The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely illustrative in nature and is in no way intended to limit the invention, its application, or uses. An attendance method implemented based on a WiFi network according to one embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an embodiment of an attendance checking method implemented based on a WiFi network according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method of this embodiment includes:
step S102, the server receives an attendance checking request sent by the terminal, wherein the attendance checking request comprises a set of public WiFi signal source identification information and employee identification information which can be currently detected by the terminal.
The public WiFi signal source identification information may be a Service Set Identifier (SSID) of the WiFi signal source and/or a physical address (MAC address) of a device generating the WiFi signal source; the employee identification information may be a physical address (MAC address) of the terminal, a mobile phone number of the terminal, and/or a number of an employee bound to the terminal.
And step S104, the server determines a WiFi signal source attendance reference set corresponding to the company to which the employee belongs according to the employee identification information, calculates the similarity between the set of the public WiFi signal source identification information and the WiFi signal source attendance reference set, and judges that the employee attendance is successful if the similarity exceeds a set similarity threshold.
The server can search company information stored by the server according to the employee identification information in the attendance request, and can also upload the company information in the attendance request by the terminal. And the server searches a WiFi signal source attendance reference set corresponding to the company to which the employee belongs according to the obtained company information. The corresponding relation between the employee identification information and the company information may be bound at a server or a terminal in advance.
According to the invention, whether the employee successfully checks the attendance is determined by adopting a mode that the server receives the attendance request uploaded by the terminal and calculates the similarity between the public WiFi signal source identification information set and the WiFi signal source attendance reference set, and the company can finish the attendance without specially setting a WiFi signal source.
In step S104, the following method may be specifically adopted to calculate the similarity between the set of public WiFi signal source identification information and the WiFi signal source attendance reference set: firstly, calculating the intersection of a set of public WiFi signal source identification information and a WiFi signal source attendance reference set; then, calculating the number of elements in the intersection and the number of elements in the WiFi signal source attendance reference set; and finally, taking the ratio of the number of the elements in the intersection to the number of the elements in the WiFi signal source attendance reference set as the similarity of the set of the public WiFi signal source identification information and the WiFi signal source attendance reference set. When the terminal of the employee can detect elements in the set of a certain number of pieces of public WiFi signal source identification information, it is indicated that the location where the employee is located at the attendance location. The method can reduce the requirement on the terminal retrieval precision and ensure the accuracy of the attendance result. However, one skilled in the art can also use other methods to define and calculate the similarity, if necessary.
In addition, if the WiFi signal source attendance reference sets corresponding to the company to which the employee belongs are multiple, the public WiFi signal source identification information set is compared with the WiFi signal source attendance reference sets respectively, and if one similarity exceeds a set similarity threshold, the employee attendance is judged to be successful. For example, when the area of a company is large or there are multiple office locations, the terminal cannot detect all WiFi signal sources corresponding to the company. Therefore, each area can have a dedicated WiFi signal source attendance reference set so as to adapt to attendance requirements of employees located in different office locations.
According to the needs, the following method can be adopted for similarity comparison: and comparing the set of the public WiFi signal source identification information with the union set of the WiFi signal source attendance reference sets, and if one similarity exceeds a set similarity threshold, judging that the attendance of the staff is successful. By adopting the method, the condition that the terminals of the staff are positioned among the attendance places corresponding to the WiFi signal source attendance reference sets can be adapted, and the flexibility is strong.
WiFi signal sources around the attendance site may change, for example, the attendance site has a new WiFi signal source set up or has a certain WiFi signal source enabled at a fixed time of a certain day. In order to flexibly cope with such a situation, after the server determines that the attendance of the employee is successful, the following method can be adopted: and updating the WiFi signal source attendance reference set according to the set of public WiFi signal source identification information sent by the terminal of the employee with successful attendance. Specifically, after attendance is successful, a union of the public WiFi signal source identification information set and the WiFi signal source attendance reference set may be used as the WiFi signal source attendance reference set. By adopting the method, the WiFi signal source near the attendance place can be continuously added into the WiFi signal source attendance reference set so as to improve the attendance accuracy. When a plurality of WiFi signal source attendance reference sets exist, only the WiFi signal source attendance reference set with the similarity reaching the threshold value with the public WiFi signal source identification information set can be updated.
Before attendance checking or in the attendance checking process, the WiFi signal source attendance reference set can be generated in various ways.
The first generation mode is as follows: the method comprises the steps that a server receives a set of public WiFi signal source identification information which can be currently detected by a plurality of terminals of a plurality of employees belonging to a company, judges the similarity of the received sets of the public WiFi signal source identification information, and takes the union of the sets of the public WiFi signal source identification information as a WiFi signal source attendance reference set of the company if the similarity meets the requirement. In the method, the WiFi signal source identification information is not stored in the server side in advance, and all elements in the WiFi signal source attendance reference set are obtained by receiving the attendance request sent by the terminal. A method for dynamically generating a WiFi signal source attendance reference set according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 2.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an embodiment of a method for dynamically generating a WiFi signal source attendance reference set according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method of this embodiment includes:
step S202, a plurality of terminals of a plurality of employees of the company send a set of public WiFi signal source identification information which can be currently detected by the terminals to a server.
Step S204, the server receives the set of the identification information of the public WiFi signal source, calculates the similarity of the sets of the identification information of the plurality of public WiFi signal sources, and takes the union set of the sets of the identification information of the plurality of public WiFi signal sources as a temporary set if the similarity meets the requirement; or the server calculates the similarity between the set of the identification information of the plurality of public WiFi signal sources and the temporary set, and if the similarity meets the requirement, the union of the set of the identification information of the plurality of public WiFi signal sources and the temporary set is used as the updated temporary set.
And step S206, when the number of the public WiFi signal source identification information sets forming the temporary set exceeds a membership threshold, setting the temporary set as a WiFi signal source attendance reference set.
By adopting the method, the attendance reference set of the WiFi signal source can be automatically updated, and the method can adapt to the environment with frequent change of the WiFi signal source. For example, the server can empty the WiFi signal source attendance reference set stored at the server after the attendance is finished every day, and regenerate the WiFi signal source attendance reference set by using the method the next day, so that the flexibility is high and the adaptability is strong.
The second generation method is as follows: the server acquires a set of identification information of all public WiFi signal sources nearby a company in advance, and determines the set as a WiFi signal source attendance reference set of the company. The generating method is high in stability and suitable for the environment with small WiFi signal source change.
The third generation mode is as follows: and the server determines the current WiFi signal source attendance reference set of the company according to the historical information of the WiFi signal source attendance reference set of the company. For example, the server continues to use the WiFi signal source attendance reference set of the previous day and updates it as needed. For example, when the employee is an outworker, attendance may be performed through the WiFi signal source attendance reference set of the previous day, and the WiFi signal source attendance reference set of the previous day may be dynamically generated or may be preset. According to the actual situation, the selection can be flexibly carried out.
In addition, the attendance time can be determined by the following method: the time for sending the attendance request is also included in the attendance request received by the server, and after the server judges that the attendance of the employee is successful, the time for sending the attendance request is determined as the attendance time of the employee; or after the server judges that the attendance of the employee is successful, the server determines the time of receiving the attendance request as the attendance time of the employee. In most cases, the time when the similarity matching between the set of public WiFi signal source identification information sent by the terminal and the WiFi signal source attendance reference set is completed is the time for checking attendance confirmation, and the time difference between the time and the time when the terminal sends the attendance request or the time when the server receives the attendance request is small and can be ignored. However, in some cases, the above time difference may be large. For example, when the first generation method of the WiFi signal source attendance reference set is adopted, even if the first employee sends an attendance request, the attendance cannot be completed because the WiFi signal source attendance reference set is not determined at that time. After the WiFi signal source attendance reference set is determined, whether the employee is successful in attendance checking needs to be confirmed. Therefore, after attendance is successful, the time when the terminal sends the attendance request or the time when the server receives the attendance request can be used as the attendance time of the employee. By adopting the method, the loss of the staff caused by the undetermined WiFi signal source attendance reference set can be avoided.
