本发明涉及一种小型不规则物体搬运装置,具体地说是应用底座,支架,把手组成,属于搬运装置领域。
背景技术
对于小型不规则物体搬运需要各种不同型号的工具进行操作,费事、费力,现有技术中,没有一种综合搬运装置进行不规则物体的搬运。
发明内容
针对上述的不足,本发明提供了一种小型不规则物体搬运装置。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种小型不规则物体搬运装置,是由底座、支架、把手、第一齿轮、丝杠、导轨、定位套、滑块、第一卡环、第二卡环、第二齿轮、丝杠支架、半圆形卡槽、万向轮、定位孔、铰支座孔、滑块螺纹孔、方形定滑块、第二卡环角座、第一卡环角座、第一固定孔、第二固定孔、齿轮轴、卡环连接销轴、轴承、把手定位孔、定位销组成的,其特征在于:底座上设置有支架,支架上设置有定位孔,丝杠支架安装在底座上,底座左侧设置有导轨,底座前侧设置有半圆形卡槽,底座底侧设置有万向轮,丝杠安装在丝杠支架上,丝杠通过定位套进行定位,滑块上设置有方形定滑块、铰支座孔和滑块螺纹孔,滑块安装在丝杠上,丝杠上设置有第二齿轮,第一齿轮和第二齿轮通过啮合安装在一起,方形定滑块安装定位在导轨上,第一卡环角座和第二卡环角座通过卡环连接销轴分别与铰支座孔连接,第一卡环上设置有第一固定孔,第二卡环上设置有第二固定孔,把手通过曲轴与第一齿轮连接,第一齿轮的齿轮轴通过轴承与支架连接,把手上设置有把手定位孔,定位销安装在定位孔和把手定位孔上,起到定位滑块的作用。
该发明的有益之处是:装置简单,实用性强,可以搬运不规则物体,实用方便,成本低,减少劳动力。

具体实施方式
一种小型不规则物体搬运装置,是由底座1、支架2、把手3、第一齿轮4、丝杠5、导轨6、定位套7、滑块8、第一卡环9、第二卡环10、第二齿轮11、丝杠支架12、半圆形卡槽13、万向轮14、定位孔15、铰支座孔16、滑块螺纹孔17、方形定滑块18、第二卡环角座19第一卡环角座20、第一固定孔21、第二固定孔22、齿轮轴23、卡环连接销轴24、轴承25、把手定位孔26、定位销27组成的,其特征在于:底座1上设置有支架2,支架2上设置有定位孔15,丝杠支架12安装在底座1上,底座1左侧设置有导轨6,底座1前侧设置有半圆形卡槽13,底座1底侧设置有万向轮14,丝杠5安装在丝杠支架12上,丝杠5通过定位套7进行定位,滑块8上设置有方形定滑块18、铰支座孔16和滑块螺纹孔17,滑块8安装在丝杠5上,丝杠5上设置有第二齿轮11,第一齿轮4和第二齿轮11通过啮合安装在一起,方形定滑块18安装定位在导轨6上,第一卡环角座20和第二卡环角座19通过卡环连接销轴24分别与铰支座孔16连接,第一卡环9上设置有第一固定孔21,第二卡环10上设置有第二固定孔22,把手3通过曲轴与第一齿轮4连接,第一齿轮4的齿轮轴23通过轴承25与支架2连接,把手3上设置有把手定位孔26,定位销27安装在定位孔15和把手定位孔26上,起到定位滑块8的作用。
该装置工作时,将底座1上的半圆形卡槽13卡在要搬物体的底部,通过摇动把手3带动第一齿轮4转动,第一齿轮4和第二齿轮11相互啮合带动丝杠5转动,进而带动滑块8上下移动,并使其在合适的位置停下,将第一卡环角座19和第二卡环角座20卡在圆柱物体上,通过绳索将卡环第一固定孔21和卡环第二固定孔22连接,进而固定物体,摇动把手3使滑块8上升,进而使物体离开地面,当把手3在最低位置时,把手3上的把手定位孔26和支座上的定位孔15正好对其,将销27插进,进行定位,此时可以推动该装置进行任意移动。
