Abstract
本发明记载了一种包覆纱的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)制备氨纶丝;(2)将锦纶丝包覆在氨纶丝上形成初次包覆纱;(3)在初次包覆纱外再次包覆聚乙烯丝形成复合包覆纱。锦纶具有优良的性能,其耐磨性居纺织纤维之首,是改善包覆纱耐磨性的最佳选择,近年来新型纤维的不断发展,高强聚乙烯纤维以优异的综合性能被广泛应用到各个领域。本方发明选用高强聚乙烯丝、锦纶丝作为外包材料,使得包覆纱的强度高,耐磨性好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种制备工艺,尤其涉及一种包覆纱的制备工艺。
背景技术
普通弹力包覆纱以连续氨纶长丝为芯纱,外层以化纤长丝或棉、化纤纯纺纱/混纺纱以螺旋状的形式缠绕在芯丝外侧形成弹力包覆纱。这种以化纤长丝或棉为原料得到的包覆纱存在强度低、耐磨性差的缺陷。
发明内容
为解决现有的包覆纱存在强度低、耐磨性差的缺陷,本发明特提供一种包覆纱的制备工艺。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种包覆纱的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备氨纶丝;
(2)将锦纶丝包覆在氨纶丝上形成初次包覆纱;
(3)在初次包覆纱外再次包覆聚乙烯丝形成复合包覆纱。
锦纶具有优良的性能,其耐磨性居纺织纤维之首,是改善包覆纱耐磨性的最佳选择。近年来新型纤维的不断发展,高强聚乙烯纤维以优异的综合性能被广泛应用到各个领域。本方案选用高强聚乙烯丝、锦纶丝作为外包材料,使得包覆纱的强度高,耐磨性好。
作为本发明的优选,所述步骤(2)的包覆工艺如下:
S1、将氨纶丝卷装放置在输出罗拉上,锦纶丝设置在下排中空环锭上;
S2、在预牵伸罗拉的牵引下,氨纶丝从氨纶丝卷装上退卷并从下排中空环锭的锭心通过;
S3、下排中空环锭上的锦纶丝通过环锭的旋转退绕出来并包覆在氨纶丝上形成初次包覆纱;
进一步地,所述步骤(3)的包覆工艺如下:
S1、将聚乙烯丝设置在上排中空环锭上;
S2、初次包覆纱从上排中空环锭的锭心通过,上排中空环锭上的聚乙烯丝通过环锭的旋转退绕出来包覆在初次包覆纱上形成复合包覆纱;
S3、包覆纱在牵引罗拉的牵引下,通过成品卷绕滚筒的带动形成复合包覆纱。
为更好地实现本发明,所述锦纶丝以S捻包覆在氨纶丝外。在本方案中,锦纶丝以S捻包覆在氨纶丝的外面,能够赋予纱线一定的弹性、透气性。
作为本发明的优选,所述聚乙烯丝以Z捻包覆在初次包覆纱外。在本方案中,最外层的聚乙烯丝以Z捻包覆在初次包覆纱外,能够保护内层纱线,使包覆纱不仅具有锦纶耐磨的优点,还赋予包覆纱高强、高模、耐冲击等优良的力学性能。
进一步地,所述氨纶丝包括聚醚二元醇、二异氰酸酯、正丁醇、混合二胺、防变黄剂、润滑解舒剂、紫外线吸收剂、防氧化剂以及单胺类、酸性物质、二甲基酰胺类组份;其中聚醚二元醇和二异氰酸酯的摩尔比为1∶(1.75-2.00),聚醚二元醇和正丁醇的重量比为100∶(0.1-0.4)而组成预聚体PP1;预聚体PP1和混合二胺的重量比为100∶(1.5-3.5)以及适量的单胺类、酸性物质、二甲基酰胺类而组成聚合物PP2;聚合物PP2和相对于PP1重量的1.5-2.5%防变黄剂、0.1-0.2%润滑解舒剂、0.5-1.5%紫外线吸收剂和0.5-2.0%防氧化剂而组成原液PP3。本方案改变了原氨纶丝的原料配方、添加剂配方,使产出的氨纶丝具有高弹性、高透光性,能满足各种高级织物和高档服装面料的需求,对改善我国的纺织品结构、提高纺织品的档次起到了积极而重要的作用。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果是:

(1)制备氨纶丝;
(2)将锦纶丝包覆在氨纶丝上形成初次包覆纱;

1.一种包覆纱的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)制备氨纶丝;
(2)将锦纶丝包覆在氨纶丝上形成初次包覆纱;
(3)在初次包覆纱外再次包覆聚乙烯丝形成复合包覆纱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种包覆纱的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)的包覆工艺如下:
S1、将氨纶丝卷装(1)放置在输出罗拉(2)上,锦纶丝设置在下排中空环锭(3)上;
S2、在预牵伸罗拉(4)的牵引下,氨纶丝从氨纶丝卷装(1)上退卷并从下排中空环锭(3)的锭心通过;
S3、下排中空环锭(3)上的锦纶丝通过环锭的旋转退绕出来并包覆在氨纶丝上形成初次包覆纱。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种包覆纱的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)的包覆工艺如下:
S1、将聚乙烯丝设置在上排中空环锭(5)上;
S2、初次包覆纱从上排中空环锭(5)的锭心通过,上排中空环锭(5)上的聚乙烯丝通过环锭的旋转退绕出来包覆在初次包覆纱上形成复合包覆纱;
S3、包覆纱在牵引罗拉(6)的牵引下,通过成品卷绕滚筒(7)的带动形成复合包覆纱。
