Abstract
一种金属球阀的密封球制造工艺,包括以下工序步骤:1、将金属球放置在球形打磨机上进行第一次打磨;2、将经过第一次打磨后的工件置于装有金属粉的打磨机上进行二次打磨;磨平划痕3、将经过二次打磨的工件采用金刚石研磨膏进行精细研磨;4、将经过精细研磨的工件放置在球阀上进行配合研磨,使得二者表面能够完全贴合。本发明确保了阀体与密封球的契合度,去除了现有塑料件与橡胶件,保证了阀体的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属球阀的密封求制造工艺。
背景技术
目前市面上的球阀内部均设有塑料件或橡胶件以保证阀体的密封件的契合保证密封效果,在长时间使用后塑料件与橡胶件容易磨损,易老化,尤其是在内部由颗粒物通过时开关阀门,会使得塑料件橡胶件表面形成划痕破坏密封效果。
发明内容
为了克服现有阀体采用塑料件或橡胶件确保阀体与密封件的契合不足,本发明提供一种
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是:一种金属球阀的密封球制造工艺,包括以下工序步骤:
1、将金属球放置在球形打磨机上进行第一次打磨;
2、将经过第一次打磨后的工件置于装有金属粉的打磨机上进行二次打磨;磨平划痕
3、将经过二次打磨的工件采用金刚石研磨膏进行精细研磨;
4、将经过精细研磨的工件放置在球阀上进行配合研磨,使得二者表面能够完全贴合。
本发明的有益效果在于:确保了阀体与密封球的契合度,去除了现有塑料件与橡胶件,保证了阀体的使用寿命。

3、将经过二次打磨的工件采用金刚石研磨膏进行精细研磨;
4、将经过精细研磨的工件放置在球阀上进行配合研磨,使得二者表面能够完全贴合。
