Abstract

本发明提供了一种定量装浓缩型柔软剂及其制备方法,所述柔顺剂的原料包括阳离子表面、酯基季铵盐、3-甲氧基-3-甲基丁醇,丙二醇、非离子改性聚合物和香精。所述柔顺剂制备时,无需加热,并且是一个无水体系,大大节约了水资源;另外,本发明所述柔顺剂为浓缩配方,使得在低使用量的情况下就能达到柔软抗静电的效果,本品的有效浓度是普通柔软剂4-6倍,浓缩装节约生产,包装,运输各个环节的成本,具有较高的经济效益和社会效益。

一种定量装浓缩型柔软剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于织物护理领域,特别涉及一种定量浓缩型的柔软剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
现在市场上的柔软剂都是低有效含量产品,以水为主要溶剂的配方。而无水体系的柔软剂市场上还没有。低浓度的柔软剂会造成生产原料、包装材料,水、运输等的浪费,制备一款浓缩型、定量装的柔软剂既能节约生产、运输、采购成本,减少原材料的浪费,又适合现在环保的理念。市场上少量定量装的洗涤产品已经上市,而定量装的织物护理剂在国内市场上还没出现,因此,研制一款定量装的织物护理剂必能适应市场需求,符合国家轻工业环保发展方向,在市场上占有自己的一席之地。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种定量装浓缩型柔软剂及其制备方法。所述柔软剂水溶性好,高度浓缩,更加柔软,抗静电性强,再润湿性能好,不引起衣物黄变。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种定量装浓缩型柔软剂,所述柔顺剂的原料包括阳离子表面活性剂、酯基季铵盐、3-甲氧基-3-甲基丁醇、丙二醇、非离子改性聚合物和香精,所述各个原料的重量份数比为:
阳离子表面活性剂 15~30
酯基季铵盐 5~10
3-甲氧基-3-甲基丁醇 35~45
丙二醇 20~35
非离子改性聚合物 0.5~2.0
香精 0.4~1.5。
进一步的,所述阳离子表面活性剂为双棕榈羧乙基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵盐。
进一步的,所述非离子改性聚合物为聚对苯二甲酸丙基酯。
进一步的,所述柔顺剂使用聚乙烯醇薄膜定量包装。
所述的定量装浓缩型柔软剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照上述重量份数比,依次加入阳离子表面活性剂、3-甲氧基-3-甲基丁醇、非离子改性聚合物和丙二醇,混合并搅拌均匀至完全溶解,得到混合液A;
2)按上述重量份数比取香精,将其加入混合液A中,搅拌均匀,得到混合液B;
3)将上述混合液B静置后过滤,即得到所述的定量装浓缩型柔软剂。
本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是:
1、本发明应用双棕榈羧乙基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵盐作为阳离子表面活性剂,此阳离子表面活性剂来自纯天然植物,可生物降解,无毒无刺激,安全卫生,可冷水分散,适用于配制浓缩型的织物柔顺剂配方,提供卓越的柔软性能,优异的阳离子性能,抗静电性能,相容性能,再润湿性能及不引起黄变性能;
2、本发明中使用非离子改性聚合物有很好的分散性,具有抗再沉积作用,提高产品的水溶性及抗黄变性能;
3、本发明所述的定量装浓缩型柔软剂制备过程中,工艺操作简单,无需加热,并且是一个无水体系,常温下即可溶解,又大大的节约了水资源;
4、本发明所述的定量装浓缩型柔软剂为浓缩配方,使得在低使用量的情况下就能达到柔软抗静电的效果,本品的有效浓度是普通柔软剂4-6倍,浓缩装节约生产,包装,运输各个环节的成本,具有较高的经济效益和社会效益;
5、本发明所述的定量装浓缩型柔软剂可用水溶性膜进行包装,捷带方便、使用方便、定量使用更节约;
6、本发明所述定量装浓缩型柔软剂的抗静电性稀释4-6倍使用后达到GB/T 16801的要求;再润湿性稀释4-6倍使用后达到QB/T4309的要求。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种定量装浓缩型柔软剂,所述柔顺剂的原料包括阳离子表面活性剂、酯基季铵盐、3-甲氧基-3-甲基丁醇、丙二醇、非离子改性聚合物和香精,所述各个原料的重量份数比为:
阳离子表面活性剂 15~30
酯基季铵盐 5~10
3-甲氧基-3-甲基丁醇 35~45
丙二醇 20~35
非离子改性聚合物 0.5~2.0
香精 0.4~1.5。
进一步的,所述阳离子表面活性剂为双棕榈羧乙基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵盐。
进一步的,所述非离子改性聚合物为聚对苯二甲酸丙基酯。可购买科莱恩公司的SRN-100。
进一步的,所述香精为真我香水香精。
所述的定量装浓缩型柔软剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照上述重量份数比,依次将阳离子表面活性剂、3-甲氧基-3-甲基丁醇、非离子改性聚合物和丙二醇加入化料釜中,混合并搅拌均匀至完全溶解,得到混合液A;
2)按上述重量份数比取香精,将其加入混合液A中,搅拌均匀,得到混合液B;
3)将上述混合液B静置后,用200目滤布过滤处理,即得到所述的定量装浓缩型柔软剂。
上述定量装浓缩型柔软剂使用聚乙烯醇薄膜(简称PVA)进行定量包装,PVA是一种水溶性合成薄膜,此包装膜是一种经特殊工艺处理加工、添加一种苦味剂,防止幼儿误食,起到保护幼儿的功效。此包装可通过自然因素(H2O)迅速降解的新型环保包装材料。优选的,所述柔顺剂定量装的规格为15~30g/个。
本实施例所用重量单位为千克,也可以为克;
本实施例中所述各个原料均为工业级;
本实施例中所述的各原料均为市场上出售的常规产品;
本实施例中,所述的各个原料可以在给出的配比范围内灵活组合,在此不一一枚举。
实施例2
本实施例的定量装浓缩型柔软剂是在实施例1基础上的优选方案,所用原料的品质与实施例1相同,所述各个原料的重量份数比为:
双棕榈羧乙基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵盐 20
酯基季铵盐 9
3-甲氧基-3-甲基丁醇 40
丙二醇 30
非离子改性聚合物 0.5
香精 0.5。
本实施例所述的定量装浓缩型柔软剂稀释4倍使用即可达到普通柔软剂的功效。这大大地节省了生产、包装、运输成本。其抗静电性稀释4-6倍使用后达到GB/T 16801的要求;再润湿性稀释4-6倍使用后达到QB/T4309的要求。

本实施例的定量装浓缩型柔软剂是在实施例1基础上的优选方案,所用原料的品质与实施例1相同,所述各个原料的重量份数比为:

本实施例所述的定量装浓缩型柔软剂稀释5倍使用即可达到普通柔软剂的功效。这大大地节省了生产、包装、运输成本。其抗静电性稀释4-6倍使用后达到GB/T 16801的要求;再润湿性稀释4-6倍使用后达到QB/T4309的要求。

本实施例的定量装浓缩型柔软剂是在实施例1基础上的优选方案,所用原料的品质与实施例1相同,所述各个原料的重量份数比为:

本实施例所述的定量装浓缩型柔软剂稀释6倍使用即可达到普通柔软剂的功效。这大大地节省了生产、包装、运输成本。其抗静电性稀释4-6倍使用后达到GB/T 16801的要求;再润湿性稀释4-6倍使用后达到QB/T4309的要求。
实施例5
本实施例的定量装浓缩型柔软剂是在实施例1基础上的优选方案,所用原料的品质与实施例1相同,所述各个原料的重量份数比为:

3-甲氧基-3-甲基丁醇 40

非离子改性聚合物 1.5
香精 1.0。
本实施例所述的定量装浓缩型柔软剂稀释6倍使用即可达到普通柔软剂的功效。这大大地节省了生产、包装、运输成本。其抗静电性稀释4-6倍使用后达到GB/T 16801的要求;再润湿性稀释4-6倍使用后达到QB/T4309的要求。
为检测本发明所述的定量装浓缩型柔软剂的性能,将其与普通柔软剂性能进行了对比试验,柔软剂的性能实验是通过测试其柔软度、光滑度和蓬松度三个指标来检测柔软剂性能的好与差的。
实验方法,本实验是通过YG821型-织物风格仪来测试柔软剂的柔软度、光滑度的,通过测试其高度来评价其蓬松度。
YG821型-织物风格仪可以购自常州德杜精密仪器有限公司。
蓬松度:本实验是通过用20片相同材质的毛巾,用柔软剂处理后,24h后测试其总高度,高度越高说明其蓬松性能越好。
实验结果如下表所示;

注:柔软度是以弯曲刚度B来表示,光滑度是以表面摩擦稀释MIU来表示。
所述普通柔顺剂的配方及各原料的重量分数比为:
季胺酯 4.5
阳离子丙烯酰胺增稠剂 0.6
柠檬酸 0.09
香精 0.4
水至 100。
通过上表数据可见,相比普通柔顺剂,本发明所述的定量装浓缩型柔软剂,能够有效保证被洗涤制品的柔软性,且使用本发明所述定量装浓缩型柔软剂后的制品的光滑度和蓬松性均优于使用普通柔顺剂。

1.一种定量装浓缩型柔软剂,其特征在于,所述柔顺剂的原料包括阳离子表面活性剂、酯基季铵盐、3-甲氧基-3-甲基丁醇、丙二醇、非离子改性聚合物和香精,所述各个原料的重量份数比为:
阳离子表面活性剂 15~30
酯基季铵盐 5~10
3-甲氧基-3-甲基丁醇 35~45
丙二醇 20~35
非离子改性聚合物 0.5~2.0
香精 0.4~1.5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的定量装浓缩型柔软剂,其特征在于,所述阳离子表面活性剂为双棕榈羧乙基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵盐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的定量装浓缩型柔软剂,其特征在于,所述非离子改性聚合物为聚对苯二甲酸丙基酯。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的定量装浓缩型柔软剂,其特征在于,所述柔顺剂使用聚乙烯醇薄膜定量包装。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任一项所述的定量装浓缩型柔软剂的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按照权利要求1所述的重量份数比,依次加入阳离子表面活性剂、3-甲氧基-3-甲基丁醇、非离子改性聚合物和丙二醇,混合并搅拌均匀至完全溶解,得到混合液A;
2)按照权利要求1所述的重量份数比取香精,将其加入混合液A中,搅拌均匀,得到混合液B;
3)将上述混合液B静置后过滤,即得到所述的定量装浓缩型柔软剂。
