本发明涉及化工剂技术领域,具体涉及一种胶黏剂。
背景技术
清洗剂溶剂是一个很大的范畴,种类繁多,包括无机干洗和有机干洗两大类。有机干洗剂与无机干洗剂的区别简单地说,有机干洗剂就是含碳的化合物制成的干洗剂,无机干洗剂就是不含碳的化合物制成的干洗剂,因此它们属于无机物。干洗剂的分类方法也很多,我们通常分成水系,半水系、非水系干洗剂三大类。目前使用在皮革上的干洗剂在使用时效果不好,不能有效的去除污垢。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种胶黏剂,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,一种胶黏剂,包括以下重量份的组分:氨基硅油12份、二甲基硅油2份、氯丁胶20份、氢氧化钠8份、甲基纤维素6份、硬脂酸5份、过氯乙烯树脂20~40份、苯胺黑2份、硼砂4份、蓖麻油2份、二氟四氯乙烷8份、丙烯酸乙酯4份、丙烯腈5份、丙烯酸2份。
本发明提供的一种胶黏剂,喷洗效果好,能有效去除衣服面料上的油污,使得面料光亮。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种胶黏剂,制备方法如下,将氨基硅油12份、二甲基硅油2份、氯丁胶20份、氢氧化钠8份、甲基纤维素6份、硬脂酸5份、过氯乙烯树脂20~40份、苯胺黑2份、硼砂4份、蓖麻油2份、二氟四氯乙烷8份、丙烯酸乙酯4份、丙烯腈5份、丙烯酸2份加入反应器中,加热至80℃并搅拌减压蒸馏反应6小时后即成。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选方式,应当指出,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干相似的变形和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种胶黏剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:氨基硅油12份、二甲基硅油2份、氯丁胶20份、氢氧化钠8份、甲基纤维素6份、硬脂酸5份、过氯乙烯树脂20~40份、苯胺黑2份、硼砂4份、蓖麻油2份、二氟四氯乙烷8份、丙烯酸乙酯4份、丙烯腈5份、丙烯酸2份。
