6) adding 5% drying assistant (maltodextrin) into the homogenized rhizoma Polygonati slurry, homogenizing with colloid mill, and homogenizing for 20 cycles;
in this embodiment, the selenium-rich polygonatum sibiricum whole powder obtained in the drying chamber slightly adheres to the wall, the polygonatum sibiricum powder amount of the obtained selenium-rich polygonatum sibiricum whole powder can reach 85% of the dry matter content in the raw materials, and the polygonatum sibiricum is rich in flavor and good in water solubility.
Claims (2)
1. The preparation method of the selenium-rich polygonatum sibiricum whole powder is characterized by comprising the following steps: the preparation method comprises the following specific steps:
1) selecting and peeling, cleaning rhizoma Polygonati tuber of selenium-rich production place, removing impurities, soaking in water solution containing rhizoma Polygonati dehulling agent at 60 deg.C for 10-15min, and peeling off rhizoma Polygonati epidermis;
the sealwort dehulling agent is an aqueous solution of 5 percent of sodium hydroxide, 1 percent of trisodium phosphate and 0.1 percent of cinnamic acid;
2) soaking the peeled rhizoma polygonati tubers obtained in the step 1) in a 0.2% citric acid solution, neutralizing residual alkali liquor on the surface, and then washing with clear water;
3) transferring the sealwort obtained in the step 2) into an autoclave, and processing for 90-180min at the central temperature of 105-;
4) pulping the sealwort processed in the step 3) by using a pulping machine until no obvious lumps can be seen by naked eyes, and then adding water to adjust the solid content to 10-20%;
5) adding high-temperature saccharifying enzyme with the mass of 0.5% of the rhizoma polygonati pulp obtained in the step 4), and treating at 50 ℃ for 3h, wherein stirring is carried out once every 20min in the treatment process;
6) adding 5% of maltodextrin drying aid into the rhizoma polygonati homogenate obtained in the step 5), homogenizing and homogenizing by a colloid mill for 15-25 cycles;
7) heating the rhizoma polygonati homogenate homogenized in the step 6) to 60 ℃ by using a jacketed kettle, and then performing spray drying to obtain the following components in percentage by mass: 60-80% of sealwort; maltodextrin 20-40% of selenium-rich rhizoma Polygonati powder;
the spray drying conditions are as follows: the air inlet temperature is 180 ℃, the air outlet temperature is 90 ℃, the feeding speed is 900ml/min, and the air inlet quantity is set to be 5.0m3Min; under the condition, the materials in the drying chamber are slightly adhered to the wall, the yield of the fine powder reaches 75-90%, and the polygonatum is rich in flavor and good in water solubility.
2. The method for preparing the selenium-rich polygonatum sibiricum whole powder of claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: washing with a nylon rolling brush and pressurized water in the step 1) until the surfaces of the sealwort are peeled off completely.
