技术领域
本发明涉及机械装置，具体涉及一种筛网的连接紧固装置。
背景技术
现行振动筛筛网压紧方法一般采用螺栓压紧筛网压条，使筛网固定在筛架上的方法固定筛网。
振动筛是实现物料分级的设备，编织筛网是常用的筛网形式，它常采用筛面两侧张紧，中间螺栓压紧的方式紧固于振动筛筛箱中。现有振动筛采用多层筛网时，每层筛网之间空间有限，下层筛网中间压紧螺栓拧紧困难，尤其在筛面较宽时，操作人员无法到达每个需要压紧的地方，导致部分螺栓无法实施压紧，引起螺丝松动，由此筛网易损，寿命缩短。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种筛网紧固装置；设计开发目的：本装置方便安装；本装置使得筛网安装稳固，筛网不易松动。
本发明提供了下述技术方案：一种筛网紧固装置，包括与所述筛网紧固装置匹配的筛网，所述筛网紧固装置还包括筛网折边、托架、弹簧、螺纹杆、弹簧衬板、卡接件，所述筛网折边为V形折弯件，所述筛网折边与所述筛网1的边缘固定连接，所述螺纹杆贯穿所述托架、弹簧衬板、弹簧，所述弹簧位于所述托架、弹簧衬板之间，所述螺纹杆的一端与所述卡接件固定连接，所述螺纹杆的另一端与螺母旋合，所述卡接件与所述筛网折边勾接，所述筛网紧固装置还包括角铁、钩板，所述钩板与所述筛网固定连接，所述角铁与所述托架固定连接，所述钩板与所述角铁卡接。
本发明的有益效果如下：所述卡接件7与所述筛网折边2勾接，从而脱离方便，脱离的时候只需要松开螺母8即可快速脱离，安装的时候将所述卡接件7与所述筛网折边2扣上，收紧即可。每块编织筛网中间部分在筛面下方铆接一钩板，固定筛面的托架的中间部位安装一角铁。安装时先把筛网的筛网面下方钩板钩住托架中间的角板，然后收紧一侧筛面，使筛面中间紧固于筛面的托架上，再收紧另一侧的筛面，完成筛面的张紧。筛面中间铆接多个钩板，托架中部对应位置安装多个角铁，可实现筛面中间多部位紧固。本装置方便了筛网的安装；并且使得筛网安装稳固，筛网不易松动。

以下结合附图与具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
图1、2中：筛网1、筛网折边2、托架3、弹簧4、螺纹杆5、弹簧衬板6、卡接件7、螺母8、角铁9、钩板10。
一种筛网紧固装置，包括与所述筛网紧固装置匹配的方形的筛网1，所述筛网紧固装置还包括筛网折边2、托架3、弹簧4、螺纹杆5、弹簧衬板6、卡接件7，所述筛网折边2为V形折弯件，所述筛网折边2与所述筛网1的边缘焊接，所述螺纹杆5贯穿所述托架3、弹簧衬板6、弹簧4，所述弹簧4位于所述托架3、弹簧衬板6之间，所述螺纹杆5的一端与所述卡接件7固定连接，所述螺纹杆5的另一端与螺母8旋合，旋合所述螺母8通过图1的机构将筛网绷紧。
所述卡接件7与所述筛网折边2勾接，从而脱离方便，脱离的时候只需要松开螺母8即可快速脱离，安装的时候将所述卡接件7与所述筛网折边2扣上，收紧即可。
所述筛网紧固装置还包括角铁9、钩板10，所述钩板10与所述筛网1固定连接，所述角铁9与所述托架3固定连接，所述钩板10与所述角铁9卡接。角铁起到固定筛网的作用、使得筛网的强度更大。

1.一种筛网紧固装置，包括与所述筛网紧固装置匹配的筛网（1），其特征在于，所述筛网紧固装置还包括筛网折边（2）、托架（3）、弹簧（4）、螺纹杆（5）、弹簧衬板（6）、卡接件（7），所述筛网折边（2）为V形折弯件，所述筛网折边（2）与所述筛网（1）的边缘固定连接，所述螺纹杆（5）贯穿所述托架（3）、弹簧衬板（6）、弹簧（4），所述弹簧（4）位于所述托架（3）、弹簧衬板（6）之间，所述螺纹杆（5）的一端与所述卡接件（7）固定连接，所述螺纹杆（5）的另一端与螺母（8）旋合，所述卡接件（7）与所述筛网折边（2）勾接，所述筛网紧固装置还包括角铁（9）、钩板（10），所述钩板（10）与所述筛网（1）固定连接，所述角铁（9）与所述托架（3）固定连接，所述钩板（10）与所述角铁（9）卡接。
