本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种PVC花瓶的生产工艺,本发明工艺简单,操作方便。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种PVC花瓶的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:步骤一:选四片大小相同的型PVC制品,去除PVC制品上的杂质和灰尘,所述PVC制品是
透明的PVC制品;
步骤二:选取一块打磨好的圆形亚力克,在亚力克上印花或者刻字,亚力克的厚度为3mm-5mm;
步骤三:在亚力克的正面涂上粘接剂,正面花瓣状依次垂直贴上U型PVC制品;
步骤四:晾干,得到PVC花瓶。

步骤二:选取一块打磨好的圆形亚力克,在亚力克上印花或者刻字,亚力克的厚度为3mm-5mm;
步骤三:在亚力克的正面涂上粘接剂,正面花瓣状依次垂直贴上U型PVC制品;
步骤四:晾干,得到PVC花瓶。
