本发明涉及建筑新型材料技术领域,具体涉及一种复合新型材料液态壁纸漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
新型建材(即新型建筑材料)是区别于传统的砖瓦、灰砂石等建材的建筑材料新品种,行业内将新型建筑材料的范围作了明确的界定,即新型建筑材料主要包括新型墙体材料、新型防水密封材料、新型保温隔热材料和装饰装修材料四大类。
液体壁纸是一种新型建材,也称壁纸漆和墙艺涂料,是集壁纸和乳胶漆特点于一身的环保水性涂料。通过各类特殊工具和技法配合不同的上色工艺,使墙面产生各种质感纹理和明暗过渡的艺术效果,把墙身涂料从人工合成的平滑型时代带进天然环保型凹凸涂料的全新时代,满足了消费者多样化的装饰需求,也因此成为现代空间最时尚的装饰元素。另外液体壁纸采用丙烯酸乳液、钛白粉、颜料及其他助剂制成,也有采用贝壳类表体经高温处理而成。黏合剂选用无毒、无害的有机胶体,是真正天然的、环保的产品。液体壁纸是水性涂料,因此也具有良好的防潮、抗菌性能,不易生虫、不易老化等众多优点。
目前,液体壁纸的功能少,仍然能够进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种复合新型材料液态壁纸漆,包括以下重量份的原料:水性环氧树脂乳液50-70份、增稠剂10-15份、聚结助剂5-8份、抗甲醛剂2-6份、增滑剂2-4份、云母粉5-6份、贝壳粉8-12份、香精0.5-1.5份、花椒粉1-2份、珠光颜料3-5份。
作为优选,水性环氧树脂乳液中的环氧树脂的环氧当量范围为200~4000,云母粉、贝壳粉和花椒粉的目数均为600目。
作为优选,抗甲醛剂为1,3-二甲基-2-咪唑烷酮,香精为茉莉花香精。
作为优选,增滑剂包括以下一种或多种的混合物:液体石蜡、凡士林、合成石蜡、聚乙烯蜡、聚丙烯蜡。
作为优选,增稠剂为聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚氧化乙烯、改性石蜡树脂、卡波树脂、聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液、顺丁橡胶、丁苯橡胶、聚氨酯、改性聚脲、低分子聚乙烯蜡的一种或多种。

一、根据上述重量份分别称取各种原料;
二、将水性环氧树脂乳液、云母粉、贝壳粉、香精、花椒粉加入到搅拌机内搅拌,搅拌3-5min;
三、在步骤二中的搅拌机内继续加入增稠剂、聚结助剂、抗甲醛剂、增滑剂,并加入一定量的水,搅拌5-8min;
四、在步骤三中的混合物内加入珠光颜料,搅拌均匀即可。
作为优选,搅拌机的转速为800r/min。
作为优选,步骤三中所述一定量的水的配比为5%-10%。
本发明提供的一种复合新型材料液态壁纸漆具有良好的综合性能,具体有益效果如下:
1、由于添加了一定比例的水性环氧树脂乳液,再加上一定比例的添加剂,使得液态壁纸漆具有较佳地附着能力;
2、由于添加了一定比例的抗甲醛剂和贝壳粉,具有吸附、分解这些有害气体的功能;
3、由于一定比例的云母粉的添加,提高了液态壁纸漆的绝缘性、耐高温、耐酸碱、耐腐蚀、附着力强等特性;
4、由于一定比例的花椒粉的添加,能够有效地驱除蚊虫;珠光颜料使得液态壁纸具有丰富的颜色。
5、本发明提供的一种复合新型材料液态壁纸漆的制备方法操作简单,分步加入原料能使制备出来的液态壁纸漆质量佳、稳定性好。

本实施例的一种复合新型材料液态壁纸漆,包括以下重量份的原料:水性环氧树脂乳液50份、增稠剂10份、聚结助剂5份、抗甲醛剂2份、增滑剂2份、云母粉5份、贝壳粉8份、香精0.5份、花椒粉1份、珠光颜料3份。
本实施例中,水性环氧树脂乳液中的环氧树脂的环氧当量范围为200,云母粉、贝壳粉和花椒粉的目数均为600目。

实施例3
本实施例的一种复合新型材料液态壁纸漆,包括以下重量份的原料:水性环氧树脂乳液70份、增稠剂15份、聚结助剂8份、抗甲醛剂6份、增滑剂4份、云母粉6份、贝壳粉12份、香精1.5份、花椒粉2份、珠光颜料5份。
本实施例中,水性环氧树脂乳液中的环氧树脂的环氧当量范围为200~4000,云母粉、贝壳粉和花椒粉的目数均为600目。
本实施例中,抗甲醛剂为1,3-二甲基-2-咪唑烷酮,香精为茉莉花香精。
本实施例中,增滑剂为聚乙烯蜡和聚丙烯蜡的混合物。
本实施例中,增稠剂为聚丙烯酰胺。
本实施例中,聚结助剂为丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯和醇酯十二的混合物,两者之间的质量比为1:3。
本实施例还提供了一种复合新型材料液态壁纸漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
一、根据上述重量份分别称取各种原料;
二、将水性环氧树脂乳液、云母粉、贝壳粉、香精、花椒粉加入到搅拌机内搅拌,搅拌5min;
三、在步骤二中的搅拌机内继续加入增稠剂、聚结助剂、抗甲醛剂、增滑剂,并加入一定量的水,搅拌8min;
四、在步骤三中的混合物内加入珠光颜料,搅拌均匀即可。
其中,
搅拌机的转速为800r/min。
步骤三中所述一定量的水的配比为10%。
液态壁纸漆的施工方法为:墙面刮平→刷底漆→搅拌→加料→刮涂→收料→对花→补花。
1、搅拌:在产品刮涂前将产品打开盖子,用搅拌棒将涂料进行充分的搅拌,如果有气泡请将产品静置十分钟左右,待气泡消失;
2、加料:将适当的涂料放于印刷工具的内框上;
3、刮涂:将印刷工具置于墙角处,印刷模具的模面紧贴墙面,然后用刮板进行涂刮;
4、收料:将每一个花型刮好后,收尽模具上多余的,提起模具时候请垂直于墙面起落;
5、对花:套模时候根据花型的列距和行距使横、竖、斜都成一条线就可以。以模具外框贴近已经印好花型的最外缘,找到参照点后涂刮,并依此类推至整个墙面,可以通过模具的外框找到参照点;
6、补花:当墙面在纵向或横向不够套硬模时请使用软模补足。

由此可知,实施例1-3中的复合新型材料液态壁纸漆具有较佳地综合性能,具有较佳消除甲醛的能力。

Claims (9)
1.一种复合新型材料液态壁纸漆,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料:水性环氧树脂乳液50-70份、增稠剂10-15份、聚结助剂5-8份、抗甲醛剂2-6份、增滑剂2-4份、云母粉5-6份、贝壳粉8-12份、香精0.5-1.5份、花椒粉1-2份、珠光颜料3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合新型材料液态壁纸漆,其特征在于:水性环氧树脂乳液中的环氧树脂的环氧当量范围为200~4000,云母粉、贝壳粉和花椒粉的目数均为600目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合新型材料液态壁纸漆,其特征在于:抗甲醛剂为1,3-二甲基-2-咪唑烷酮,香精为茉莉花香精。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合新型材料液态壁纸漆,其特征在于:增滑剂包括以下一种或多种的混合物:液体石蜡、凡士林、合成石蜡、聚乙烯蜡、聚丙烯蜡。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合新型材料液态壁纸漆,其特征在于:增稠剂为聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚氧化乙烯、改性石蜡树脂、卡波树脂、聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液、顺丁橡胶、丁苯橡胶、聚氨酯、改性聚脲、低分子聚乙烯蜡的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复合新型材料液态壁纸漆,其特征在于:聚结助剂为丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯和醇酯十二的混合物,两者之间的质量比为1:1.5-3。
7.一种权利要求1~6任意一项所述的复合新型材料液态壁纸漆的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
一、根据上述重量份分别称取各种原料;
二、将水性环氧树脂乳液、云母粉、贝壳粉、香精、花椒粉加入到搅拌机内搅拌,搅拌3-5min;
三、在步骤二中的搅拌机内继续加入增稠剂、聚结助剂、抗甲醛剂、增滑剂,并加入一定量的水,搅拌5-8min,得到混合物;
四、在步骤三中的混合物内加入珠光颜料,搅拌均匀即可。
8.根据权利要求7所述的复合新型材料液态壁纸漆的制备方法,其特征在于:搅拌机的转速为800r/min。
9.根据权利要求7所述的复合新型材料液态壁纸漆的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤三中所述一定量的水的配比为5%-10%。
