Abstract
盘式焊枪是专门为盘式焊条进行连续送电和连
续送丝的焊接工具。它的手柄中装有微型马达,微型
减速箱和电子线路板,在手柄的外侧装有送丝轮和输
电盘,焊工现使用焊枪时,只要打开焊枪盖把盘式焊
条放入焊枪壳体中,即可操作手柄中的控制按钮进行
连续焊接,操作极为方便,大幅度提高焊接质量。
Description
本发明涉及一种焊接送电工具,是手工连续电弧焊接的电流输送装置。
现有手工电弧焊接的电流输送都是通过电焊钳实现的,由于电焊钳是一种静止的夹紧导电方式,因此它只能输送有固定尾端的短焊条的焊接电流。而对于连续的盘式焊条,电焊钳根本无法输送电。
本发明的目的是提供一种专门为盘式电焊条进行连续输电和连续送丝的装置,它的形状类似短枪,简称为盘式焊枪。
发明是这样实现的,利用体积不大的焊枪握手柄内的型腔,按装电源线路电子板,微型马达,微型减速机构,在手柄的一侧按装和盘式焊条的外径相似的输电盘以及焊条送丝轮。电源线路电子板的作用是把弧焊电源的电压(一般不大于100V)变成微型马达的可调节的直流稳压电源,并有自动控制的线路设计,使微型马达的转速可以人工控制,也可以自动控制。微型马达拖动微型减速机构使焊条送丝轮旋转。从而使盘式电焊条徐徐转动,平稳地、连续地把焊条输送到焊接弧区中去,实现连续焊接。一般情况下,盘式电焊条的最大焊接电流可达到150安培左右,因此焊接电流的输电盘采用铝或铝合金材料制成,输电盘的中心装有铜套,该铜套和弧焊电源的输电电缆的铜轴滑动配合,而输电盘又和盘式电焊条平面紧密接触,并一起转动,因此输电盘始终能稳定地把弧焊电源的电压施加在盘式电焊条的金属焊芯上,并通过额定的焊接电流。
这种盘式焊枪有三大优点:
1.输送电流很稳定
由于输电盘面积和盘式焊条的平面面积相仿,因此焊接电流的接触电流密度很小,比普通电焊钳的电流密度要小于5倍以上,所以输送电流很稳定,不会有任打火花的现象。
2.由于输电盘和盘式电焊条不需要平面定位按装,因此装卸焊条很方便,再加上可以自动控制和手工电气控制,所以不但焊枪的操作简单,同时还可以大幅度提高焊缝质量。
3.焊枪的所有控制元件和传动元件都按装在握手柄中,因此结构紧凑,体积小,重量轻,整个焊枪的重量可以不超过0.5kg。

在焊枪的手柄(1)的型腔中装有电源线路电子板(2),微型马达(3),微型变速箱(4)。微型变速箱的输出轴连接一组轮轴距离可调的焊条送丝轮(5),当焊工控制手柄中的控制按钮时,可以使微型马达(3)受人工控制转速或自动控制转速的情况下工作并通过微型减速箱(4)减速后拖动焊条送丝轮(5),焊条送丝轮咬合焊条后使整个盘式焊条徐徐转动。连续不断地把焊条送往弧区。焊接电流是依靠弧焊电源的电缆线(7)传送给输电盘(6)再输送给盘式焊条(8)的金属焊芯。
盘式焊条的装卸很方便,只要打开焊枪盘盖(9)把盘式焊条(8)轻轻放入焊枪壳体(10)中,即可操作手柄中的控制按钮进行焊接。
Claims (4)
1、一种连续输送焊条的盘式焊枪其特征是:在焊枪的手柄(1)的型腔中装有电源线路电子板(2),微型马达(3),微型减速箱(4),在手柄的一侧按装有焊条送丝轮(5)和输电盘(6)。
2、按权利要求1的盘式焊枪,其特征在于电源线路电子板(4)可以把弧焊电源的电压变换成马达所需要的直流电压。
3、按权利要求1的盘式焊枪,其特征在于焊条送丝轮(5)的轮轴距离可以调节。
4、按权利要求1的盘式焊枪,其特征在于输电盘(6)可以连续地把弧焊电压施加在盘式电焊条的金属焊芯上,并能稳定地通过额定的焊接电流。
