Claims (4)

1. An elastic net mattress is characterized in that: the sponge ring net comprises an elastic cushion and a supporting frame matched with the elastic cushion, wherein the elastic cushion is arranged in the supporting frame, two supporting rods for supporting the elastic cushion are arranged at the bottom of the supporting frame and are vertically arranged, the two supporting rods and the supporting frame are fixedly welded, reinforcing rods are arranged at positions, close to four top corners, of the bottom surface of the supporting frame, a triangle is formed between the reinforcing rods and the supporting frame, the reinforcing rods and the supporting frame are fixedly welded, more than two reinforcing rods are arranged at positions, around the supporting frame, the reinforcing rods and the supporting frame are fixedly welded, a baffle is arranged at a position, close to the middle, of the front end surface and the rear end surface of the supporting frame, the baffle and the supporting frame are fixedly welded, an installation hole is arranged at the middle position of the front end surface of the baffle, the installation hole longitudinally penetrates through the baffle, a filter net body and a frame body are connected in the installation hole, the filter net body is arranged in the frame body, the frame body is arranged in the installation hole, the elastic cushion comprises a bottom plate, more than two supporting springs are arranged at the top position of the bottom plate, the supporting springs are uniformly arranged at the outer side position of the supporting frame, and a top of the supporting frame, and a sponge ring net body is arranged at the top of the supporting frame, and a ring net body is sleeved on the supporting frame;
the fabric sleeve is prepared by the following steps:
(1) Blending 60-80wt% of polyester filament fibers and 20-40wt% of modal fibers to obtain blended fabric;
(2) Soaking the blended fabric in an antibacterial finishing agent at 35-45 ℃ for 40-60min, wherein the mass ratio of the blended fabric to the antibacterial finishing agent is 1;
(3) Mixing 20-40 parts by weight of aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 20-40 parts by weight of vinyl acetate resin, 1-10 parts by weight of hexadecyl hydroxyethyl cellulose, 5-15 parts by weight of foaming agent, 5-15 parts by weight of titanium dioxide, 10-30 parts by weight of far infrared solid magnetic powder and 20-40 parts by weight of water, and uniformly stirring to obtain far infrared slurry;
(4) Printing far infrared slurry on the antibacterial fabric sleeve, drying for 1.5-3 hours at 60-100 ℃, and ironing for 5-8 seconds at 140-170 ℃ to obtain the antibacterial far infrared fabric sleeve;
the antibacterial finishing agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6-10 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 6-10 parts of sorbitan monostearate, 6-10 parts of 1, 3-propylene glycol, 5-10 parts of beeswax, 5-10 parts of simethicone, 16-28 parts of an antibacterial agent, 0.5-1 part of 10,10' -oxo-bisphenoxarsine and 25-50 parts of water.
2. The stretch-mesh mattress of claim 1, wherein: the antibacterial agent is selected from one or more of turmeric powder, clove bud powder and rosemary powder.
3. The stretch-mesh mattress of claim 1, wherein: the foaming agent is selected from one or more of sodium dodecyl sulfate, magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium silicate, lauric acid diethanolamide and lauryl polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate.
4. The stretch-mesh mattress of claim 1, wherein: the far infrared solid magnetic powder is medical stone powder, muyu stone powder, quartz stone powder or tourmaline powder.
