本发明的一种多功能强震仪便携箱,包括箱体和箱盖,箱体和箱盖内均设置有减振结构,箱盖顶部设置有容纳盒,容纳盒内设置有平板电脑,平板电脑背面转动连接有伸缩支撑杆,伸缩支撑杆末端转动连接在容纳盒内底部,容纳盒顶部设置有推拉盖板。本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构设计合理,强震仪携带方便,减振和防尘效果好,减小了搬运过程中对强震仪的震动,避免了震动对强震仪的影响,在监测现场能够快速完成架设,节省了时间,提高了工作效率,而且减小了外界环境对强震仪影响,提高了强震仪的监测精度。

一种多功能强震仪便携箱
技术领域
本发明涉及一种多功能强震仪便携箱。
背景技术
目前,强震仪是记录强烈地震近地面运动的自动触发式地震仪。一般由拾震系统、记录系统、触发—起动系统、时标系统和电源系统五部分构成。地震发生时,需要工作人员携带强震仪紧急奔赴震区,然后迅速架设地震观测台,因此强震仪的携带和安放成为了比较重要的工作。现在的强震仪一般是装在普通的箱子里来回搬运,在搬运过程中强震仪容易受到震动等的影响,严重时会造成强震仪的损坏。而且震区环境比较恶劣复杂,笔记本电脑也无处放置,工作人员操作很不方便,观测系统不容易快速构建,降低了地震监测的效率和精度。
发明内容
为解决以上技术上的不足,本发明提供了一种多功能强震仪便携箱,方便携带强震仪,减振和防尘效果好。
本发明是通过以下措施实现的:
本发明的一种多功能强震仪便携箱,包括箱体和箱盖,所述箱体和箱盖内均设置有减振结构,箱盖顶部设置有容纳盒,所述容纳盒内设置有平板电脑,所述平板电脑背面转动连接有伸缩支撑杆,伸缩支撑杆末端转动连接在容纳盒内底部,容纳盒顶部设置有推拉盖板;箱盖后侧壁下方连接有插接板,所述插接板下方连接有伸缩竖杆,所述箱体后侧壁顶部开有可插入插接板的插接槽,所述伸缩竖杆下端固定在插接槽内底部,箱盖的四个侧壁上均设置有卷帘,所述箱体的四个侧壁上均设置有卷帘挂钩;箱体底部设置有伸缩支撑腿,箱体和箱盖前侧壁上设置有连接锁扣。
上述减振结构包括设置在箱体和箱盖内的下缓冲垫块和上缓冲垫块,所述下缓冲垫块中心向下凹陷,上缓冲垫块中心向上凹陷,形成上下扣合的强震仪容置腔,强震仪容置腔下方的下缓冲垫块内以及强震仪容置腔上方的缓冲垫块内均嵌入有减振弹簧组件。
上述下缓冲垫块内嵌入有充电电池,所述箱体侧壁上设置有与充电电池连接的充放电接口和USB接口。
上述箱体底部四角和中心均开有收纳槽,所述伸缩支撑腿顶部连接在收纳槽内顶部,伸缩支撑腿上设置有紧固螺栓。
上述减振弹簧组件包括竖直的圆柱形的橡胶筒,所述橡胶筒内设置有空腔,所述空腔内设置有竖直的弹簧。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构设计合理,强震仪携带方便,减振和防尘效果好,减小了搬运过程中对强震仪的震动,避免了震动对强震仪的影响,在监测现场能够快速完成架设,节省了时间,提高了工作效率,而且减小了外界环境对强震仪影响,提高了强震仪的监测精度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步详细的描述:
如图1、2、3所示,本发明的一种多功能强震仪便携箱,包括箱体1和箱盖2,箱体1和箱盖2内均设置有减振结构,箱盖2顶部设置有容纳盒8,容纳盒8内设置有平板电脑3,平板电脑3背面转动连接有伸缩支撑杆5,伸缩支撑杆5末端转动连接在容纳盒8内底部,容纳盒8顶部设置有推拉盖板4;箱盖2后侧壁下方连接有插接板17,插接板17下方连接有伸缩竖杆18,箱体1后侧壁顶部开有可插入插接板17的插接槽19,伸缩竖杆18下端固定在插接槽19内底部,箱盖2的四个侧壁上均设置有卷帘6,箱体1的四个侧壁上均设置有卷帘挂钩7;箱体1底部设置有伸缩支撑腿13,箱体1和箱盖2前侧壁上设置有连接锁扣。
减振结构包括设置在箱体1和箱盖2内的下缓冲垫块10和上缓冲垫块9,下缓冲垫块10中心向下凹陷,上缓冲垫块9中心向上凹陷,形成上下扣合的强震仪容置腔11,强震仪容置腔11下方的下缓冲垫块10内以及强震仪容置腔11上方的缓冲垫块内均嵌入有减振弹簧14组件。下缓冲垫块10内嵌入有充电电池12,箱体1侧壁上设置有与充电电池12连接的充放电接口15和USB接口16。箱体1底部四角和中心均开有收纳槽,伸缩支撑腿13顶部连接在收纳槽内顶部,伸缩支撑腿13上设置有紧固螺栓。减振弹簧14组件包括竖直的圆柱形的橡胶筒,橡胶筒内设置有空腔,空腔内设置有竖直的弹簧14。箱盖2内铺设防水袋20,便于地震监测现场装入沙土等重物,然后将防水袋压在强震仪上,使强震仪与箱体1底部接触紧密,提高强震仪的监测精度。
外出时,将强震仪放在强震仪容置腔11内,然后将箱盖2与箱体1通过连接锁扣锁住,周围的缓冲垫能够有效地起到减振作用。同时受力加大的强震仪容置腔11上方和底部增加装在橡胶筒内的弹簧14,减小了强震仪上下颠簸造成的震动。到达监测现场后,将伸缩支撑腿13从收纳槽中拉出,将箱体1调整水平后,打开箱盖2,将强震仪取出,然后将下缓冲垫取出,再把强震仪放入箱体1内,从而强震仪与箱体1底部直接接触。将箱盖2向上提起,插接板17从插接槽19内拔出,同时伸缩竖杆18拉长后锁止住,打开顶部的推拉盖板4,伸缩支撑杆5将平板电脑3支撑起来,将平板电脑3与强震仪用数据线连接起来就可以工作了。将箱盖2侧壁上的卷帘6拉下并用卷帘挂钩7钩住,防止了灰尘进入箱体1,影响强震仪。充电电池12可以给手机等外部设备供电,为工作人员提供了电源保障。

1.一种多功能强震仪便携箱,其特征在于:包括箱体和箱盖,所述箱体和箱盖内均设置有减震结构,箱盖顶部设置有容纳盒,所述容纳盒内设置有平板电脑,所述平板电脑背面转动连接有伸缩支撑杆,伸缩支撑杆末端转动连接在容纳盒内底部,容纳盒顶部设置有推拉盖板;箱盖后侧壁下方连接有插接板,所述插接板下方连接有伸缩竖杆,所述箱体后侧壁顶部开有可插入插接板的插接槽,所述伸缩竖杆下端固定在插接槽内底部,箱盖的四个侧壁上均设置有卷帘,所述箱体的四个侧壁上均设置有卷帘挂钩;箱体底部设置有伸缩支撑腿,箱体和箱盖前侧壁上设置有连接锁扣。
2.根据权利要求1所述多功能强震仪便携箱,其特征在于:所述减震结构包括设置在箱体和箱盖内的下缓冲垫块和上缓冲垫块,所述下缓冲垫块中心向下凹陷,上缓冲垫块中心向上凹陷,形成上下扣合的强震仪容置腔,强震仪容置腔下方的下缓冲垫块内以及强震仪容置腔上方的上缓冲垫块内均嵌入有减震弹簧组件。
3.根据权利要求2所述多功能强震仪便携箱,其特征在于:所述下缓冲垫块内嵌入有充电电池,所述箱体侧壁上设置有与充电电池连接的充放电接口和USB接口。
4.根据权利要求1所述多功能强震仪便携箱,其特征在于:所述箱体底部四角和中心均开有收纳槽,所述伸缩支撑腿顶部连接在收纳槽内顶部,伸缩支撑腿上设置有紧固螺栓。
5.根据权利要求2所述多功能强震仪便携箱,其特征在于:所述减震弹簧组件包括竖直的圆柱形的橡胶筒,所述橡胶筒内设置有空腔,所述空腔内设置有竖直的弹簧。
