Abstract

电动汽车塔式充电停车库,用于将轿车全自动存入和取出停车位,通过后台监控系统实现自动充电功能,包括停车塔、升降机和载车盘。停车塔内侧设有停车位,地面层设有两个泊车位,顶部设有机房,塔顶可设置太阳能电池板和风力发电机装置用于机房内部照明和空调使用。升降机位于停车塔中心,包含升降系统和货叉系统。载车盘是电动汽车的承载结构,端头设有电连接器装置,用于电动汽车自动充电使用。升降机是载车板盘的搬运设备,用于载车盘在停车塔地面停车泊位与任意停车位之间周转,实现电动汽车的全自动存取。此种电动汽车塔式充电停车库布局合理、存取车效率和可靠性高,可实现电动汽车在车位的自动充电功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及电动汽车塔式充电停车库,特别是涉及一种用于立体车库领域的电动汽车自动充电立体车库。
背景技术
随着经济的发展和石化能源的枯竭,电动汽车作为新能源汽车领域发展的领头羊,充电难问题已然成为我国电动汽车发展的两大制约因素。传统的电动汽车充电模式是在现有停车位做改造,增加直流充电桩或交流充电桩。然而,停车难是我国大中城市面临的一大社会难题,在现有停车位十分紧张的情况下,电动汽车停车泊位的改造工作阻力重重。
汽车租赁模式可有效提高轿车的使用频率,减少停车泊位的需求,越来越受到年轻人士的青睐。在我国一线城市,一张车牌甚至可以买一部轿车,买车划算还是租车划算是年轻人士热衷讨论的话题,汽车租赁模式会打破人们传统的买车观念。EVCARD等公司推出的共享电动汽车,使得汽车的使用成本大为降低,在我国一线城市潜在市场巨大。
我国大中城市土地资源稀缺,集约用地将是一条可持续发展的道路。本发明提出一种电动汽车集中充电方,对比目前市场上使用的电动汽车充电站,本发明具有土地使用率高、可实现自动充电功能、成本低等特点。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种低成本、高效率、高可靠性的电动汽车充电车库。
1、电动汽车塔式充电停车库,用于将轿车全自动存入和取出停车位,通过后台监控系统实现自动充电功能,包括:停车塔、升降机和载车盘,
2、在其中一个实施例中,所述停车塔每层设有两个停车位,分别位于所述升降机的两侧。
3、在其中一个实施例中,所述升降机包含升降系统和货叉系统。
4、在其中一个实施例中,所述升降系统可带动载车盘做竖直运动。
5、根在其中一个实施例中,所述货叉系统为双向单深货叉,可带动载车盘做水平运动。
6、根在其中一个实施例中,所述载车盘端部设有电连接器装置,所述电连接器插合方向为竖直方向。
7、根在其中一个实施例中,所述电连接器装置依靠载车盘的重力自动完成插合。
停车塔采用双车位,具有布局合理、占地少、结构易于实现的特点。升降机在存取轿车的过程中,货叉系统可双向伸缩存取载车盘,有效地降低了载车盘存取机构的复杂性。传统的双车位塔库方案中采用传动机构拖动载车盘水平运动,需要在载车盘或车位上布置大量滚轮,本发明中使用的双向货叉系统在仓储堆垛机领域已大规模使用,结构更加简洁,在载车盘上设置自动插接装置,利用货叉将载车盘送入车位的动作直接实现连接器的插合,工作原理简单、可靠性高。

具体实施方式
为了便于理解本发明,下面将参照相关附图对本发明进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了本发明的较佳实施例。但是,本发明提到的起升驱动为曳引驱动方案,亦可以采用链条驱动或卷扬驱动,提供这些实施例的目的是使对本发明的公开内容的理解更加透彻全面。
如图1所示,其为一实施例的电动汽车塔式充电停车库的主视图,请同时参阅图2,其为图1所示的电动汽车塔式充电停车库的俯视图。
电动汽车塔式充电停车库用于将轿车全自动存入和取出停车位,实现电动汽车自动充电功能。包括:停车塔100、曳引驱动200、升降机300、载车盘400、充电机500和进出车口600。
曳引驱动200设置在停车塔100顶部机房内部,曳引驱动200带动升降机300和对重700做竖直运动。升降机300位于停车塔100的中心,停车塔100的停车位分布于升降机300两侧,如图2所示。每个停车位设有一个载车盘400,电动汽车停泊在载车盘400上,载车盘支撑于停车塔100的车位上。每个停车位上设有一台充电机500,充电机500固定在停车塔100上。进出车口600位于停车塔100地面层,且位于停车塔100停车位的正下方。
如图3和图4所示,为升降机300和载车盘400的侧视图,请一并参考图5。升降机300包含:升降导轨310、动滑轮320、导向轮330、控制柜340、托架350和货叉360。曳引驱动200钢丝绳绕过动滑轮320,带动升降机300沿升降导轨310做竖直运动,货叉360将载车盘400伸出的倾覆力矩由导向轮330传递到升降导轨310,升降导轨310固定在停车塔100上。货叉360为双向单伸货叉,可将货叉360两侧的载车盘400分别搬运到升降机300上,通过竖直运动将载车盘在进出车口600和停车塔100停车位之间转运。
图6所示为载车盘400,载车盘400包含托盘410、导向梁420和电连接器430。托盘410为钣金结构车盘,托盘410两端设有带导向斜面的导向梁420,导向梁420为托盘410提供横向支撑,同时也是货叉360的托点,提供一定的导向复位功能。电连接器430设置与托盘410的端部,提供电动汽车在车位上的自动充电功能。
电动汽车停到载车盘400后,升降机300的货叉360伸出,将载车盘400搬运到升降机托架350内,曳引驱动200带动升降机300做竖直运动,将电动汽车提升到指定停车位,货叉360伸出,将载车盘400缓慢放下,同时电连接器430逐渐插合,载车盘400落位后货叉360收回,完成存车动作。取车过程反向,升降机300将电动汽车从停车位取出并搬运到地面进出车口600。地面设置两个进出车口600,升降机300工作时间可与进出车完全独立,进而提高升降机300的周转率,提高停车库的工作效率。
到此,电动汽车塔式充电停车库的布置情况已经描述完成。
根据电动汽车的运行情况,将停车库的工作模式分为连续存车模式、连续取车模式和存取车模式。连续存车模式主要针对上班高峰,升降机300将轿车存入空位,同时取出空载车盘400放到进出车口600;连续取车模式主要针对下班高峰,升降机300将空载车盘400存入空位,同时取出电动汽车放到进出车口600;连续存取车模式主要应用在商场等进出车流比较大的公共场所,升降机300将轿车存入空位后取出车主召唤的电动汽车。上述三种工作模式中,存取车模式的工作效率最高,接近于连续存车模式和连续取车模式的二倍。

1.电动汽车塔式充电停车库,用于将轿车全自动存入和取出停车位,通过后台监控系统实现自动充电功能,其特征在于,包括:停车塔、升降机和载车盘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的停车塔,其特征在于,所述停车塔每层设有两个停车位,分别位于所述升降机的两侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的升降机,其特征在于,所述升降机包含升降系统和货叉系统。
4.根据权利要求3所述的升降机,其特征在于,所述升降系统可带动载车盘做竖直运动。
5.根据权利要求3所述的升降机,其特征在于,所述货叉系统为双向单深货叉,可带动载车盘做水平运动。
6.根据权利要求1所述的载车盘,其特征在于,所述载车盘端部设有电连接器装置,所述电连接器插合方向为竖直方向。
7.根据权利要求6所述的载车盘,其特征在于,所述电连接器装置依靠载车盘的重力自动完成插合。
