本发明公开了一种银制品清洗剂,是由按照重量份计的以下原料制备得到的:硫酸65‑75份、磷酸4‑6份、氟硅酸14‑16份、硫酸汞3‑6份、硫酸银8‑10份、硫酸钠12‑14份、1,4‑丁炔二醇6‑8份、水20‑24份;并提供了其制备方法。本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供的一种银制品清洗剂及其制备方法,能够快速清洗银制品,使其恢复原有光泽,不会损伤表面的光滑程度,同时,本清洗剂清洗后,可减缓银制品的发黑发乌现象。

本发明涉及化学制剂领域,具体涉及一种银制品清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
银制品,是一种以金属银打造的制品,质地光滑,富有光泽。银是一种比较活泼的贵重金属,在空气中极易与硫或硫化氢反应而生成黑色的硫化银,长期使用的银首饰由于表面很少受到磨擦,放置后这种发黑变乌现象更严重。现有市售的专业银制品清洗剂大多清洗速度慢,无法满足市场需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术中的缺陷,提供了一种银制品清洗剂及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种银制品清洗剂,是由按照重量份计的以下原料制备得到的:
硫酸65-75份、磷酸4-6份、氟硅酸14-16份、硫酸汞3-6份、硫酸银8-10份、硫酸钠12-14份、1,4-丁炔二醇6-8份、水20-24份。
进一步的,上述的一种银制品清洗剂,是由按照重量份计的以下原料制备得到的:
硫酸70份、磷酸5份、氟硅酸14份、硫酸汞5份、硫酸银10份、硫酸钠14份、1,4-丁炔二醇7份、水24份。
进一步的,上述的一种银制品清洗剂,所述清洗剂是将除水以外的各组分置于水浴70℃环境下,边搅拌边加入水,待其完全搅拌均匀后,再保持水浴加热2h后,制备得到的。
本发明的第二个目的是提供了上述一种银制品清洗剂的制备方法,将除水以外的各组分置于水浴70℃环境下,边搅拌边加入水,待其完全搅拌均匀后,再保持水浴加热2h后,制备得到的。

实施例1:
一种银制品清洗剂,是由以下原料制备得到的:
硫酸65-75kg、磷酸4-6kg、氟硅酸14-16kg、硫酸汞3-6kg、硫酸银8-10kg、硫酸钠12-14kg、1,4-丁炔二醇6-8kg、水20-24kg。
其制备方法为:是将除水以外的各组分置于水浴70℃环境下,边搅拌边加入水,待其完全搅拌均匀后,再保持水浴加热2h后,制备得到的。
实施例2:
一种银制品清洗剂,是由以下原料制备得到的:
硫酸70g、磷酸5g、氟硅酸14g、硫酸汞5g、硫酸银10g、硫酸钠14g、1,4-丁炔二醇7g、水24g。
其制备方法为:是将除水以外的各组分置于水浴70℃环境下,边搅拌边加入水,待其完全搅拌均匀后,再保持水浴加热2h后,制备得到的。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种银制品清洗剂,其特征在于,是由按照重量份计的以下原料制备得到的:
硫酸70份、磷酸5份、氟硅酸14份、硫酸汞5份、硫酸银10份、硫酸钠14份、1,4-丁炔二醇7份、水24份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种银制品清洗剂,其特征在于,所述清洗剂是将除水以外的各组分置于水浴60-70℃环境下,边搅拌边加入水,待其完全搅拌均匀后,再保持水浴加热2h后,制备得到的。
