Abstract
The invention discloses a device for quickly replacing explosive beads, and aims to provide a device for conveniently and quickly replacing explosive beads. The explosion bead fixing device comprises a bead carrier and a cover plate matched with the bead carrier to fix the explosion bead; the bead carrier comprises a center column, a plurality of partition plates which are annularly and uniformly distributed on the center column along the axis of the center column, and a substrate arranged at one end of the center column; a limiting hole for radially positioning the explosion beads is formed in the base plate and located between the two separation plates; the cover plate is detachably connected with one end, far away from the base plate, of the bead carrier. The invention can be repeatedly added with various fragrant explosion beads for use, and can be manufactured by using low-cost injection molding materials for disposable quick-change use, thereby greatly meeting the individual demands of consumers.

Background

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Example 1
The device for quickly replacing the explosion beads shown in fig. 1-4 comprises a bead carrier 1 and a cover plate 3 which is matched with the bead carrier 1 to fix the explosion beads 2;
the bead carrier 1 comprises a center column 19, a plurality of partition plates 14 which are annularly and uniformly distributed on the center column 19 along the axis of the center column 19, and a base plate 11 which is arranged at one end of the center column 19;
the base plate 11 is provided with a limiting hole 12 for radially positioning the explosion beads 2 at the position between the two separation plates 14;
the cover plate 3 is detachably connected with one end of the bead carrier 1, which is far away from the base plate 11.
The bead carrier 1 is provided with a puncture body 16 which is contacted with the bursting beads 4 so as to effectively reduce the pressing force during puncture.
The piercing body 16 in this embodiment is two arc blocks, which are disposed on the side of the base plate 11 facing the bursting beads 4 and near the outer edge of the base plate 11, and the manner of this arrangement makes the piercing body also have the function of radially positioning the bursting beads; it is obvious that the puncture body 16 can also be a component which is arranged at other positions of the bead carrying body and is contacted with the explosion beads so as to realize auxiliary puncture of the explosion beads.

Two positioning holes 32 are formed in the cover plate 3, cover plate pins 17 matched with the positioning holes 32 are arranged at the connecting end of the bead carrier 1 and the cover plate 3, rapid positioning during assembly of the cover plate 3 is ensured, assembly efficiency is improved, and the cover plate is further effectively positioned. Obviously, the number of the positioning holes can be appropriately increased or decreased.
When the cigarette smoking device is used, the bead-carrying body 1 is separated from the cover plate 3, then the substrate end of the bead-carrying body is downward, the explosion beads can be put into the limiting holes, the explosion beads do not roll under the radial positioning action of the limiting holes, then the cover plate is connected with the bead-carrying body in a clamping way into a whole, the cover plate is matched with the bead-carrying body to realize the radial positioning and the axial positioning of the explosion beads, the assembly formed by the bead-carrying body and the cover plate can be rotated at will, and the assembly can be combined with a member (a member for accommodating the assembly and extruding and breaking the explosion beads) with corresponding functions to be used for smoking cigarettes.
Example two
The device for quick-changing the explosion beads shown in fig. 5-8 comprises a cigarette holder shell 4 which is made of elastic materials and is used for accommodating the bead-carrying body 1 and the cover plate 3, wherein one end of the cigarette holder shell 4 is inserted with a cigarette, the other end of the cigarette holder shell is used for sucking, and the explosion beads are extruded by extruding the cigarette holder shell, so that a component capable of sucking the cigarette is formed. The limiting holes are arranged only for ventilation, and radial positioning of the explosion beads is realized by the auxiliary limiting holes; at the same time, the piercing body 16 serves the purpose of piercing the burst bead during extrusion, and at the same time, it serves the purpose of radially positioning the burst bead.
The plummer of spacing base plate 11 is set up to cigarette holder shell 4 inner wall, ensures the convenience of installation. A baffle plate 41 with holes 42 is arranged in the cigarette holder shell 4 near the suction end thereof, so that the suction end thereof forms a buffer mixing cavity, and a smoke outlet 43 is arranged on the suction end thereof.

an air guide hole is formed in the middle column, and an air guide groove communicated with the air guide hole is formed at the joint of the base plate and the middle column;
and the cover plate is provided with auxiliary limiting holes corresponding to the limiting holes on the base plate.
