Abstract

Disclosed is a heat-not-burn cigarette cartridge with a capsule structure. The cigarette cartridge includes a hollow paper tube (2), where a filter tip (1) is arranged at a front section of the paper tube (2), a capsule (3) is arranged at a rear end of the paper tube (2), one half of the capsule (3) is disposed in the paper tube (2), the other half of the capsule (3) is disposed outside the paper tube (2), an air passage (4) is arranged between the filter tip (1) and the capsule (3), an end wall of the capsule (3) in the paper tube (2) is provided with an air hole (6), and a plurality of cigarette core materials (5) are arranged in the capsule (3). According to the heat-not-burn cigarette cartridge with a capsule structure, the cigarette cartridge is convenient to disassemble and assemble and capable of being replaced more conveniently and more rapidly, and the filter tip (1) facilitates filtering of impurities and clearing of filtered smoke, thereby effectively improving convenience.

Description

Cross-Reference to Related Application

The present disclosure claims the priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 201922221412.9, filed to the Chinese Patent Office on December 9, 2019 and entitled "Heat-not-burn cigarette cartridge with a capsule structure", which is incorporated in its entirety herein by reference.

Technical Field

The present disclosure relates to a technical field of cigarette cartridges, and in particular to a cigarette cartridge and a smoking appliance having the cigarette cartridge.

Background

With cannabis gradually legalized in some countries in Europe and America, consumers in the market consume cannabis by burning and smoking rolled cannabis and smoking electronic cigarettes having tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in most cases. However, THC has a hallucinogenic effect on human bodies, which pose great potential safety hazards on such a consumption way. Cannabidiol (CBD), a principal chemical component and a non-addictive component of industrial hemp, has anti-spasm, anti-anxiety and anti-inflammatory pharmacological effects, and can be used to treat difficult miscellaneous diseases and effectively eliminate the hallucinogenic effect on the human bodies of THC, which is accordingly called an "anti-drug compound".
The industrial hemp is made into smokable heated industrial hemp with a design principle of low-harm heated tobaccos in the existing tobacco industry, so that ordinary cannabis consumers can obtain safer cannabis products with anti-spasm, anti-anxiety, sedative, anti-insomnia, anti-emesis, anti-inflammation, anti-epilepsy, anti-tumor, neuroprotection, metabolism and immune regulation, cardiovascular protection, liver protection and antibacterial effects.
In view of these factors, it is urgent to develop a cigarette cartridge and a smoking appliance having the cigarette cartridge, with a simple process, low cost and desirable smoking quality and physiological satisfaction.

Summary

An objective of the present disclosure is to provide a cigarette cartridge. The cigarette cartridge includes a capsule, and a plurality of cigarette core materials are arranged in the capsule. The present disclosure provides a cigarette cartridge, which realizes smoking of industrial hemp under the condition of heating and not burning cigarette core materials. The present disclosure provides a heat-not-burn cigarette cartridge with a capsule structure, so as to realize smoking of industrial hemp with a simple process, low cost and desirable smoking quality and physiological satisfaction mentioned in the background art.
To realize the objective, the present disclosure provides the technical solution: the heat-not-burn cigarette cartridge with a capsule structure includes a hollow paper tube, where a filter tip is arranged at a front section of the paper tube, a capsule is arranged at a rear end of the paper tube, one half of the capsule is disposed in the paper tube, the other half of the capsule is disposed outside the paper tube, an air passage is arranged between the filter tip and the capsule, an end wall of the capsule in the paper tube is provided with an air hole, and a plurality of cigarette core materials are arranged in the capsule.
Preferably, each of the cigarette core materials is granular.
Preferably, the capsule is arranged symmetrically with respect to a horizontal central axis of the paper tube, a left end of the capsule is connected with the paper tube in a sleeved manner, and the capsule is formed into a detachable structure in the paper tube.
Preferably, an o-shaped sealing ring is arranged between the capsule and the paper tube, and a recess matching with the o-shaped sealing ring for sealing is provided on a side wall of an end, provided with the air hole, of the capsule.
Preferably, the filter tip is formed into a fixed structure at an inner side of the paper tube.
Preferably, a number of the air hole is 5.
Preferably, the capsule is capsule 1.
Preferably, the paper tube has a length of 3.5 cm and an inner diameter of 0.65 cm.
Preferably, the filter tip has a length of 1.5 cm.

The present disclosure further provides the following technical solution: a cigarette cartridge includes a capsule, wherein the capsule includes a capsule body and a capsule cap, and the cigarette cartridge includes a hollow paper tube;

in a mounted state, the capsule cap is arranged on the capsule body in a sleeving manner, the capsule body is detachably arranged in an end of the paper tube, the capsule cap is located outside the end of the paper tube, and an outer diameter of the capsule cap is larger than an inner diameter of the paper tube; and
a plurality of cigarette core materials are arranged in the capsule.

An end wall of the capsule body in the paper tube is provided with the air hole; and
each of the cigarette core materials is a granular cigarette core material, and a diameter of each of the granular cigarette core material is larger than a diameter the air hole.
The capsule body is connected with an inner wall of the paper tube in a sealed manner.
A side wall of the capsule body is provided with a recess, and an inner wall at a corresponding position of the paper tube is provided with a recess; and a sealing ring is arranged in a space formed by the recess on the side wall of the capsule body and the recess provided on the inner wall of the paper tube.
An outer diameter of the capsule cap is smaller than an outer diameter of the paper tube.
The paper tube is arranged on the capsule body in a sleeving manner.
The capsule is arranged symmetrically with respect to a horizontal central axis of the paper tube.
The cigarette cartridge further includes a filter tip; the filter tip is arranged in another end of the paper tube; and an air passage is arranged between the filter tip and the capsule body.
The present disclosure further provides a smoking appliance. The smoking appliance includes a heating sheet and the cigarette cartridge.
Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has the beneficial effects: according to the heat-not-burn cigarette cartridge with a capsule structure in the disclosure, the cigarette cartridge is convenient to disassemble and assemble and capable of being replaced more conveniently and more rapidly, the filter tip facilitates filtering of impurities and clearing of filtered smoke, thereby effectively improving convenience; and in the disclosure, a structure of the air holes and the air passage makes heat easily dissipated through the Venturi effect, thereby achieving rapid cooling of smoke and achieving a desirable cooling effect without a cooling section.

Detailed Description of the Embodiments

The embodiments of the present disclosure are further described with reference to accompanying drawings and specific implementations.
For making the objectives, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure more obvious, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and obviously, the described embodiments are some, rather than all of the embodiments of the present disclosure. Based on the embodiments of the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without making creative efforts fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure. It should be noted that the embodiments in the disclosure and features in the embodiments may be arbitrarily combined with one another if there is no conflict.
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure are clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure. Apparently, the described embodiments are merely some rather than all of the embodiments of the present disclosure. Based on the embodiments of the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without making creative efforts fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
With reference to Figs. 1-3, a heat-not-burn cigarette cartridge with a capsule structure includes a hollow paper tube 2, a filter tip 1 is arranged at a front section of the paper tube, a capsule 3 is arranged at a rear end of the paper tube. In actual production, capsule 1 is used as the capsule, the capsule includes a capsule body and a capsule cap, the capsule body is disposed in the paper tube, the capsule cap is disposed outside the paper tube, an outer diameter of the capsule body matches an inner diameter of the paper tube for exact sleeving, and an outer diameter of the capsule cap is larger than the inner diameter of the paper tube. As long as the capsule cap is stuck outside the paper tube, the cigarette cartridge is prevented from being pushed into an air passage when being inserted into a heating hole of a smoking appliance. The air passage 4 is arranged between the filter tip and the capsule body, the air passage has a length of 0.5 cm, an end wall of the capsule body in the paper tube is provided with an air hole 6, a plurality of cigarette core materials 5 are arranged in the capsule, each of the cigarette core materials is granular, and a granule size of each of the cigarette core materials is larger than a diameter of the air hole, so as to prevent the cigarette core materials from falling into the air passage, the cigarette core materials are prepared from industrial hemp base granules, industrial hemp full-spectrum oil and smoke agents. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the outer diameter of the capsule cap may be equal to or smaller than the outer diameter of the paper tube. In the disclosure, the capsule is arranged symmetrically with respect to a horizontal central axis of the paper tube, and a left end of the capsule, namely the capsule body, is connected with the paper tube in a sleeved manner, so that the capsule is formed into a detachable structure in the paper tube.
In the disclosure, an o-shaped sealing ring 7 is arranged between the capsule body and the paper tube, so as to form a sealed structure. A recess 8 matching with the o-shaped sealing ring for sealing is provided on a side wall of an end, provided with the air hole, of the capsule body. As shown in Fig. 1, the o-shaped sealing ring 7 is arranged in the recess on the side wall of the end, provided with the air hole, of the capsule body. The o-shaped sealing ring 7 is configured to prevent air leakage during smoking.
In the disclosure, the filter tip is formed into a fixed structure at an inner side of the paper tube.
In the disclosure, a number of the air hole is 5, and the number of air hole may be set according to an actual situation.
In the disclosure, the paper tube has a length of 3.5 cm and an inner diameter of 0.65 cm.
In the disclosure, the filter tip has a length of 1.5 cm.
Working principle: in the heat-not-burn cigarette cartridge with a capsule structure, firstly, the capsule 3 is directly connected with the paper tube 2, and the filter tip 1 is mounted in the paper tube 2 as shown in Fig. 1. During use, a capsule end of the heat-not-burn cigarette cartridge with a capsule structure is inserted into a heat-not-burn smoking appliance having a heating sheet, and the cigarette core materials (the industrial hemp base granules, the industrial hemp full-spectrum oil and the smoke agents) are heated by the heating sheet, and smoke generated enters the air passage via the air hole, is filtered by the filter tip and then is inhaled. The above description describes a whole process of using the heat-not-burn capsule-type cigarette cartridge.
Although the embodiments of the present disclosure have been illustrated and described, it should be understood that those of ordinary skill in the art may make various changes, modifications, replacements and variations to the embodiments without departing from the principle and spirit of the present disclosure, and the scope of the present disclosure is limited by the appended claims and their legal equivalents.

Industrial Applicability

According to a heat-not-burn cigarette cartridge with a capsule structure in the disclosure, the cigarette cartridge is convenient to disassemble and assemble and capable of being replaced more conveniently and more rapidly, the filter tip facilitates filtering of impurities and clearing of filtered smoke, thereby effectively improving convenience; and in the disclosure, a structure of the air holes and the air passage makes heat easily dissipated through the Venturi effect, thereby achieving rapid cooling of smoke and achieving a desirable cooling effect without a cooling section.

Claims

A cigarette cartridge, comprising a capsule, wherein the capsule comprises a capsule body and a capsule cap, and the cigarette cartridge comprises a hollow paper tube;
in a mounted state, the capsule cap is arranged on the capsule body in a sleeving manner, the capsule body is detachably arranged in an end of the paper tube, the capsule cap is located outside the end of the paper tube, and an outer diameter of the capsule cap is larger than an inner diameter of the paper tube; and

a plurality of cigarette core materials are arranged in the capsule.
The cigarette cartridge as claimed in claim 1, wherein an end wall of the capsule body in the paper tube is provided with an air hole; and
each of the cigarette core materials is a granular cigarette core material, and a diameter of each of the granular cigarette core materials is larger than a diameter of the air hole.
The cigarette cartridge as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the capsule body is connected with an inner wall of the paper tube in a sealed manner.
The cigarette cartridge as claimed in claim 3, wherein a side wall of the capsule body is provided with a recess, and a sealing ring is arranged in the recess on the side wall of the capsule body.
The cigarette cartridge as claimed in any one of claims 1-4, wherein an outer diameter of the capsule cap is smaller than an outer diameter of the paper tube.
The cigarette cartridge as claimed in any one of claims 1-5, wherein the paper tube is arranged on the capsule body in a sleeving manner.
The cigarette cartridge as claimed in any one of claims 1-6, wherein the capsule is arranged symmetrically with respect to a horizontal central axis of the paper tube.
The cigarette cartridge as claimed in any one of claims 1-7, wherein the cigarette cartridge further comprises a filter tip, wherein the filter tip is arranged in another end of the paper tube; and an air passage is arranged between the filter tip and the capsule body.
A smoking appliance, comprising a heating sheet and the cigarette cartridge as claimed in any one of claims 1-8.
