Abstract

本发明公开了一种豆芽菜切根装置。在布满方孔的切板上设置切刀，在切板下面设置托板。当豆芽在切刀的推动下进入的由托板封闭的切板方孔后，根部落后于切刀刀刃之下，在与方孔边缘被切刀截断，根部落在方孔内，其他部分继续向前运动。这时托板在与切刀相连的滚轮的挤压下横向运动，托板上的方孔与切板上的方孔相对，落下方孔内被切下的豆芽根部。为防止豆芽菜落入打开的方孔内，在切刀上连接遮板。本装置结构简单，效率高，可靠性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及蔬菜加工领域，具体涉及豆芽菜根部的切除装置。
背景技术
现有技术是在向前运动的皮带安上装横条，在其上方同向运动的链条上安装切割杆。皮带与切割杆之间有一定距离，在相对运动中使豆芽根部落于切割杆刀刃后面。当横条和切割杆相遇时形成剪切力完成切割。
本技术是把开有方孔的钢板作为切割部件，配合切刀、托板、遮板等完成切割豆芽根部的工作。本装置结构简单，运行可靠。
发明内容
本技术利用豆芽菜根部吸水后变柔软并容易吸附且茎部直径大于根部直径的特性。设置切板1，其特征是带有方孔的平板，平板的厚度小于茎部直径。横向整齐排列，间距大于孔洞的边长。相邻两行方孔错位排列。
在切板下面设托板3，其特征是带有与切板1错位排列的方孔，在一端设有斜面，在另一端设有拉簧，安装于切板1下面，可以横向移动，移动后正好与上切板1方孔相对。
在切板板1的上面设有可以移动的切刀2，切刀安装在循环运动的链条上，若干个切刀2在切板1上面循环运动。
当豆芽菜落入切板1上面后，被切刀推动向前移动，落入切板1上的方孔后，根部落于切刃后面，当切刀移动切刃与孔洞边缘形成剪切力时豆芽根部切断。切刀继续移动，托板3在斜面作用下横向移动，托板3上的方孔和切板1上的孔洞相对，被切下的豆芽根落下。切刀继续移动，托板3回到初始位置，封闭切板1的孔洞，等待下一个工作周期。
为防止送料机构抛洒过来的豆芽菜落入打开的孔洞中，切刀2上面设置遮板4，其特征是与切刀相连，当托板3与切板1孔洞相对时遮板4正好运动到其上方，挡住从上面抛下来的豆芽菜。

Claims (7)

1.本豆芽切根装置包括开有方孔的切板1开有方孔的托板3和循环运动的切刀2以及遮板4组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的切板1所开方孔，切板的厚度小于豆芽茎部的直径。
3.根据权利要求1所述托板3一端设有斜面，另一端设有拉簧。
4.在切刀2的滚轮挤压下，紧贴切板1的下面横向运动。
5.托板3所开方孔与切板1所述的方孔大小相同，位置相错，横向移动后，方孔位置相对，排除被切下的豆芽菜根部。
6.根据权利要求1所述切刀2固定在循环运动的链条上，与滚轮、遮板4相连接，滚轮挤压托板3的斜面，同步推动托板3横向运动，遮板4位于其上方，遮挡住从上面抛下来的豆芽，使豆芽不能从打开的方孔中落下。
7.调整切刀2与托板3之间的距离就可以实现切除不同直径根部的目的，实现的方法可以是更换不同厚度的切板3，也可以直接调整托板3与切板1之间的安装间隙。
