近,与人体的生物相容性更好,具有更高的抗疲劳性能,更优秀的抗腐蚀性能,对骨组织的生长影响更小,术后能进行MRI.CT检查,含Ni元素极低,故人体过敏反应更小。
所述钛缆也可以用钢丝代替。
使用说明:常规切口手术:(一)将接骨板置于骨骼一侧,并将钛缆从对侧绕过;(二)将钛缆两端分别从接骨板上预留的定位孔中穿过,一端自5进入,经7,再由3导出,另一端自4进入,经8,再由6导出;(三)按照常规手术步骤,经钉孔在骨组织上钻孔并测量长度;(四)选择合适长度螺钉植入,在螺钉尾部23即将接触接骨板时,将钛缆两端拉紧,然后继续拧紧螺钉,此时螺钉尾部顺时针转动,在其摩擦力作用下,钛缆被进一步拉紧。
微创切口手术:在微创切口条件下,无法在直视下将钛缆导入接骨板上的预留孔,因此改操作需借助辅助定位器完成。(一)将接骨板置于骨骼一侧,并将钛缆从对侧绕过,将辅助定位装置固定于接骨板;(二)将钛缆一端从导管30导入,从导管32导出,另一端从导管31导入,从导管33导出;(四)将辅助定位器固定杆及定位器上部组件移除;(五)此时由于接骨板两侧钛缆将定位器下部组件卡住,无法直接移除,可将下部组件两侧沿转轴22转动,使其上部靠近,下部张开,此时可顺利将其从接骨板移除,再将下部组件两部分分开,完全移除;(六)按照常规手术步骤,经钉孔在骨组织上钻孔并测量长度;(七)选择合适长度螺钉植入,在螺钉尾部23即将接触接骨板时,将钛缆两端拉紧,然后继续拧紧螺钉,此时螺钉尾部顺时针转动,在其摩擦力作用下,钛缆被进一步拉紧。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施方式做了详细说明,但是本发明并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下对其作出种种变化。

1.一种带有钛缆的接骨板及辅助定位装置,包括长条形的接骨板本体,在接骨板本体上设有沿轴线方向排布的通透的接骨板螺钉孔,其特征在于:所述接骨板本体与辅助定位装置垂直交叉设置且手术完成后用螺钉固定并移除所述辅助定位装置,在所述接骨板螺钉孔下部的内壁上设有螺纹,螺钉孔的上部膨大,在所述螺钉孔两侧分别预留钛缆定位孔,所述钛缆定位孔横向贯穿接骨板并于接骨板的两侧壁开口且局部穿过钉孔上部,所述辅助定位装置包括上部组件、下部组件和固定杆,所述下部组件有两个,并且平行固定在接骨板的螺钉孔两侧,上部组件设置在下部组件上,固定杆将上部组件和下部组件固定在接骨板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有钛缆的接骨板及辅助定位装置,其特征在于:所述螺钉尾部膨大,与接骨板螺钉孔上部外形匹配;中部表面有螺纹,与接骨板螺钉孔下部匹配;下部表面有螺纹,其长度能够多变。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带有钛缆的接骨板及辅助定位装置,其特征在于:所述辅助定位装置下部与接骨板外型匹配,所述辅助定位装置内侧壁有四处开口分别对应于接骨板侧壁四处开口,中间有局部突起安置于螺钉孔上部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带有钛缆的接骨板及辅助定位装置,其特征在于:所述上部组件下部有四处柱状突起,其两侧有四个半圆形定位管,管壁有凹槽,在所述上部组件下部的中间设有局部突起,在所述局部突起上有局部凹陷分别与钛缆定位孔组成封闭管道用于钛缆穿过。
5.根据权利要求1所述的带有钛缆的接骨板及辅助定位装置,其特征在于:在所述下部组件上留有贯穿其全层的用于定位及固定的圆形孔径,在所述下部组件两侧设有两个半圆形定位管,所述定位管的管壁有突起,并与上部组件半圆形定位管配合组成圆形管道,在下部组件中间设有以其为中心进行开合动作的转轴。
6.根据权利要求1所述的带有钛缆的接骨板及辅助定位装置,其特征在于:所述固定杆包括固定杆上部、中部突起、中部和下部,在所述固定杆下部设有与接骨板钉孔下部螺纹固定的螺纹。
