本发明涉及一种密闭环境的健康保护生命支持技术领域,具体涉及一种密闭环境中央式空气调节系统。
背景技术
众所周知,人在密闭舱室工作时,如太空舱、潜水艇等封闭环境中,呼吸所排放出大量的CO2、NH3、SO2以及数百种含有机物的有毒有害废气, 如得不到及时有效的处理,将会影响舱内工作人员的身体健康,严重时甚至危及生命安全。由此可见,密闭舱室内空气质量变得尤为重要,既要保证氧气含量充足又要洁净无污染,同时还需要将每个人的正常代谢产物、不良气味等清除干净。
现有空气调节装置,多为单一分体式或挂式设备,只能调节单一空间或室内的空气,对于多舱室、多空间,尤其是密闭环境的多舱室、多个空间的空气调节,效果不明显,为了调节其他空间空气环境需要额外增加设备,增加了成本。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种密闭环境的中央式空气调节系统,该系统是一套自循环系统,在绝对密闭的环境中能够监测到室内空气的指数,并根据设定的指数来自动净化和转化,确保营造一个健康的呼吸环境。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的一种密闭环境的中央式空气调节系统,包括:空调主机,出风管道,出风口,回风管道,回风口,氧源装置,废气收集装置;
空调主机,包括过滤装置、氮氧分离装置、风机、光催化模块、静电吸附模块、氧气生成模块、负离子发生器、智能操作模块;空调主机与出风管道、回风管道相连接,通过回风管道吸入的室内废气通过空调主机的一系列净化模块进行空气净化,提供纯净健康的空气,通过出风管道输送到室内,同时,与空调主机相连接的氧源装置,根据密闭环境中检测得到的氧气含量实时通过出风管道输送到室内,净化处理后的废气由与空调主机1连接的废气收集装置进行收集。
出风管道与空调主机、出风口相连接,回风管道与空调主机相连接,通过利用出风口处的负压,使室内与室外出现压差,在压差作用下使室内空气经回风管道流出室内,实现回风到空调主机.
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明结构简单合理,操作便捷,噪声低,功耗低,体积小,寿命长,通过智能操作模块,实现密闭环境的智能化控制,能够彻底解决密闭环境内废气处理问题,确保了在密闭环境中工作人员的健康与安全。

图中包括:空调主机,出风管道,出风口,回风管道,回风口,氧源装置,废气收集装置;其中,空调主机,包括过滤装置、氮氧分离装置、风机、光催化模块、静电吸附模块、氧气生成模块、负离子发生器、智能操作模块;
当密闭环境中空调主机启动时,室内空气由风机吸入到空调主机,依次通过过滤装置、光催化模块、静电吸附模块,将空气中的PM2.5、烟尘、颗粒物、细菌等进行有效过滤,去除甲醛、苯、人体新陈代谢所产生的异物、异味等,达到了净化室内空气的目的。负离子发生器往室内释放出有益人体健康的负离子。净化的空气经过氮氧分离装置、氧气生成模块,生成纯净氧气,通过与出风口相连接的出风管道输送至室内,同时,经过氮氧分离装置、氧气生成模块产生的废气通过废气收集装置进行收集。
智能操作模块实现对整个系统的智能化控制,具有实时监测、自动运行、安全识别、达标停机的功能,当监测到室内空气含量低于设定值时,智能控制模块对智能控制阀发出指令,智能控制阀打开,氧源装置通过空调主机往室内输送氧气。

Claims (4)

1.一种密闭环境的中央式空气调节系统,包括:空调主机,出风管道,出风口,回风管道,回风口,氧源装置,废气收集装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述,空调主机,包括过滤装置、氮氧分离装置、风机、光催化模块、静电吸附模块、氧气生成模块、负离子发生器、智能操作模块;空调主机与出风管道、回风管道相连接,通过回风管道吸入的室内废气通过空调主机的一系列净化模块进行空气净化,提供纯净健康的空气,通过出风管道输送到室内,同时,与空调主机相连接的氧源装置,根据密闭环境中检测得到的氧气含量实时通过出风管道输送到室内,净化处理后的废气由与空调主机1连接的废气收集装置进行收集。
3.根据权利要求1所述,出风管道与空调主机、出风口相连接,回风管道与空调主机相连接,通过利用出风口处的负压,使室内与室外出现压差,在压差作用下使室内空气经回风管道流出室内,实现回风到空调主机。
4.根据权利要求2所述,智能操作模块实现对整个系统的智能化控制,具有实时监测、自动运行、安全识别、达标停机的功能,当监测到室内空气含量低于设定值时,智能控制模块对智能控制阀发出指令,智能控制阀打开,氧源装置通过空调主机往室内输送氧气。
