Description

Health wine and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention mainly relates to the technical field of health-care products, in particular to a health-care wine and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Fatigue is a subjective feeling of discomfort, but objectively loses its ability to perform the normal activities or work originally undertaken under the same conditions. If the patient usually feels tired and cannot concentrate attention in daily life, the patient can be tired by a little exercise, the patient can sleep more but not feel tired at ordinary times, and the patient can go to a hospital for physical examination without serious pathological changes, so that the patient can suffer from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS). The CFS definition at the 1994 conference of the international chronic fatigue syndrome team is: fatigue persists for 6 months or more, excluding other diseases, and possesses at least 4 of the following symptoms: short-term memory decline or inability to concentrate attention; ② sore throat; ③ lymph node pain; fourthly, muscle soreness is caused; joint swelling and pain without red swelling; sixthly, headache is caused by new hair; seventhly, after sleeping, vigor cannot be recovered; the people are discomfortable for 24 hours continuously after the physical or mental labor.
Fatigue belongs to the categories of deficiency, consumptive disease and consumptive disease in traditional Chinese medicine, and is often called fatigue, abortive, thin, heavy and heavy in Huang Di Nei Jing. Su Wen & Zhao Yi Lun (literature article of monograph) states that "liver deficiency, kidney deficiency and spleen deficiency all make the human body be very restless and dry, and according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine visceral manifestation, fatigue is related to five zang organs, and mainly responsible for spleen, liver and kidney and heart and lung. Failure of the spleen to transport and transform leads to the failure of qi and blood to transform and transform, failing to nourish the muscles of the limbs, manifesting as lassitude, weakness, or flaccidity. In addition, spleen governs transportation and transformation of water-dampness, spleen functions of transportation and transformation of water-dampness are declined, and it is easy to generate dampness and gather phlegm, and phlegm-dampness stagnates in the muscles of limbs, which is manifested as heavy and weak limbs, even soreness and pain. Liver stores blood and governs tendons as the root of death, stores blood, regulates blood volume and can ensure normal distribution of blood during exercise. Kidneys are the innate root, store essence and govern bone and marrow. Indulgence in sexual desire, excessive fatigue, kidney essence deficiency, marrow sea deficiency, listlessness, vertigo, tinnitus, hypomnesis, thought retardation, soreness and weakness of the waist and knees, debility of limbs, fatigue and weakness. Fatigue is also related to the visceral functions of the heart and lung. The heart governs blood vessels, and heart qi promotes the circulation of blood throughout the body, and the blood flows throughout the body to play a role in nourishing and moistening. Heart stores spirit and has all physiological functions of the human body, such as internal organs, body sense organs and orifices, and mental consciousness and thinking activities. Sufficient heart blood, vigorous heart qi and heart spirit, so blood can move, blood vessels are smooth and vital energy is vigorous. The lung governs qi, governs respiration, and moves towards the heart and blood. Excessive labor, lung impairment due to qi consumption, lung qi deficiency, and failure to help heart and blood circulation, blood stasis, manifested as palpitation and chest distress. Therefore, fatigue is often accompanied by qi deficiency symptoms such as lassitude and laziness in speaking. The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the generation of physical strength takes qi, blood, body fluid and liquid as material bases and takes the functions of yin and yang as external manifestations. The generation of fatigue is closely related to the loss of qi, blood, yin and yang. In a word, the traditional Chinese medicine considers that the fatigue is mainly caused by dysfunction of three organs, namely spleen, liver and kidney, heart and lung involvement and imbalance of qi, blood, yin and yang, which are caused by various reasons.
According to statistics, the incidence rate of the chronic fatigue syndrome in 90 years in the 20 th century is 20% -30%, the community survey in England finds that the prevalence rate of women is higher than that of men, about 30% of women and about 18% -19% of men, and the statistical data in China find that the proportion of men and women is almost the same. The patient group is mainly brainworkers engaged in the industries of computer software development, secretary, financial staff and the like, the social pressure, the mental pressure, the working pressure and the living pressure of the patient group are very large, and in addition, the modern society is high in intensity and fast in rhythm, and complicated modern social environment, interpersonal relationship and intense competition, so that the body and the mind of the patient are exhausted, the stress, the pressure, the anxiety and the unappreciated feeling of the patient are easily generated, and various bad moods such as anxiety, vexation, depression, self-mutilation, low mood and the like are caused. If the mental tension state can be moderate, the mental tension state is beneficial to the acquisition and the health, but if the mental tension state is too strong and the self psychological bearing capacity is not strong, the psychological fatigue is inevitable, so that the chronic fatigue syndrome is easy to generate.
The medicated liquor is a clear liquid preparation prepared by extracting medicinal materials with Chinese liquor. The wine has the characteristics of flexible formula, simple and convenient preparation, convenient taking and quick response, and has thousands of years of history in China. The wine formula is also one of the important dosage forms of the traditional Chinese medicine formula. According to the traditional Chinese medicine, the wine is the smell of food, is pungent and sweet in taste, is strong in nature and hot, has fragrant and mellow smell, enters heart and liver meridians, can ascend and disperse energy, is suitable for guiding medicine vigor, and has the functions of invigorating spleen and stomach, eliminating cold accumulation, correcting odor and correcting taste. The wine is taken as a dosage form, besides being capable of dissolving various active ingredients in medicinal materials, the wine base can moderate the performance of the medicaments and correct the bias; the medicine can be guided to the channels and the effect can be strengthened; the medicine property can be changed to expand or change the curative effect of the original medicine; can also reduce the toxicity or side effect of the original medicine.
At present, the health-care food for relieving physical fatigue in the market mainly comprises the following types: the energy is supplemented, and the purposes of maintaining the normal physiological functions of the body and relieving fatigue are achieved by supplementing energy consumed in sports; secondly, supplying vitamins and trace elements necessary for human body; thirdly, the elimination and discharge of the metabolic substances in the body are accelerated by improving the functions of the organs of the body, particularly the functions of a circulatory system, so as to achieve the aim of resisting fatigue.
However, the traditional health care products have short preservation period and single effect, can not effectively treat chronic fatigue syndrome, and the market urgently needs a health care product with multiple effects of tonifying qi and tonifying deficiency, moistening five internal organs, harmonizing blood vessels, benefiting vital essence and qi, nourishing essence and marrow, strengthening bones and muscles, strengthening spleen and stomach, nourishing yin and tonifying yang and the like, and the health care product can be preserved for a long time and has stable and reliable quality.
