Further, when the positioning strategy is that the priority of the positioning accuracy is highest and the positioning result acquisition timeout duration is reached, the terminal still does not acquire the GPS positioning result or the network positioning result, acquires the auxiliary positioning result from the local auxiliary positioning database, and determines the auxiliary positioning result as the positioning result.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the positioning strategy is that the priority of positioning time is highest, the terminal can directly obtain an auxiliary positioning result from an auxiliary positioning database stored locally as a final positioning result without starting a local GPS module and a data service; and when the auxiliary positioning database does not contain the auxiliary positioning result corresponding to the terminal, starting the GPS module and the data service, and acquiring the positioning result through the GPS module or the data service. By adopting the technical scheme, when the positioning strategy is that the priority of the positioning time is highest and the local auxiliary positioning database of the terminal stores the corresponding auxiliary positioning result, the auxiliary positioning result is taken as the positioning result, and the GPS module and the data service are not required to be started, so that the energy consumption of the terminal and the data service volume of the terminal are effectively reduced.
Based on the above technical solution, referring to fig. 3, the following describes in detail a process of acquiring a positioning result by a terminal in conjunction with a specific scenario:
step 300: and when the terminal receives a positioning request sent by local application software, starting a data service, starting a local Global Positioning System (GPS) module and searching in a local auxiliary positioning database.
Step 301: and the terminal waits for obtaining the positioning result.
Step 302: when the positioning result obtained by the terminal is the auxiliary positioning result, judging whether a local preset positioning strategy is the highest positioning time priority, if so, executing step 303, otherwise, executing step 304.
Step 303: and the terminal judges whether the positioning result time-out duration is reached, if so, the step 301 is returned, and if not, the step 301 is returned.
Step 304: and the terminal determines the auxiliary positioning result as a positioning result and reports the positioning result.

Based on the above technical solution, referring to fig. 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a positioning result obtaining apparatus, including a positioning policy obtaining module 40 and a positioning result obtaining module 41, where:
a positioning policy obtaining module 40, configured to obtain a local preset positioning policy when receiving a positioning request sent by local application software;
and a positioning result obtaining module 41, configured to obtain a positioning result based on an auxiliary positioning result stored in a local auxiliary positioning database according to the positioning policy obtained by the positioning policy obtaining module.
The apparatus also includes a GPS module 42 for obtaining GPS positioning results.
Optionally, the positioning result obtaining module 41 is specifically configured to: starting a data service, starting a local GPS module, and acquiring a stored auxiliary positioning result in a local auxiliary positioning database; before the auxiliary positioning result is obtained and the GPS positioning result sent by the GPS module is received, if the network positioning result is obtained through data service, the positioning result is obtained according to the network positioning result and the auxiliary positioning result stored in a local auxiliary positioning database; before the auxiliary positioning result and the network positioning result are obtained, if the GPS positioning result sent by the GPS module is received, the GPS positioning result is determined as the positioning result; and before the GPS positioning result sent by the GPS module and the network positioning result are received, if the auxiliary positioning result is obtained, the positioning result is obtained based on the auxiliary positioning result.
Optionally, the positioning result obtaining module 41 is specifically configured to: before a GPS positioning result sent by the GPS module is received and a network positioning result is obtained, when the positioning strategy is that the positioning time priority is highest, taking the auxiliary positioning result as a positioning result; when the positioning strategy is that the priority of positioning accuracy is highest, inputting the auxiliary positioning result into a local GPS module, controlling the GPS module to acquire the GPS positioning result according to the auxiliary positioning result, and waiting for the network positioning result; when the GPS positioning result is obtained before the network positioning result is obtained, determining the GPS positioning result as a positioning result; and comparing the positioning accuracy of the network positioning result and the auxiliary positioning result when the network positioning result is obtained before the GPS positioning result is obtained, and determining the positioning result with higher positioning accuracy as the positioning result.
Optionally, the positioning result obtaining module 41 is specifically configured to: if the local auxiliary positioning database contains a corresponding auxiliary positioning result, comparing the positioning accuracy of the network positioning result and the auxiliary positioning result, and determining a positioning result with higher positioning accuracy as a positioning result; and if the local assistant positioning database does not contain the corresponding assistant positioning result, taking the network positioning result as a positioning result.
Optionally, the method for acquiring the auxiliary positioning result by the positioning result acquiring module 41 includes: acquiring network identification information of a local position at the current moment; searching an auxiliary positioning result corresponding to the network identification information from a local auxiliary positioning database; the network identification information includes a Cell identification Cell ID and a basic service set identification BSSID of an access point AP.
Further, the apparatus further comprises a storage module 43 for: when the auxiliary positioning result cannot be obtained locally, the network identification information of the local position at the current moment is obtained after the GPS positioning result or the network positioning result sent by the GPS module is received, and the network identification information and the GPS positioning result or the network positioning result are stored in the auxiliary positioning database.
Optionally, the positioning result obtaining module 41 is further configured to: when the positioning result acquisition timeout duration is reached, the GPS positioning result or the network positioning result is not acquired, the auxiliary positioning result is acquired from a local auxiliary positioning database, and the auxiliary positioning result is determined as the positioning result.

a memory 51 for storing application software, and an assisted location database;
a processor 52, configured to run application software corresponding to the user instruction stored in the memory 51 according to the user instruction sent by the I/O interface 50, obtain an auxiliary positioning result stored in an auxiliary positioning database in the memory 51 according to a positioning request generated by the application software, and generate a positioning result according to the auxiliary positioning result;
the bus 53 is used to connect the memory 51 and the processor 52.
Wherein, the processor 52 is specifically configured to: starting a data service, starting a local GPS module, and obtaining a stored auxiliary positioning result in an auxiliary positioning database of the memory 51; before the auxiliary positioning result is obtained and the GPS positioning result sent by the GPS module is received, if the network positioning result is obtained through data service, the positioning result is obtained according to the network positioning result and the auxiliary positioning result stored in a local auxiliary positioning database; before the auxiliary positioning result and the network positioning result are obtained, if the GPS positioning result sent by the GPS module is received, the GPS positioning result is determined as the positioning result; and before the GPS positioning result sent by the GPS module and the network positioning result are received, if the auxiliary positioning result is obtained, the positioning result is obtained based on the auxiliary positioning result.
The processor 52 is specifically configured to: before a GPS positioning result sent by the GPS module is received and a network positioning result is obtained, when the positioning strategy is that the positioning time priority is highest, taking the auxiliary positioning result as a positioning result; when the positioning strategy is that the priority of positioning accuracy is highest, inputting the auxiliary positioning result into a local GPS module, controlling the GPS module to acquire the GPS positioning result according to the auxiliary positioning result, and waiting for the network positioning result; when the GPS positioning result is obtained before the network positioning result is obtained, determining the GPS positioning result as a positioning result; and comparing the positioning accuracy of the network positioning result and the auxiliary positioning result when the network positioning result is obtained before the GPS positioning result is obtained, and determining the positioning result with higher positioning accuracy as the positioning result.
The processor 52 is specifically configured to: if the local auxiliary positioning database contains a corresponding auxiliary positioning result, comparing the positioning accuracy of the network positioning result and the auxiliary positioning result, and determining a positioning result with higher positioning accuracy as a positioning result; and if the local assistant positioning database does not contain the corresponding assistant positioning result, taking the network positioning result as a positioning result.
The processor 52 is specifically configured to: acquiring network identification information of a local position at the current moment; searching an auxiliary positioning result corresponding to the network identification information from a local auxiliary positioning database; wherein the network identification information includes Cell ID, BSSID of AP.
The processor 52 is specifically configured to: when the auxiliary positioning result cannot be obtained locally, the network identification information of the local position at the current moment is obtained after the GPS positioning result or the network positioning result sent by the GPS module is received, and the network identification information and the GPS positioning result or the network positioning result are stored in the auxiliary positioning database.
The memory 51 is also used for storing the GPS positioning result or the network positioning result sent by the processor.
The processor 52 is specifically configured to: when the positioning result acquisition timeout duration is reached, the GPS positioning result or the network positioning result is not acquired, the auxiliary positioning result is acquired from a local auxiliary positioning database, and the auxiliary positioning result is determined as the positioning result.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present invention, when a positioning request sent by local application software is received, a local preset positioning policy is obtained; and according to the positioning strategy, acquiring a positioning result based on an auxiliary positioning result stored in a local auxiliary positioning database. By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the positioning result of the GPS and the network does not need to be waited, and the positioning time is effectively shortened; and under the condition of data service interruption, the terminal can still obtain a positioning result according to the auxiliary positioning result stored in the auxiliary positioning database, so that the problem that the positioning result cannot be obtained when the data service is interrupted is avoided, and the reliability of obtaining the positioning result is improved.

Thus, if such modifications and variations of the embodiments of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to encompass such modifications and variations.
Claims (15)
1. A method of positioning, comprising:
when a positioning request sent by local application software is received, a local preset positioning strategy is obtained;
starting a data service, starting a local Global Positioning System (GPS) module, and acquiring a stored auxiliary positioning result from a local auxiliary positioning database;
before the auxiliary positioning result is obtained and the GPS positioning result sent by the GPS module is received, if the network positioning result is obtained through data service, the positioning result is obtained according to the network positioning result, the auxiliary positioning result stored in a local auxiliary positioning database and the positioning strategy;
before the auxiliary positioning result and the network positioning result are obtained, if the GPS positioning result sent by the GPS module is received, determining the GPS positioning result as a positioning result according to the positioning strategy;
before receiving a GPS positioning result sent by the GPS module and obtaining a network positioning result, if the auxiliary positioning result is obtained, obtaining a positioning result based on the auxiliary positioning result according to the positioning policy, specifically including:
when the positioning strategy is that the positioning time priority is highest, taking the auxiliary positioning result as a positioning result;
when the positioning strategy is that the priority of positioning accuracy is highest, inputting the auxiliary positioning result into a local GPS module, controlling the GPS module to acquire the GPS positioning result according to the auxiliary positioning result, and waiting for the network positioning result; when the GPS positioning result is obtained before the network positioning result is obtained, determining the GPS positioning result as a positioning result; and comparing the positioning accuracy of the network positioning result and the auxiliary positioning result when the network positioning result is obtained before the GPS positioning result is obtained, and determining the positioning result with higher positioning accuracy as the positioning result.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein obtaining the positioning result according to the network positioning result and the auxiliary positioning result stored in the local auxiliary positioning database specifically comprises:
if the local auxiliary positioning database contains a corresponding auxiliary positioning result, comparing the positioning accuracy of the network positioning result and the auxiliary positioning result, and determining a positioning result with higher positioning accuracy as a positioning result;
and if the local assistant positioning database does not contain the corresponding assistant positioning result, taking the network positioning result as a positioning result.
3. The method of any one of claims 1-2, wherein the method of obtaining an assisted positioning result comprises:
acquiring network identification information of a local position at the current moment; searching an auxiliary positioning result corresponding to the network identification information from a local auxiliary positioning database; the network identification information includes a Cell identification Cell ID and a basic service set identification BSSID of an access point AP.
4. The method as claimed in any one of claims 1-2, wherein after the auxiliary positioning result is not locally obtained, and the GPS positioning result or the network positioning result sent by the GPS module is received, the method further comprises:
and acquiring the network identification information of the local position at the current moment, and storing the network identification information and the GPS positioning result or the network positioning result into the auxiliary positioning database.
5. The method of any one of claims 1-2, further comprising:
when the positioning result acquisition timeout duration is reached, the GPS positioning result or the network positioning result is not acquired, the auxiliary positioning result is acquired from a local auxiliary positioning database, and the auxiliary positioning result is determined as the positioning result.
6. A positioning device, comprising:
the positioning strategy acquisition module is used for acquiring a local preset positioning strategy when receiving a positioning request sent by local application software;
the global positioning system GPS module is used for acquiring a GPS positioning result;
the positioning result acquisition module is used for starting a data service, starting the local GPS module and acquiring a stored auxiliary positioning result in a local auxiliary positioning database; before the auxiliary positioning result is obtained and the GPS positioning result sent by the GPS module is received, if the network positioning result is obtained through data service, the positioning result is obtained according to the network positioning result, the auxiliary positioning result stored in a local auxiliary positioning database and the positioning strategy; before the auxiliary positioning result and the network positioning result are obtained, if the GPS positioning result sent by the GPS module is received, determining the GPS positioning result as a positioning result according to the positioning strategy; before a GPS positioning result sent by the GPS module and a network positioning result are received, if the auxiliary positioning result is obtained, when the positioning strategy is that the positioning time priority is highest, the auxiliary positioning result is used as a positioning result; when the positioning strategy is that the priority of positioning accuracy is highest, inputting the auxiliary positioning result into a local GPS module, controlling the GPS module to acquire the GPS positioning result according to the auxiliary positioning result, and waiting for the network positioning result; when the GPS positioning result is obtained before the network positioning result is obtained, determining the GPS positioning result as a positioning result; and comparing the positioning accuracy of the network positioning result and the auxiliary positioning result when the network positioning result is obtained before the GPS positioning result is obtained, and determining the positioning result with higher positioning accuracy as the positioning result.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the positioning result obtaining module is specifically configured to:
if the local auxiliary positioning database contains a corresponding auxiliary positioning result, comparing the positioning accuracy of the network positioning result and the auxiliary positioning result, and determining a positioning result with higher positioning accuracy as a positioning result; and if the local assistant positioning database does not contain the corresponding assistant positioning result, taking the network positioning result as a positioning result.
8. The apparatus according to any one of claims 6-7, wherein the method for acquiring the auxiliary positioning result by the positioning result acquiring module comprises:
acquiring network identification information of a local position at the current moment; searching an auxiliary positioning result corresponding to the network identification information from a local auxiliary positioning database; the network identification information includes a Cell identification Cell ID and a basic service set identification BSSID of an access point AP.
9. The apparatus of any one of claims 6-7, further comprising a storage module to:
when the auxiliary positioning result cannot be obtained locally, the network identification information of the local position at the current moment is obtained after the GPS positioning result or the network positioning result sent by the GPS module is received, and the network identification information and the GPS positioning result or the network positioning result are stored in the auxiliary positioning database.
10. The apparatus of any one of claims 6-7, wherein the positioning result obtaining module is further configured to:
when the positioning result acquisition timeout duration is reached, the GPS positioning result or the network positioning result is not acquired, the auxiliary positioning result is acquired from a local auxiliary positioning database, and the auxiliary positioning result is determined as the positioning result.
11. A terminal device, comprising:
the I/O interface is used for receiving a user instruction sent by a user;
the memory is used for storing application software and an auxiliary positioning database;
the processor is used for operating application software corresponding to the user instruction stored in the memory according to the user instruction sent by the I/O interface, and acquiring a local preset positioning strategy when receiving a positioning request sent by the application software; according to the positioning request generated by the application software, acquiring an auxiliary positioning result stored in an auxiliary positioning database in the memory, starting a data service, starting a local Global Positioning System (GPS) module, and acquiring the stored auxiliary positioning result in the auxiliary positioning database in the memory; before the auxiliary positioning result is obtained and the GPS positioning result sent by the GPS module is received, if the network positioning result is obtained through data service, the positioning result is obtained according to the network positioning result, the auxiliary positioning result stored in a local auxiliary positioning database and the positioning strategy; before the auxiliary positioning result and the network positioning result are obtained, if the GPS positioning result sent by the GPS module is received, determining the GPS positioning result as a positioning result according to the positioning strategy; before a GPS positioning result sent by the GPS module and a network positioning result are received, if the auxiliary positioning result is obtained, when the positioning strategy is that the positioning time priority is highest, the auxiliary positioning result is used as a positioning result; when the positioning strategy is that the priority of positioning accuracy is highest, inputting the auxiliary positioning result into a local GPS module, controlling the GPS module to acquire the GPS positioning result according to the auxiliary positioning result, and waiting for the network positioning result; when the GPS positioning result is obtained before the network positioning result is obtained, determining the GPS positioning result as a positioning result; and comparing the positioning accuracy of the network positioning result and the auxiliary positioning result when the network positioning result is obtained before the GPS positioning result is obtained, and determining the positioning result with higher positioning accuracy as the positioning result.
12. The terminal device of claim 11, wherein the processor is specifically configured to:
if the local auxiliary positioning database contains a corresponding auxiliary positioning result, comparing the positioning accuracy of the network positioning result and the auxiliary positioning result, and determining a positioning result with higher positioning accuracy as a positioning result; and if the local assistant positioning database does not contain the corresponding assistant positioning result, taking the network positioning result as a positioning result.
13. The terminal device of any one of claims 11-12, wherein the processor is specifically configured to:
acquiring network identification information of a local position at the current moment; searching an auxiliary positioning result corresponding to the network identification information from a local auxiliary positioning database; the network identification information includes a cell identification CellID and a basic service set identification BSSID of the access point AP.
14. The terminal device of any one of claims 11-12, wherein the processor is specifically configured to:
and when the auxiliary positioning result cannot be obtained locally, the network identification information of the local position at the current moment is obtained after the GPS positioning result or the network positioning result sent by the GPS module is received, and the network identification information and the GPS positioning result or the network positioning result are stored in an auxiliary positioning database of the memory.
