In the following description, suffixes such as "module", "component", or "unit" used to denote elements are used only for facilitating the explanation of the present invention, and have no specific meaning in themselves. Thus, "module" and "component" may be used in a mixture.
The automatic mobile phone recovery terminal is a recovery terminal for providing a self-service recovery service of an old mobile phone for a user, provides corresponding quotation based on a judgment and evaluation standard by detecting the information of mobile phone equipment to be recovered, pays for a user account and recovers the mobile phone to be recovered on the basis that the user agrees to the quotation. In architectural classification, the automatic recycling terminal of the mobile phone generally comprises a front-end interface for performing interactive operation with a user and a background server for executing detection, evaluation, quotation and recycling processes. Structurally, the automatic mobile phone recycling terminal generally comprises an interactive display, a mobile phone recycling bin, a mobile phone detection platform, an evaluation and quotation system, a mobile phone loading box and the like. The mobile phone loading box is used for storing the mobile phones to be recovered, which are confirmed to be recovered by the mobile phone automatic recovery terminal, and the mobile phone detection platform pushes the mobile phones to be recovered into the mobile phone loading box according to the recovery instruction of the mobile phone automatic recovery terminal, so that the recovery process of the mobile phones to be recovered by the mobile phone automatic recovery terminal is realized. The mobile phone loading box can be a fixing device, and the mobile phone to be recovered is conveyed to a specified position on the mobile phone loading box through a conveying device on the automatic mobile phone recovery terminal; the mobile device can also be a movable device, the loading inlet of the mobile phone loading box is controlled by a transmission device of the mobile phone automatic recovery terminal to receive the mobile phone to be recovered and transmitted by the transmission device at a specified position, and the like. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the operation mechanism and the existence form of the mobile phone loading box of the mobile phone automatic recovery terminal are not limited.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a method for reminding an automatic mobile phone recovery terminal, which is mainly applied to a mobile phone loading box, and in a first embodiment of the method for reminding a mobile phone loading box, the method for reminding a mobile phone loading box includes:
step S10, acquiring a preset position of the mobile phone automatic recovery terminal for storing the mobile phone;
in order to ensure that the mobile phone automatic recovery terminal can correctly recover the mobile phone to be recovered, a special fixed position is planned in the mobile phone automatic recovery terminal under normal conditions to be used as a storage position of the mobile phone which is confirmed to be recovered, and the mobile phone automatic recovery device is used for storing the recovered mobile phone in a centralized manner, so that an operator who performs mobile phone recovery on the mobile phone automatic recovery device can simply and quickly complete a mobile phone recovery task. It is clear that the location of the handset device case must be in the handset storage location described above. The position is a preset fixed position, and step S10 is mainly used to obtain the preset position for storing the mobile phone.
Step S20, detecting whether a mobile phone loading box is arranged at the preset position;
the preset position obtained in step S10 is fixed, but the mobile phone loading box for loading and storing the mobile phone to be recovered is a movable working mechanism for facilitating the recovery work of the operator. It should be noted that the mobile phone loading box may be a detachable device or a non-detachable mobile device, and is not limited in any way. Because the portable working mechanism requires the mobile phone loading box to maintain certain access flexibility, the following problems are faced:
1. the detachable mobile phone loading box is forgotten or cannot be correctly placed at a preset position due to negligence of workers;
2. the non-detachable mobile phone loading box cannot be correctly placed on a preset position due to the transmission failure problem of the transmission shaft.
The mobile phone loading box caused by the problems is not correctly placed on the preset position, so that the mobile phone to be recovered, which is recovered on the conveying device, loses the buffer bearing object, drops when conveyed to the preset position, and generates friction phenomenon, and the phenomenon easily causes that the mobile phone to be recovered is easy to have faults such as appearance damage and even internal devices, so that the step S20 of automatically recovering the terminal of the mobile phone needs to detect whether the mobile phone loading box is arranged on the preset position, and the equipment safety of the mobile phone to be recovered is guaranteed. The mobile phone loading box exists at the preset position, and only the mobile phone loading box is detected, if the specification of the mobile phone loading box is required in advance, the mobile phone automatic recovery terminal detects the specification parameters of the mobile phone loading box; or the mobile phone loading box is internally provided with a detection chip, and the mobile phone automatic recovery terminal only needs to perform scanning detection on the mobile phone loading box.
Step S30, when detecting that the mobile phone loading box is in the preset position, judging whether the mobile phone loading box is in the effective area in the preset position;
when the mobile phone loading box is detected to exist in the preset position, the fact that a bearing object capable of playing a buffering role is arranged in the preset position under the current condition is proved. Then, at this time, it is necessary to further verify whether the placement position of the handset loading case is acceptable. Based on the reason that make things convenient for operating personnel to retrieve the cell-phone, need vacate certain free space on the preset position and supply operating personnel to operate, consequently, preset the position and can remain certain extra space, and the position that the cell-phone loaded the case need be in the effective area on the preset position just can exert its effect. The effective area refers to a preset position which can enable the mobile phone to be recycled to be buffered in the recycling process so as to effectively ensure that the mobile phone to be recycled is not damaged, as shown in fig. 11, a is the preset position, B is the effective area, and C is a mobile phone loading box. However, the mobile phone container C as a movable device may be placed incorrectly, and a situation as shown in fig. 11B and 11C may occur, that is, the placing position of the mobile phone container C is also within the effective area B, but some positions are outside the effective area. This means that the mobile phone loading box C is not completely placed in the effective area B, and at other positions in the effective area B not covered by the mobile phone loading box C, when the transfer device transfers the mobile phone to be recovered to the position, there is still a possibility that the mobile phone to be recovered may be damaged because the position has no buffering of the carrier.
Therefore, it is necessary to determine whether the mobile phone loading box is located in the effective area of the preset position while detecting that the mobile phone loading box is located in the preset position. In the present embodiment, the problem solved in step S20 is inconsistent with the problem solved in step S30, except that step S20 solves the problem of "no or no" of the handset loading box, and step S30 solves the problem of "no go" of the handset loading box.
And step S40, when the mobile phone loading box is judged not to be in the effective area on the preset position, displaying a first prompt message that the mobile phone loading box is not correctly placed.
When the mobile phone loading box is assumed to be located in an effective area on a preset position, the current automatic mobile phone recovery terminal is proved to be capable of completely and safely storing the mobile phone to be recovered, and the mobile phone to be recovered is prevented from being unnecessarily damaged. If the mobile phone loading box is not located in the effective area on the preset position, it is proved that under the current condition, the mobile phone loading box cannot ensure that the mobile phone to be recovered transmitted by the transmission device is stored in an undamaged manner. At this time, even if the recovery process of the automatic mobile phone recovery terminal is normally performed, the mobile phone to be recovered is finally damaged due to unreasonable steps of recovering and storing. Therefore, the problem to be solved firstly is that the first prompt message that the mobile phone loading box is not correctly placed is displayed at the front end, the problem of the current mobile phone automatic recovery terminal is informed to a user or an operator, the related operator is searched for resetting, the subsequent mobile phone to be recovered is prevented from being damaged, and the recovery efficiency is improved.
According to the technical scheme, the method comprises the steps of firstly, acquiring a preset position of a mobile phone automatic recovery terminal for storing the mobile phone; then detecting whether a mobile phone loading box is arranged at the preset position; then when the mobile phone loading box is detected to be in the preset position, judging whether the mobile phone loading box is in an effective area in the preset position; and finally, when the mobile phone loading box is judged not to be in the effective area on the preset position, displaying first prompt information that the mobile phone loading box is not correctly placed. The invention avoids the phenomenon that the mobile phone is damaged due to incorrect placement of the mobile phone loading box when the mobile phone to be recovered is recovered by the automatic mobile phone recovery terminal, and improves the mobile phone recovery efficiency.
Further, on the basis of the first embodiment of the method for reminding a mobile phone loading case of the present invention, a second embodiment of the method for reminding a mobile phone loading case is proposed, and with reference to fig. 2, the difference between the second embodiment and the first embodiment is that the step of detecting whether a mobile phone loading case exists at the preset position includes:
step S50, when no mobile phone loading box is detected at the preset position, displaying a second prompt message which cannot be normally operated;
and step S60, sending a third prompt message that the mobile phone loading box is not placed to the manual background of the automatic mobile phone recovery terminal.
If no mobile phone loading box is detected at the preset position, damage suffered in the mobile phone recovery process is increased due to the absence of the current mobile phone loading box, so that the original purpose of the automatic mobile phone recovery terminal is influenced, a large number of recovered mobile phones cannot be effectively stored and saved, and the efficiency and significance of the automatic mobile phone recovery terminal for recovering mobile phone services are greatly reduced. Only by solving the problem of placing the current mobile phone loading box, the recovery service of the mobile phone automatic recovery terminal can be continuously exerted. Therefore, when no mobile phone loading box is detected at the preset position, the second prompt message which cannot be normally operated is displayed on the front-end display interface, and the problem that the local machine fails is informed to personnel who are or are ready to use the terminal to recover the service. Meanwhile, the automatic mobile phone recycling terminal also needs to send related third prompt information to a manual background of the automatic mobile phone recycling terminal to inform an operator of the automatic mobile phone recycling terminal of the fault information of the terminal, so that the operator can quickly reset the mobile phone loading box on the terminal.
Further, on the basis of the second embodiment of the method for reminding a mobile phone loading case of the present invention, a third embodiment of the method for reminding a mobile phone loading case is proposed, and referring to fig. 3, the difference between the third embodiment and the second embodiment is that the method for reminding a mobile phone loading case further includes:
and step S70, when the number of the mobile phones loaded in the mobile phone loading box reaches a preset value, displaying a prompt message that the automatic mobile phone recovery terminal stops mobile phone recovery service, and sending a fourth prompt message for replacing the mobile phone loading box to a manual background of the automatic mobile phone recovery terminal.
Generally, a mobile phone loading box of an automatic mobile phone recycling terminal has a fixed capacity, when the number of mobile phones currently stored in the mobile phone loading box reaches a preset value, the automatic mobile phone recycling terminal cannot continue to provide a mobile phone recycling function, otherwise, the recycled mobile phones fall down or are stuck in internal parts because the mobile phone loading box cannot store the mobile phones, so that the recycled mobile phones are greatly damaged, even the normal operation of the automatic mobile phone recycling terminal is affected, and the damaged terminals are even scrapped. In order to avoid the damage phenomenon, a preset value is set for the mobile phone loading box, and the preset value can reflect the estimated value of the quantity of the mobile phones which can be stored by the mobile phone loading box for various models of mobile phones. When the automatic mobile phone recovery terminal detects that the number of the mobile phones loaded in the mobile phone loading box reaches a preset value, the prompt message that the automatic mobile phone recovery terminal stops mobile phone recovery service is displayed at the front end to inform a person who is or is about to use the terminal to recover the service that the mobile phone cannot continue to provide the service, and meanwhile, in order to solve the problem as soon as possible, the automatic mobile phone recovery terminal sends a fourth prompt message for replacing the mobile phone loading box to a manual background of the mobile phone, so that the automatic mobile phone recovery terminal can recover the normal service function as soon as possible.
Further, on the basis of the first embodiment of the method for reminding a mobile phone loading box of the present invention, a fourth embodiment of the method for reminding a mobile phone loading box is proposed, and referring to fig. 4, the difference between the fourth embodiment and the first embodiment is that the method for reminding a mobile phone device box further includes:
and step S80, when the situation that the mobile phone loading box cannot normally store the mobile phone recovered by the current automatic mobile phone recovery terminal is detected, sending current recovery information to a manual background of the automatic mobile phone recovery terminal so as to record the problem that the mobile phone loading box cannot normally work.
The mobile phone loading box is used for storing and loading mobile phones to be recovered, and various fault reasons may be caused in the storing process, so that the mobile phone loading box cannot normally store the mobile phones recovered by the current automatic mobile phone recovery terminal. At this time, the operator is required to perform maintenance, but the operator is not necessarily able to know the cause of the malfunction of the automatic recovery terminal of the mobile phone in time. For example, the maximum size of the mobile phone allowed to be stored in the mobile phone loading box is 6.4 inches, while the size of the mobile phone to be recycled is 6.41 inches, so that the mobile phone loading box cannot store the mobile phone to be recycled; or the mobile phone loading box is incorrect in storage angle, so that the mobile phone to be recovered, which is transmitted by the transmission device, cannot be aligned to the storage inlet of the mobile phone loading box; or the storage position of the mobile phone to be recovered stored in the mobile phone loading box last time is deviated, so that the storage process of the mobile phone to be recovered is influenced. There is a certain geographical distance between the operator and the automatic recovery terminal of the mobile phone, and even if the operator can arrive quickly, there may be no solution because the reason for the fault is not known enough. Therefore, if it is detected that the mobile phone loading box fails to store the mobile phones recovered by the current mobile phone automatic recovery terminal in the factory, step S80 sends the current recovery information to the manual background. The recovery information refers to detailed information of all process links of the mobile phone to be recovered after the mobile phone executes the recovery process, the mobile phone information, the position of the process execution, devices with abnormal parameters when a fault occurs and the like are recorded in the detailed information, and the recorded recovery information can visually reflect the problem that the mobile phone loading box cannot work normally through professional statistical analysis. Therefore, the method is beneficial for operators to quickly analyze the reason and the key point of the fault, thereby pertinently determining a solution and conveniently and quickly recovering the normal functional service of the mobile phone automatic recovery terminal.
Further, on the basis of the fourth embodiment of the reminding method for a mobile phone loading box of the present invention, a fifth embodiment of the reminding method for a mobile phone loading box is proposed, and referring to fig. 5, the difference between the fifth embodiment and the fourth embodiment is that the reminding method for a mobile phone device box further includes:
and step S90, when detecting that the mobile phone loading box is damaged, displaying a prompt message that the mobile phone automatic recovery terminal stops mobile phone recovery service, and sending a fifth prompt message for replacing the mobile phone loading box to a manual background of the mobile phone automatic recovery terminal.
In the automatic mobile phone recovery terminal, if the mobile phone loading box is placed correctly and the capacity of the mobile phone loading box can store more mobile phones to be recovered, but the mobile phone loading box is damaged. Then the mobile phone loading box at this moment still can not ensure the recovery safety of the mobile phone to be recovered. For example, the mobile phone loading box has aging phenomenon; or the weight of the mobile phone to be recovered cannot be borne, so that the phenomenon of cracking or damage of the mobile phone loading box occurs. In order to ensure that the automatic mobile phone recycling terminal can operate normally, step S90 is a prompt that the person who is or is about to use the recycling service of the terminal has stopped the mobile phone recycling service. Meanwhile, in order to ensure that the automatic mobile phone recovery terminal can recover the normal functional service as soon as possible, a fifth prompt message for replacing the mobile phone loading box needs to be sent to the manual background of the automatic mobile phone recovery terminal to inform an operator to solve the technical problem that the current automatic mobile phone recovery terminal cannot normally provide the functional service of the recovery service as soon as possible.
Referring to fig. 6, the present invention further provides an automatic recycling terminal for a mobile phone, in a first embodiment of the automatic recycling terminal for a mobile phone, the automatic recycling terminal for a mobile phone includes:
the acquisition module 10 is used for acquiring a preset position of the mobile phone automatic recovery terminal for storing the mobile phone;
in order to ensure that the mobile phone automatic recovery terminal can correctly recover the mobile phone to be recovered, a special fixed position is planned in the mobile phone automatic recovery terminal under normal conditions to be used as a storage position of the mobile phone which is confirmed to be recovered, and the mobile phone automatic recovery device is used for storing the recovered mobile phone in a centralized manner, so that an operator who performs mobile phone recovery on the mobile phone automatic recovery device can simply and quickly complete a mobile phone recovery task. It is clear that the location of the handset device case must be in the handset storage location described above. The position is a preset fixed position, and the obtaining module 10 is mainly used for obtaining the preset position for storing the mobile phone.
The first detection module 20 is used for detecting whether a mobile phone loading box exists at the preset position;
the preset position acquired by the acquisition module 10 is fixed, but a mobile phone loading box for loading and storing the mobile phone to be recovered is a movable working mechanism for facilitating the recovery work of an operator. It should be noted that the mobile phone loading box may be a detachable device or a non-detachable mobile device, and is not limited in any way. Because the portable working mechanism requires the mobile phone loading box to maintain certain access flexibility, the following problems are faced:
1. the detachable mobile phone loading box is forgotten or cannot be correctly placed at a preset position due to negligence of workers;
2. the non-detachable mobile phone loading box cannot be correctly placed on a preset position due to the transmission failure problem of the transmission shaft.
The mobile phone loading box caused by the problems is not correctly placed on the preset position, so that the mobile phone to be recovered, which is recovered on the conveying device, loses buffer bearing objects, drops when conveyed to the preset position, and generates friction phenomenon, and the phenomenon easily causes that faults such as appearance damage and even internal devices easily occur to the mobile phone to be recovered, so that the first detection module 20 of the automatic mobile phone recovery terminal needs to detect whether the mobile phone loading box is arranged on the preset position or not, and the equipment safety of the mobile phone to be recovered is guaranteed.
The judging module 30 is configured to, when it is detected that the mobile phone loading box is located at the preset position, judge whether the mobile phone loading box is located in an effective area at the preset position;
when the mobile phone loading box is detected to exist in the preset position, the fact that a bearing object capable of playing a buffering role is arranged in the preset position under the current condition is proved.
In this embodiment, the first detection module 20 and the judgment module 30 solve different problems, and the difference is that the first detection module 20 solves the problem of "existence or nonexistence" of the mobile phone loading box, and the judgment module 30 solves the problem of "failure of the mobile phone loading box".
The first display module 40 is configured to display a first prompt message that the mobile phone loading box is not correctly placed when it is determined that the mobile phone loading box is not located in the effective area on the preset position.
In the technical scheme of the invention, firstly, an acquisition module 10 acquires a preset position of a mobile phone automatic recovery terminal storage mobile phone; then the first detection module 20 detects whether a mobile phone loading box is arranged at the preset position; then, when the judging module 30 detects that the mobile phone loading box is located at the preset position, judging whether the mobile phone loading box is located in an effective area at the preset position; and finally, when the first display module 40 judges that the mobile phone loading box is not in the effective area on the preset position, displaying a first prompt message that the mobile phone loading box is not correctly placed. The invention avoids the phenomenon that the mobile phone is damaged due to incorrect placement of the mobile phone loading box when the mobile phone to be recovered is recovered by the automatic mobile phone recovery terminal, and improves the mobile phone recovery efficiency.
Further, on the basis of the first embodiment of the automatic mobile phone recycling terminal of the present invention, a second embodiment of the automatic mobile phone recycling terminal is provided, and referring to fig. 7, the difference between the second embodiment and the first embodiment is that the automatic mobile phone recycling terminal further includes:
the second display module 50 is used for displaying second prompt information which cannot be normally operated when no mobile phone loading box is detected at the preset position;
and the sending module 60 is configured to send third prompt information that the mobile phone loading box is not placed to the manual background of the automatic mobile phone recovery terminal.
Therefore, when it is detected that there is no mobile phone loading box at the preset position, the second display module 50 displays a second prompt message that the normal operation cannot be performed on the front-end display interface, and informs a person who is or is about to use the terminal to recover the service that the local computer has a fault. Meanwhile, the sending module 60 needs to send related third prompt information to the manual background of the automatic mobile phone recycling terminal to inform an operator of the automatic mobile phone recycling terminal of the fault information of the terminal, so that the operator can quickly reset the mobile phone loading box of the terminal.
Further, on the basis of the second embodiment of the automatic mobile phone recycling terminal of the present invention, a third embodiment of the automatic mobile phone recycling terminal is provided, and referring to fig. 8, a difference between the third embodiment and the second embodiment is that the automatic mobile phone recycling terminal further includes:
and the prompt module 70 is configured to display a prompt message that the automatic mobile phone recovery terminal stops mobile phone recovery service when detecting that the number of the mobile phones loaded in the mobile phone loading box reaches a preset value, and send a fourth prompt message for replacing the mobile phone loading box to a manual background of the automatic mobile phone recovery terminal.
In order to avoid the damage phenomenon, the prompt module 70 first sets a preset value for the mobile phone loading box, where the preset value can reflect a predicted value of the number of mobile phones that the mobile phone loading box can store for various types of mobile phones. When the prompting module 70 detects that the number of the mobile phones loaded in the mobile phone loading box reaches a preset value, a prompt message that the mobile phone automatic recovery terminal stops mobile phone recovery service is displayed at the front end to inform a person who is or is about to use the terminal to recover the service that the mobile phone cannot continue to provide the service, and meanwhile, to solve the problem as soon as possible, the prompting module 70 sends a fourth prompt message for replacing the mobile phone loading box to a manual background of the mobile phone, so that the mobile phone automatic recovery terminal can reply to a normal service function as soon as possible.
Further, on the basis of the first embodiment of the automatic mobile phone recycling terminal of the present invention, a fourth embodiment of the automatic mobile phone recycling terminal is provided, referring to fig. 9, where a difference between the fourth embodiment and the first embodiment is that the automatic mobile phone recycling terminal records recycling information, and the automatic mobile phone recycling terminal further includes: :
the second detection module 80 is configured to, when it is detected that the mobile phone loading box cannot normally store the mobile phone recovered by the current automatic mobile phone recovery terminal, send current recovery information to an artificial background of the automatic mobile phone recovery terminal, so as to record a problem that the mobile phone loading box cannot normally work.
Therefore, if it is detected that the mobile phone loading box fails to arrange the mobile phones recovered by the current automatic mobile phone recovery terminal in the factory, the second detection module 80 sends the current recovery information to the manual background.
Further, on the basis of the fourth embodiment of the automatic mobile phone recycling terminal of the present invention, a fifth embodiment of the automatic mobile phone recycling terminal is proposed, and referring to fig. 10, a difference between the fifth embodiment and the fourth embodiment is that the automatic mobile phone recycling terminal further includes: :
the second prompt module 90 is configured to display a prompt message that the mobile phone automatic recovery terminal stops mobile phone recovery service when it is detected that the mobile phone loading box is damaged, and send a fifth prompt message for replacing the mobile phone loading box to a manual background of the mobile phone automatic recovery terminal.
In order to ensure that the automatic mobile phone recycling terminal can operate normally, the second prompt module 90 prompts that the personnel who are or are about to use the recycling service of the terminal stops the mobile phone recycling service. Meanwhile, in order to ensure that the automatic mobile phone recovery terminal can recover the normal functional service as soon as possible, the second prompt module 90 needs to send a fifth prompt message for replacing the mobile phone loading box to the manual background of the automatic mobile phone recovery terminal to inform an operator to solve the technical problem that the current automatic mobile phone recovery terminal cannot normally provide the functional service of the recovery service as soon as possible.
