本发明涉及一种用于齿轮箱输出轴的绝热结构。它设置在输出轴处,其特征在于:它包括内套筒、空心轴、真空接头、法兰和轴端压环,齿轮箱的输入轴与空心轴为齿轮传动连接,所述内套筒设置在空心轴内,所述空心轴与内套筒的顶部通过法兰连接,内套筒与空心轴之间形成真空层,内套筒内通有冷、热介质,两者的接合处通过轴端压环密封,轴端压环外设置有油封,油封上设置有泄压环,油封外设置有隔热环和压盖。本发明一种用于齿轮箱输出轴的绝热结构,内套筒内通有冷、热介质,真空层形成隔热层,因此齿轮箱在起到减速功能的同时,还能在输出轴输出冷、热量。

本发明涉及一种用于齿轮箱输出轴的绝热结构。属于机械设备技术领域。
背景技术
常规的齿轮箱,机械传动中广泛应用的重要部件,起到减速的功能,还具有改变传动方向和传动力矩的功能。
在特殊场合,比如齿轮箱应用于矿石筛选时,需要在输出轴处输出蒸汽来加热矿浆料;还有些场合,需要在输出轴处输出冷量,来满足工艺所需,现有的齿轮箱不具备上述功能,满足不了客户的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供了一种用于齿轮箱输出轴的绝热结构,输出轴可输出冷、热量,满足客户的特殊需求。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种用于齿轮箱输出轴的绝热结构,设置在输出轴处,其特点是:它包括内套筒、空心轴、真空接头、法兰和轴端压环,齿轮箱的输入轴与空心轴为齿轮传动连接,所述内套筒设置在空心轴内,所述空心轴与内套筒的顶部通过法兰连接,内套筒与空心轴之间形成真空层,内套筒内通有冷、热介质,两者的接合处通过轴端压环密封,轴端压环外设置有油封,油封上设置有泄压环,油封外设置有隔热环和压盖。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明一种用于齿轮箱输出轴的绝热结构,内套筒内通有冷、热介质,真空层形成隔热层,因此齿轮箱在起到减速功能的同时,还能在输出轴输出冷、热量。

具体实施方式
参见图1-2,本发明涉及一种用于齿轮箱输出轴的绝热结构,设置在输出轴2处,它包括内套筒3、空心轴4、真空接头5、法兰6、隔热环7、泄压环8、油封9、轴端压环10和压盖11,齿轮箱的输入轴1与空心轴4为齿轮传动连接,所述内套筒3设置在空心轴4内,所述空心轴4与内套筒3的顶部通过法兰6连接,内套筒3与空心轴4之间形成真空层12,内套筒3内通有冷、热介质,两者的接合处通过轴端压环10密封,轴端压环10外设置有油封9,防止润滑油渗漏,油封9上设置有泄压环8,泄压环8用于调整油压,油封9外设置有隔热环7和压盖11,隔热环7进一步加强隔热效果,压盖11起到固定和支撑的作用。
空心轴4的侧面设置有真空接头5,真空接头5与真空层12相通,利用真空接头5将真空层12抽真空。
内套筒3采用无缝钢管。
工作原理:内套筒3内通有冷、热介质,真空层12形成隔热层,内套筒3与空心轴4的接合处通过轴端压环10密封,并在隔热环7的作用下,进一步加强隔效果,油封9上设置的泄压环8能及时调整油压。
