本发明涉及物流运输容器,具体地说涉及一种物流托盘。
背景技术
托盘作为一种常用的包装工具,广泛应用于工业仪器、电子元器件、家用电器和日常生活用具等易损产品的缓冲包装。常用的包装材料主要有塑料、纸、玻璃、金属等,由于包装材料使用寿命短、使用量大,尤其是塑料化工类的复合制品废弃后不易回收,又不易自行降解,造成环境污染;塑料薄膜因回收率低造成白色污染,焚毁时放出破坏臭氧层的化学物质,对空气造成污染并加剧温室效应等。多而滥的过度包装加剧环境污染和生态破坏的进程。为了保护人类赖于生存环境和实现可持续发展,纸浆模塑作为一种绿色包装材料,成为一种发展方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述技术缺陷,提供一种制作简单、取材广,生产工艺简单的物流托盘。
实现本发明的技术方案为:一种物流托盘,它由下列重量份数组成:氧化镁30-45份,水8-15份,氯化镁10-25份,硫酸亚铁5-10份,硫酸铜1-5份,硫酸钠5-10份,轻质填料2-8份,将各原料均匀混合后置于模具中自然固化即可得到。
优选地,它由下列重量份数组成为:氧化镁40份,氯化镁12份,硫酸亚铁18份,硫酸铜7份,硫酸钠3份,轻质填料7份,将各原料均匀混合后置于模具中自然固化即可得到。
作为优选,所述轻质填料为锯末、秸秆、珍珠岩、粉煤灰中一种或两种以上。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过优选各个组份的配比,以轻烧氧化镁为原料,替代木材,利用废旧原料,加工成本低,成型好,工艺简单。

一种物流托盘,它由下列重量份数组成:氧化镁40份,水12份,氯化镁18份,硫酸亚铁7份,硫酸铜3份,硫酸钠7份,轻质填料6份,将各原料均匀混合后置于模具中自然固化即可得到,所述所述轻质填料为锯末、秸秆、珍珠岩、粉煤灰中一种或两种以上。
实施例3:
一种物流托盘,它由下列重量份数组成:氧化镁45份,水15份,氯化镁18份,硫酸亚铁25份,硫酸铜10份,硫酸钠5份,轻质填料10份,将各原料均匀混合后置于模具中自然固化即可得到,所述所述轻质填料为锯末、秸秆、珍珠岩、粉煤灰中一种或两种以上。
