the comparison and analysis unit is used for comparing and analyzing the attendance records of the user with the corresponding attendance information table by the mobile terminal and judging whether the attendance records of the user are abnormal in missing card punching and wrong card punching;
the mobile terminal displays attendance abnormal information of a user on a display screen in a pop-up dialog box mode and is accompanied with ring tone and vibration reminding;
the NFC attendance machine is provided with an NFC receiving module and a camera, and when a user uses a mobile terminal to punch a card for attendance checking, the camera is started to shoot to confirm whether the attendance checking is the user;
the content of the attendance record table is changed according to specific conditions, so that the attendance is more convenient and humanized;
the reminding confirmation module specifically comprises:
the information display unit is used for displaying attendance abnormal information of the user on a display screen of the mobile terminal in a pop-up dialog box mode when the mobile terminal judges that the attendance record of the user is abnormal;
the exception handling unit is used for processing the attendance checking exception information displayed by the mobile terminal by the user;
and the information confirmation unit is used for confirming the attendance record by the user when the attendance record is abnormal.
