Abstract
本发明公开了一种单极射频切肝刀包括单极刀头、刀头柄、刀杆、消融管装置,所述的刀杆上设置有电凝操作开关与电切操作开关,所述的单极刀头通过导线分别通过电凝操作开关、电切操作开关与第一电路板及单极电源线连接,所述的刀杆为中空结构,所述的导线及第一电路板、第二电路板布置于所述的中空结构中;所述的消融管装置一端与刀头柄固定,另一端通过固定件与单极刀头固接,所述的消融管通过连接导线、第二电路板与射频电源进行连通。在手术过程中,可通过单极刀头止血,切割或钝性分离肝脏组织,通过消融管固化肝组织,闭合小血管及胆管,使手术更快捷、安全,易于操作。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种外科手术器械,尤其是一种单极射频切肝刀。
背景技术
肝脏切除手术是目前外科手术中的常见手术。由于肝脏血供非常丰富,肝内密布细小血管,因此出血是肝脏切除手术最常见的并发症,如何有效的减少术中出血也成了肝脏手术的重点。肝脏为实性器官,肝脏病灶常位于肝脏深部,且常呈类球形生长,为尽量减少正常肝脏的切除,术中需沿病灶周围切除,手术难度大,而目前的对上诉问题尚无简便的处理方案。
发明内容
为了克服上述问题,本发明提供一种单极射频切肝刀,它能有效的提高肝脏切除效率,减少正常肝脏组织的切除,减少术中出血及术后出血、胆漏的发生。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种单极射频切肝刀,包括单极刀头、刀头柄、刀杆,所述的刀杆上设置有电凝操作开关与电切操作开关,所述的单极刀头通过导线分别通过电凝操作开关、电切操作开关与第一电路板及单极电源线连接,所述的刀杆为中空结构,所述的导线及第一电路板布置于所述的中空结构中,其特征在于:所述的单极射频切肝刀还包括消融管装置,所述的消融管装置一端与刀头柄固定,另一端通过固定件与单极刀头固接,所述的消融管通过连接导线、第二电路板与射频电源进行连通;所述的连接导线及第二电路板布置在所述的中空结构中。
进一步,所述的消融管装置由若干消融管平行排列构成,所述的消融管呈弧形,所述的消融管装置呈弧形曲面。
再进一步,所述的单极刀头呈与所述的弧形曲面相配合的弧面。
进一步,所述单极刀头为金属材料。
更进一步,所述消融管为弧形的管状圆柱形结构。
进一步,所述固定件为耐温绝缘材料。
再进一步,所述的电切操作开关和电凝操作开关固定于远离刀头的一端。
本发明单极射频切肝刀的使用方法为:
使用时,接通单极电源及射频电源,通过控制电切操作开关或电凝操作开关选择单极电刀的电切或电凝模式。切割肝脏手术时,启动电切或电凝模式,可使用单极刀头先切割肝脏,同时消融管接通射频电源工作时放热固化肝脏组织,可闭合小血管小胆管。在深层病灶切除时,接通射频电源,启动电切或电凝模式,将刀头插入病灶周围肝脏组织,待刀头附近肝脏组织固化后取出刀头,可更换角度重复上诉操作,逐渐将病灶挖出。
本发明结构新颖,在手术过程中单极刀头可切割、钝性分离肝脏组织,同时控制射频消融管固化肝组织止血,同时单极刀头也可切换电凝模式止血,操作简便,可减少书中术后出血风险,节约手术时间,提高手术安全性及效率。同时弧形设计对于球形肝脏组织的切除也更为简便。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
图中,1.单极刀头,2.固定件,3.消融管,4.刀头柄,5.刀杆,6.电切操作开关,7.电凝操作开关,射频电源接线8,单极电源线9。
一种单极射频切肝刀,包括单极刀头1、刀头柄4、刀杆5,所述的刀杆上设置有电凝操作开关7与电切操作开关6,所述的单极刀头通过导线分别通过电凝操作开关7、电切操作开关与第一电路板10及单极电源线9连接,所述的刀杆为中空结构,所述的导线及第一电路板布置于所述的中空结构中,其特征在于:所述的单极射频切肝刀还包括消融管装置,所述的消融管装置一端与刀头柄4固定,另一端通过固定件2与单极刀头1固接,所述的消融管通过连接导线、第二电路板12与射频电源进行连通;所述的连接导线及第二电路板12布置在所述的中空结构中。
所述的消融管装置由若干消融管3平行排列构成,所述的消融管3呈弧形,所述的消融管装置呈弧形曲面。
所述的单机刀头1呈与所述的弧形曲面相配合的弧面。
所述单极刀头1为金属材料。
所述消融管3为弧形的管状圆柱形结构。
所述固定件2为耐温绝缘材料。
所述的电切操作开关6和电凝操作开关7固定于远离刀头的一端。

1.一种单极射频切肝刀,包括单极刀头(1)、刀头柄(4)、刀杆(5),所述的刀杆上设置有电凝操作开关(7)与电切操作开关(6),所述的单极刀头通过导线分别通过电凝操作开关(7)、电切操作开关与第一电路板(10)及单极电源线连接,所述的刀杆为中空结构,所述的导线及第一电路板布置于所述的中空结构中,其特征在于:所述的单极射频切肝刀还包括消融管装置,所述的消融管装置一端与刀头柄(4)固定,另一端通过固定件(2)与单极刀头(1)固接,所述的消融管通过连接导线、第二电路板(12)与射频电源进行连通;所述的连接导线及第二电路板(12)布置在所述的中空结构中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单极射频切肝刀,其特征在于:所述的消融管装置由若干消融管(3)平行排列构成,所述的消融管(3)呈弧形,所述的消融管装置呈弧形曲面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的单极射频切肝刀,其特征在于:所述的单极刀头(1)呈与所述的弧形曲面相配合的弧面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的单极射频切肝刀,其特征在于:所述单极刀头(1)为金属材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的单极射频切肝刀,其特征在于:所述消融管(3)为弧形的管状圆柱形结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的单极射频切肝刀,其特征在于:所述固定件(2)为耐温绝缘材料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的单极射频切肝刀,其特征在于:所述的电切操作开关(6)和电凝操作开关(7)固定于远离刀头的一端。
