Abstract

本发明提供一种气体冷却器,包括进气口、滤网、空气分布器、换热管、外壳、出气口,其中进气口处设置滤网,空气分布器设置于进气口左侧,换热管设置于外壳内部,出气口设置于换热管右侧。本发明能平衡换热管之间气体分布量,换热面积大,提高了气体的冷却效率,结构简单,占地面积小。

技术领域
本发明涉及冷却器领域,尤其涉及一种气体冷却器。
背景技术
气体冷却器是利用气体冷却热流体的换热器。管内的热流体通过管壁与管外气体进行换热。气体冷却器可用于冷却或者冷凝,广泛应用于炼油、石油化工塔顶蒸汽的冷凝;回流油、塔底油的冷却;各种反应生成物的冷却;循环气体的冷却和电站汽轮机排气的冷凝。20世纪90年代以来,随着国外新技术的不断引进,使得我国电机行业出现了多种点击气体冷却器并存的局面。现在国内应用的气体冷却器都各有一定的优点,但是综合性能还不是很理想,存在着单位体积散热面积晓、传热系数小等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、造价低、换热效果好的气体冷却器。本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种气体冷却器,包括进气口、滤网、空气分布器、换热管、外壳、出气口,其中进气口处设置滤网,空气分布器设置于进气口左侧,换热管设置于外壳内部,出气口设置于换热管右侧。
进一步,换热管的根数为3-6个。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:本发明能平衡换热管之间气体分布量,换热面积大,提高了气体的冷却效率,结构简单,占地面积小。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种气体冷却器,包括进气口1、滤网2、空气分布器3、换热管5、外壳4、出气口6,其中进气口1处设置滤网2,空气分布器3设置于进气口1左侧,换热管5设置于外壳4内部,出气口6设置于换热管5右侧,换热管5的根数为3-6个。

1.一种气体冷却器,其特征在于:包括进气口、滤网、空气分布器、换热管、外壳、出气口,其中进气口处设置滤网,空气分布器设置于进气口左侧,换热管设置于外壳内部,出气口设置于换热管右侧 。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种气体冷却器,其特征在于:换热管的根数为3-6个。
