一种塑料绝缘软保护电力电缆,属于电力电缆技术领域。包括缆芯及外护套,所述缆芯由若干绝缘线芯绞合而成,其特征是,所述绝缘线芯由导体、绕包在导体外的绝缘包带层构成;所述绝缘线芯外设有复合绝缘层,复合绝缘层外依次设有阻水缓冲层、隔氧高阻燃包带层;所述隔氧高阻燃包带层外设有聚丙烯发泡材料制成的软保护层,所述外护套挤包在软保护层外。本发明性能满足抗机械外力强,防腐蚀,减轻电缆重量和节能环保的要求,提高产品的结构合理性、稳定性;降低电缆本身重量,减少电缆的运输、敷设成本,同时达到节能环保的目的。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电力电缆的结构,尤其是一种塑料绝缘软保护电力电缆的结构,属于电力电缆技术领域。
背景技术
为了提高电缆的抗机械受力损伤能力,一般会给电缆增加铠装层。按照国标GB/T12706 的要求,铠装为间隙绕包的金属带,比如镀锌钢带、不锈钢带、铝带等一些金属带材。标准YB/T024 铠装电缆用钢带标准要求,钢带强度不小于295Mpa。但钢带铠装也存在缺陷,在电缆拖拉敷设安装施工中,如果环境条件恶劣的话比较容易造成电缆外护套的机械损伤,同时镀锌钢带增加了电缆重量和电缆外径,增大了电缆输运、安装成本。故找到一种机械保护和防腐蚀作用可以代替钢带铠装结构的电缆就势在必行。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服电缆中的金属铠装层存在的重量敷设成本高等缺陷,提供了一种塑料绝缘软保护电力电缆。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种塑料绝缘软保护电力电缆,包括缆芯及外护套,所述缆芯由若干绝缘线芯绞合而成,其特征是,所述绝缘线芯由导体、绕包在导体外的绝缘包带层构成;所述绝缘线芯外设有复合绝缘层,复合绝缘层外依次设有阻水缓冲层、隔氧高阻燃包带层;所述隔氧高阻燃包带层外设有聚丙烯发泡材料制成的软保护层,所述外护套挤包在软保护层外。
所述导体为若干镀锡铜丝绞合而成。
所述复合绝缘层由导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层采用三层共挤成型构成。
所述阻水缓冲层由半导电阻水膨胀带构成。
所述软保护层与外护套之间设有沥青防腐层。
复合绝缘层采用三层共挤技术,保证电缆绝缘的电气性能及机械性能,保证了绝缘和屏蔽的均匀性,屏蔽层同心度好,表面光滑圆整,生产的稳定性。
软保护层选择一种具有发泡结构的材料,由于发泡材料具有质轻、隔热、软保护、价格低廉等优点,本发明采用挤包的PP发泡软保护层代替钢带铠装,不仅起到了机械保护作用和防腐蚀作用,减小了电缆重量和电缆外径,同时节能环保。
外护套采用挤包型式,通过合理的设置调节生产线速度及挤出温度,保证护套的机械性能满足电缆敷设的要求。
本发明的防腐层利用沥青化学稳定的特性,可以有效的提高电缆的抗腐蚀能力,同时利用沥青液态流动性好的优点,可以将护套中肉眼难以发现的裂纹进行填充,从而进一步补充电缆的径向防水能力。
本发明性能满足抗机械外力强,防腐蚀,减轻电缆重量和节能环保的要求,提高产品的结构合理性、稳定性;降低电缆本身重量,减少电缆的运输、敷设成本,同时达到节能环保的目的。

具体实施方式
一种塑料绝缘软保护电力电缆,包括缆芯及外护套10,缆芯由若干绝缘线芯绞合而成,绝缘线芯由导体1、绕包在导体外的绝缘包带层2构成。
绝缘线芯外设有复合绝缘层,复合绝缘层外依次设有阻水缓冲层6、隔氧高阻燃包带层7。隔氧高阻燃包带层外设有聚丙烯发泡材料制成的软保护层8,外护套挤包在软保护层外,软保护层与外护套之间设有沥青防腐层9。
导体为若干镀锡铜丝绞合而成,复合绝缘层由导体屏蔽层3、绝缘层4、绝缘屏蔽层5采用三层共挤成型构成,阻水缓冲层6由半导电阻水膨胀带构成。

1. 一种塑料绝缘软保护电力电缆,包括缆芯及外护套(10),所述缆芯由若干绝缘线芯绞合而成,其特征是,所述绝缘线芯由导体(1)、绕包在导体外的绝缘包带层(2)构成;所述绝缘线芯外设有复合绝缘层,复合绝缘层外依次设有阻水缓冲层(6)、隔氧高阻燃包带层(7);所述隔氧高阻燃包带层外设有聚丙烯发泡材料制成的软保护层(8),所述外护套挤包在软保护层外。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料绝缘软保护电力电缆,其特征是,所述导体为若干镀锡铜丝绞合而成。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料绝缘软保护电力电缆,其特征是,所述复合绝缘层由导体屏蔽层(3)、绝缘层(4)、绝缘屏蔽层(5)采用三层共挤成型构成。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料绝缘软保护电力电缆,其特征是,所述阻水缓冲层(6)由半导电阻水膨胀带构成。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料绝缘软保护电力电缆,其特征是,所述软保护层与外护套之间设有沥青防腐层(9)。
