本发明提供一种手机镜头用玻璃的加工装置,包括加工槽,所述加工槽为顶部开放的长方体结构;所述加工槽顶部的边框上设置有橡胶密封垫;所述加工槽的底面中设置有空腔;所述空腔与设置在加工槽侧部的抽气口相连接;所述抽气口上设置有阀门;所述加工槽内部的底面上设置有若干基座;任意所述基座均与加工槽底面的空腔相连接;所述基座的上部设置有密封阀;所述基座上还可以设置有密封连接管;所述密封连接管上设置有密封伸缩管;所述密封伸缩管上设置有密封圈;所述密封连接管与密封伸缩管均为内部中空的管状结构。本发明的有益之处在于:结构简单,使用方便,能够在同一加工台上完成玻璃的切割和打磨工作,避免在移动的过程中对玻璃造成损坏。

一种手机镜头用玻璃的加工装置
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃加工设备,特别是涉及一种手机镜头用玻璃的加工装置。
(二)背景技术
玻璃由沙子和其他化学物质熔融在一起形成的。在熔融时形成连续网络结构,冷却过程中粘度逐渐增大并硬化致使其结晶的硅酸盐类非金属材料。普通玻璃的主要成分是二氧化硅,是一种无规则结构的非晶态固体。广泛应用于建筑物,用来隔风透光,属于混合物。另有混入了某些金属的氧化物或者盐类而显现出颜色的有色玻璃,和通过特殊方法制得的钢化玻璃等。有时把一些透明的塑料(如聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)也称作有机玻璃。
手机镜头的玻璃主要是保护作用,保护前组镜片以及镀膜不被磨损。玻璃在加工的过程中需要进行切割和打磨,切割和打磨装置往往需要在两台设备上完成,玻璃在转运的过程中容易发生碰撞破碎,这样就造成了资源的浪费。因此,有必要对现有的设备进行改进,使其能够保证玻璃在运输和加工的过程中不会发生碰撞和破碎。
(三)发明内容
为了克服现有玻璃加工设备的不足之处,本发明提供了一种手机镜头用玻璃的加工装置。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
本方案的一种手机镜头用玻璃的加工装置,包括加工槽,所述加工槽为顶部开放的长方体结构;所述加工槽顶部的边框上设置有橡胶密封垫;所述加工槽的底面中设置有空腔;所述空腔与设置在加工槽侧部的抽气口相连接;所述抽气口上设置有阀门;所述加工槽内部的底面上设置有若干基座;任意所述基座均与加工槽底面的空腔相连接;所述基座的上部设置有密封阀;所述基座上还可以设置有密封连接管;所述密封连接管上设置有密封伸缩管;所述密封伸缩管上设置有密封圈。
进一步,所述密封连接管与密封伸缩管均为内部中空的管状结构。
进一步,所述密封圈通过密封伸缩管和密封连接管与空腔相连接。
本发明的有益之处在于:结构简单,使用方便,能够在同一加工台上完成玻璃的切割和打磨工作,避免在移动的过程中对玻璃造成损坏。
