本发明公开了环保型耐磨抗拉电力电缆,包括主电缆和从电缆,所述主电缆和从电缆平行设置,且主电缆和从电缆通过连接接头连接,所述从电缆包括导体、绝缘层和护套,所述护套内嵌有2~4根钢线;所述连接接头上且沿电缆纵向分布方向上设有与钢线相适配的通孔,所述从电缆接入端的钢线插入所述通孔内;且在所述钢线伸入端通孔附近的连接接头上设有限位槽,所述钢线伸出通孔段弯折陷入所述限位槽内;所述连接接头外设有保护套。使主电缆和从电缆接口处具有较强的耐磨抗拉性能,保护电缆不受外力损坏而缩短使用寿命。

环保型耐磨抗拉电力电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆,具体涉及环保型耐磨抗拉电力电缆。
背景技术
传统电力电缆抗拉耐磨性能不足,在使用过程中表面的护套容易破损。随着社会经济与科学技术的发展,人们对电缆的要求越来越高,对电缆的抗老化性能、抗拉性和耐磨性具有严格的要求,而传统的电缆在抗拉性能和耐磨性能上很难满足现有的使用要求,尤其是对于主电缆和分电缆接口处,在被拖拽移动或受外界磨损极易造成电缆接口处断开,则是电缆无法满足阻燃性能、防水性能,影响电力电缆正常工作。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是传统电缆,对于主电缆和分电缆接口处,在被拖拽移动或受外界磨损极易造成电缆接口处断开,则是电缆无法满足阻燃性能、防水性能,影响电力电缆正常工作,目的在于提供环保型耐磨抗拉电力电缆,使主电缆和从电缆接口处具有较强的耐磨抗拉性能,保护电缆不受外力损坏而缩短使用寿命。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
环保型耐磨抗拉电力电缆,包括主电缆和从电缆,所述主电缆和从电缆平行设置,且主电缆和从电缆通过连接接头连接,所述从电缆包括导体、绝缘层和护套,所述护套内嵌有2~4根钢线;所述连接接头上且沿电缆纵向分布方向上设有与钢线相适配的通孔,所述从电缆接入端的钢线插入所述通孔内;且在所述钢线伸入端通孔附近的连接接头上设有限位槽,所述钢线伸出通孔段弯折陷入所述限位槽内;所述连接接头外设有保护套。
本发明从电缆护套内嵌入设置的钢线在增强从电缆的抗弯折、抗拉强度的同时,还主要用于将从电缆固定在连接接头上。使用时,将从电缆结构的护套和绝缘层玻璃后,仍保留适当长度的钢线,在将导体接入连接接头的同时,将钢线从连接接头上的通孔插入,再将伸出通孔端的钢线弯折,将弯折部分陷入限位槽内用于防止钢线在被拉伸过程中被抽出连接接头的通孔,再通过保护套的保护作用,从而起到增强从电缆连接的抗拉耐磨性能。
优选地,所述保护套由内向外依次包括聚乙烯壳套、低烟无卤包带、阻水包带和钢包带。
保护套的聚乙烯壳套主要用于增加对弯折于限位槽中钢线的限位固定作用,同时还作为保护套的支撑骨架,对机械冲击外力有一定防护作用;然后依次通过采用低烟无卤阻燃包带、阻水包带及钢包带增强对从电缆接入点的阻燃、防水和耐磨等保护作用。
优选地,所述低烟无卤包带采用低烟无卤阻燃玻璃布隔氧包带。
采用低烟无卤阻燃玻璃布隔氧包带环保阻燃效果好,且相对于低烟无卤聚烯烃阻燃材料层,具有较好的防潮效果,使用寿命长。
优选地,所述阻水包带采用双面绝缘阻水绕包带。
采用双面绝缘阻水绕包带有一定的主动吸水阻水作用,有保护层护套及导体的防潮作用。
优选地,所述绝缘层,所述绝缘层采用尼龙绝缘层,所述护套采用高密聚乙烯保护层。
主要用于增加从电缆耐温、防腐蚀、防潮及耐磨抗拉作用。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下的优点和有益效果:
1、本发明环保型耐磨抗拉电力电缆,本发明从电缆护套内嵌入设置的钢线在增强从电缆的抗弯折、抗拉强度的同时,还主要用于将从电缆固定在连接接头上。使用时,将从电缆结构的护套和绝缘层玻璃后,仍保留适当长度的钢线,在将导体接入连接接头的同时,将钢线从连接接头上的通孔插入,再将伸出通孔端的钢线弯折,将弯折部分陷入限位槽内用于防止钢线在被拉伸过程中被抽出连接接头的通孔,再通过护套的保护作用,从而起到增强从电缆连接的抗拉耐磨性能;
2、本发明环保型耐磨抗拉电力电缆,保护套的聚乙烯壳套主要用于增加对弯折于限位槽中钢线的限位固定作用,同时还作为保护套的支撑骨架,对机械冲击外力有一定防护作用;然后依次通过采用低烟无卤阻燃包带、阻水包带及钢包带增强对从电缆接入点的阻燃、防水和耐磨等保护作用。

实施例1
如图1~3所示,本发明提供一种环保型耐磨抗拉电力电缆,包括主电缆1和从电缆2,主电缆1和从电缆2平行设置,且主电缆1和从电缆2通过连接接头3连接,连接接头3可采用C型夹,从电缆2包括导体21、绝缘层22和护套23,护套23内嵌有两根钢线24;连接接头3上且沿电缆纵向分布方向上设有与钢线24相适配的通孔4,从电缆2接入端的钢线24插入所述通孔4内;且在钢线24伸入端通孔4附近的连接接头3上设有向内凹陷的限位槽5,钢线24伸出通孔4段弯折陷入所述限位槽5内;连接接头3外设有护套6。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础上进一步改进,一种环保型耐磨抗拉电力电缆,所述护套6由内向外依次包括聚乙烯壳套、低烟无卤包带、阻水包带和钢包带。所述低烟无卤包带采用低烟无卤阻燃玻璃布隔氧包带;所述阻水包带采用双面绝缘阻水绕包带。
从电缆2的绝缘层22采用尼龙绝缘层,护套23采用高密聚乙烯保护层。

1.环保型耐磨抗拉电力电缆,包括主电缆(1)和从电缆(2),所述主电缆(1)和从电缆(2)平行设置,且主电缆(1)和从电缆(2)通过连接接头(3)连接,其特征在于,所述从电缆(2)包括导体(21)、绝缘层(22)和护套(23),所述护套(23)内嵌有2~4根钢线(24);所述连接接头(3)上且沿电缆纵向分布方向上设有与钢线(24)相适配的通孔(4),所述从电缆(2)接入端的钢线(24)插入所述通孔(4)内;且在所述钢线(24)伸入端通孔(4)附近的连接接头(3)上设有限位槽(5),所述钢线(24)伸出通孔(4)段弯折陷入所述限位槽(5)内;所述连接接头(3)外设有护套(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型耐磨抗拉电力电缆,其特征在于,所述护套(6)由内向外依次包括聚乙烯壳套、低烟无卤包带、阻水包带和钢包带。
3.根据权利要求2所述的环保型耐磨抗拉电力电缆,其特征在于,所述低烟无卤包带采用低烟无卤阻燃玻璃布隔氧包带。
4.根据权利要求2所述的环保型耐磨抗拉电力电缆,其特征在于,所述阻水包带采用双面绝缘阻水绕包带。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保型耐磨抗拉电力电缆,其特征在于,所述绝缘层(22)采用尼龙绝缘层,所述护套(23)采用高密聚乙烯保护层。
