技术领域
本发明涉及一种含珍珠粉治疗小儿湿疹的外用药，属于外用药品技术领域。
背景技术
珍珠一直被公认为美容佳品,其美容机理是珍珠中含有各种人体所需的氨基酸和微量元素,珍珠中含有的营养成分与人类肌肤所需养分接近,很容易被人体吸收,具有美白、祛斑的效果。
小儿湿疹是儿科常见病、多发病，多由食物、细菌、真菌变应原及接触性变应原所致，表现为红斑、丘疹、丘疱疹、水疱、渗液、结痂、糜烂，严重影响小儿身体健康，目前常采用皮质类固醇激素治疗，但使用会产生一些副作用，因此，研制一种疗效好、见效快、使用方便的治疗小儿湿疹的新药物，尤其是外用药物，是湿疹患儿的迫切需要。
发明内容
为解决现有技术和实际情况中存在的上述问题，本发明公开了一种含珍珠粉治疗小儿湿疹的外用药，由下列组分按重量百分比组成：水解珍珠粉柔性纳米脂质体27％-38％、葡聚糖15％-20％、呋喃西林0.5％-1％、硝酸咪康唑1％-2.5％、凡士林45％-50％。
优选地，所述组分中的水解珍珠粉柔性纳米脂质体，由大豆卵磷脂、胆酸钠、水解珍珠粉组成，粒径为20nm-50nm。
优选地，所述水解珍珠粉柔性纳米脂质体通过以下制备步骤获得：(1)定量称取豆磷脂、胆酸钠、水解珍珠粉溶于二氯甲烷中；(2)水浴30℃，减压除去二氯甲烷；(3)抽真空保存5h；(4)加入pH7.4的等渗磷酸盐缓冲液，水合后再旋转蒸发仪上去除有机溶剂；(5)将脂质体混悬液置于冰水浴中经探针式间断超声30min后，用0.2μm滤头过滤后得到柔性纳米脂质体。
优选地，所述外用药的制备，通过以下步骤实现：(1)室温下将葡聚糖、呋喃西林、硝酸咪康唑、凡士林混合，并高速搅拌；(2)升温至45℃，加入水解珍珠粉柔性纳米脂质体，搅拌均匀。
具体实施方式
水解珍珠粉柔性纳米脂质体的组成：
大豆卵磷脂5.5wt％
胆酸钠1.5wt％
水解珍珠粉1.5wt％
水解珍珠粉柔性纳米脂质体的制备：
(1)定量称取豆磷脂、胆酸钠、水解珍珠粉溶于氯仿中；
(2)水浴37.5℃，减压除去氯仿；
(3)抽真空保存5h；
(4)加入等渗磷酸盐缓冲液(pH7.4)，水合后再旋转蒸发仪上旋转1h去除有机溶剂，形成柔性脂质体混悬液；
(5)将脂质体混悬液置于冰水浴中经探针式间断超声30min后，用0.2μm滤头过滤后得到柔性纳米脂质体。
经测量，所得水解珍珠粉柔性纳米脂质体粒径平均分布为50nm。
实施例二
水解珍珠粉柔性纳米脂质体的组成：
大豆卵磷脂2.5wt％
胆酸钠3.5wt％
水解珍珠粉2.5wt％
水解珍珠粉柔性纳米脂质体的制备：
(1)定量称取豆磷脂、胆酸钠、水解珍珠粉溶于氯仿中；
(2)水浴37.5℃，减压除去氯仿；
(3)抽真空保存5h；
(4)加入等渗磷酸盐缓冲液(pH7.4)，水合后再旋转蒸发仪上旋转1h去除有机溶剂，形成柔性脂质体混悬液；
(5)将脂质体混悬液置于冰水浴中经探针式间断超声30min后，用0.2μm滤头过滤后得到柔性纳米脂质体。
经测量，所得水解珍珠粉柔性纳米脂质体粒径平均分布为20nm。
实施例三
一种治疗小儿湿疹的外用药的组成：
水解珍珠粉柔性纳米脂质体38％、葡聚糖15％、呋喃西林1％、硝酸咪康唑
1％、凡士林45％。
一种治疗小儿湿疹外用药的制备
(1)室温下将葡聚糖、呋喃西林、硝酸咪康唑、凡士林混合，并高速搅拌；(2)升温至45℃，加入水解珍珠粉柔性纳米脂质体，搅拌均匀。
实施例四
一种治疗小儿湿疹的外用药的组成：
水解珍珠粉柔性纳米脂质体27％、葡聚糖20％、呋喃西林0.5％、硝酸咪康
唑2.5％、凡士林50％。
一种治疗小儿湿疹的外用药的制备
(1)室温下将葡聚糖、呋喃西林、硝酸咪康唑、凡士林混合，并高速搅拌；(2)升温至45℃，加入水解珍珠粉柔性纳米脂质体，搅拌均匀。实施例五
效果测试
随机选取30名患有小儿湿疹的幼儿，按照年龄，即1-12月、13-24月分为两组，每组15名测试者。
分别涂抹对实施例三、实施例四对应的小儿湿疹的外用药，每天早晚各涂抹一次，并观察其康复所需要的天数。

通过测试发现，实施例三、四组测试者在10天内，湿疹症状都有明显康复迹象，效果十分显著，且不留任何疤痕。

1.一种含珍珠粉治疗小儿湿疹的外用药，其特征在于，由下列组分按重量百分比组成：水解珍珠粉柔性纳米脂质体27％-38％、葡聚糖15％-20％、呋喃西林0.5％-1％、硝酸咪康唑1％-2.5％、凡士林45％-50％。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含珍珠粉治疗小儿湿疹的外用药，其特征在于，所述组分中的水解珍珠粉柔性纳米脂质体，由大豆卵磷脂、胆酸钠、水解珍珠粉组成，粒径为20nm-50nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含珍珠粉治疗小儿湿疹的外用药，其特征在于，所述水解珍珠粉柔性纳米脂质体通过以下制备步骤获得：(1)定量称取豆磷脂、胆酸钠、水解珍珠粉溶于二氯甲烷中；(2)水浴30℃，减压除去二氯甲烷；(3)抽真空保存5h；(4)加入pH7.4的等渗磷酸盐缓冲液，水合后再旋转蒸发仪上去除有机溶剂；(5)将脂质体混悬液置于冰水浴中经探针式间断超声30min后，用0.2μm滤头过滤后得到柔性纳米脂质体。
4.权利要求1所述的一种含珍珠粉治疗小儿湿疹的外用药，其特征在于，通过以下步骤实现：(1)室温下将葡聚糖、呋喃西林、硝酸咪康唑、凡士林混合，并高速搅拌；(2)升温至45℃，加入水解珍珠粉柔性纳米脂质体，搅拌均匀。
