Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
The embodiment of the invention provides a payment channel flow configuration method, as shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the following steps:
101. and obtaining the payment success rate corresponding to each payment channel.
The payment channels are payment ways configured for completing a certain payment task, the payment channels can be replaced with one another, the number of the payment channels can be configured according to actual requirements, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited. For the embodiment of the invention, the payment success rate corresponding to each payment channel is a real-time success rate, so that the real-time performance of flow adjustment of each payment channel can be ensured.
102. And detecting whether a payment channel with a payment success rate not meeting preset conditions exists.
The preset condition may specifically be whether a difference value of a change from the expected success rate of the payment channel is smaller than a preset threshold. The step of obtaining the expected success rate corresponding to each channel may specifically include: firstly, continuously sampling data for a long period of time according to historical payment success rate data of payment channels, and establishing a channel payment success rate prediction model by adopting an autoregressive moving average modeling method because a payment success rate sequence corresponding to the payment channels is basically a stable time sequence, and then calculating expected success rates corresponding to the payment channels according to the payment success rate prediction model.
103. If the payment success rate does not meet the preset conditions, the flow corresponding to each payment channel is adjusted according to the flow adjustment value corresponding to the payment channel.
And the flow adjustment value is the flow value which needs to be adjusted once by the payment channel. For the embodiment of the invention, the smoothness of each flow adjustment can be ensured while the flow adjustment is carried out in real time under the condition that the payment channel has problems by means of multiple times of micro adjustment, so that the influence generated after the flow adjustment is carried out on the current channel and the influence generated after the flow adjustment is carried out on other payment channels are reduced.
According to the payment channel flow configuration method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the flow of the payment channel needs to be adjusted, the payment success rate corresponding to each payment channel is obtained; detecting whether a payment channel with a payment success rate not meeting preset conditions exists; if the payment success rate does not meet the preset conditions, the flow corresponding to each payment channel is adjusted according to the flow adjustment value corresponding to the payment channel. Compared with the prior art that the flow is respectively configured for each payment channel according to the pre-configured distribution proportion when the flow configuration of the payment channel is carried out, the flow configuration method and the device can improve the instantaneity and the efficiency of the flow configuration of the payment channel by adjusting the flow of each payment channel in real time according to the real-time payment success rate of each payment channel.
Further, another payment channel traffic configuration method is provided in an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
201. and obtaining the payment success rate corresponding to each payment channel.
The payment channels are configured in a mutually replaceable manner when a certain payment task is completed, the number of the payment channels can be configured according to actual requirements, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited. For the embodiment of the invention, the payment success rate corresponding to each payment channel is a real-time success rate, so that the real-time performance of flow adjustment of each payment channel can be ensured.
202. And acquiring a difference value between the payment success rate corresponding to the payment channel and the expected success rate, and detecting whether the difference value is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value.
The step of obtaining the expected success rate corresponding to each channel may refer to corresponding descriptions in step 101, and is not described herein again. The preset threshold may be configured according to actual requirements, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited. The difference may specifically be a payment success rate decrease value or a payment success rate increase value, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
203. And if the difference is larger than or equal to a preset threshold, confirming that the payment success rate corresponding to the payment channel does not meet a preset condition, and acquiring a flow adjustment value corresponding to the payment channel.
And the flow adjustment value is the flow value which needs to be adjusted once by the payment channel. For the embodiment of the invention, the flow adjustment can be carried out in real time under the condition that the payment channel has problems by means of multiple times of micro adjustment, and meanwhile, the smoothness of each time of flow adjustment is ensured, so that the influence generated after the flow adjustment is carried out on other payment channels is reduced.
For the embodiment of the present invention, step 203 may specifically include: firstly, a flow adjustment disturbance value corresponding to the payment channel and a flow adjustment disturbance proportion corresponding to the payment channel are obtained, wherein the flow adjustment disturbance value is in direct proportion to the preset threshold value, the flow adjustment disturbance proportion is determined according to service attribute information corresponding to the payment channel, and then the flow adjustment value corresponding to the payment channel is obtained according to the flow adjustment disturbance value and the flow adjustment disturbance proportion. The service attribute information corresponding to the payment channel may be some characteristics of the channel that are objective and unchangeable, such as a commission rate, a service importance degree, and the like.
Specifically, the obtaining of the flow adjustment value corresponding to the payment channel according to the flow adjustment disturbance value and the flow adjustment disturbance proportion includes that f (x) is γ r, | a2-a1| > s, where f (x) is the flow adjustment value, γ is the flow adjustment disturbance proportion, r is the flow adjustment disturbance value, | a2-a1| is a difference between a payment success rate corresponding to the payment channel and an expected success rate, and s is a preset threshold.
204. And adjusting the flow corresponding to each payment channel according to the flow adjustment value corresponding to the payment channel with the payment success rate not meeting the preset condition.
For the embodiment of the present invention, step 204 may specifically include: and if the difference value is a payment success rate reduction value, reducing the flow rate corresponding to the payment channel by a flow rate adjustment value, and averagely configuring the flow rate adjustment value to other payment channels meeting the preset conditions. For example, the payment success rate of the payment channel a is significantly reduced, the flow adjustment value of the payment channel a is 100M, and the other payment channels meeting the preset condition are the payment channel B and the payment channel C, respectively, the flow of the payment channel a is reduced by 100M, and the flow of the payment channel B and the flow of the payment channel C are increased by 50M, respectively. The flow reduction amount of a certain payment channel is averagely distributed to other payment channels, so that the smoothness of each flow adjustment can be guaranteed while the flow adjustment is carried out in real time under the condition that the payment channel is in a problem, and the influence of the flow adjustment of the payment channel in which the problem occurs on other payment channels is reduced.
For the embodiment of the present invention, step 204 may further include: and if the difference value is a payment success rate reduction value, reducing the flow adjustment value of the flow corresponding to the payment channel, and configuring the flow adjustment value to other payment channels meeting the preset condition according to the residual flow values respectively corresponding to other payment channels meeting the preset condition, wherein the residual flow value is the difference value between the flow receivable value of the payment channel and the current flow value of the payment channel. For example, the payment success rate of the payment channel a is significantly reduced, the flow adjustment value of the payment channel a is 100M, the other payment channels meeting the preset condition are the payment channel B and the payment channel C, respectively, the residual flow value of the payment channel B is 5000M, and the residual flow value of the payment channel C is 15000M, so that the flow of the payment channel a is reduced by 100M, and the flow of the payment channel B and the flow of the payment channel C are increased by 25M and 75M, respectively. In the embodiment of the invention, the flow reduction amount of a certain payment channel is distributed to other payment channels according to the residual flow values respectively corresponding to other payment channels, so that the accuracy of flow adjustment can be further improved.
For the embodiment of the present invention, step 204 may further include: if the difference value comprises a payment success rate descending value and a payment success rate ascending value, acquiring a flow adjustment difference value between a total flow adjustment value corresponding to each payment channel with the descending payment success rate and a total flow adjustment value corresponding to each payment channel with the ascending payment success rate; and if the total flow adjustment value corresponding to each payment channel with the decreased payment success rate is larger than the total flow adjustment value corresponding to each payment channel with the increased payment success rate, respectively reducing the flow value of each payment channel with the decreased payment success rate by the corresponding flow adjustment value, respectively increasing the flow value corresponding to each payment channel with the increased payment success rate by the corresponding flow adjustment value, and averagely increasing the flow adjustment difference value to the flow of each other payment channel meeting the preset condition.
For example, the payment channels with the significantly decreased payment success rate are respectively a/B/C, the payment channels with the significantly increased payment success rate are respectively D/E, there are 5 payment channels with unchanged payment success rate, the flow adjustment value corresponding to the payment channel a is 100M, the flow adjustment value corresponding to the payment channel B is 50M, the flow adjustment value corresponding to the payment channel C is 50M, the flow adjustment value corresponding to the payment channel D is 50M, and the flow adjustment value corresponding to the payment channel E is 50M. The total flow adjustment value corresponding to the payment channel with the remarkably decreased payment success rate is 200M, the total flow adjustment value corresponding to the payment channel with the remarkably increased payment success rate is 100M, the total flow adjustment value corresponding to the payment channel with the remarkably decreased payment success rate is larger than the total flow adjustment value corresponding to the payment channel with the remarkably increased payment success rate, and the difference value is 100M, so that 20M flows are respectively added to 5 payment channels with unchanged payment success rates.
On the contrary, if the total flow adjustment value corresponding to each payment channel with the decreased payment success rate is smaller than the total flow adjustment value corresponding to each payment channel with the increased payment success rate, the total flow adjustment value corresponding to each payment channel with the decreased payment success rate is respectively decreased by the corresponding flow adjustment value, the flow value corresponding to each payment channel with the increased payment success rate is respectively increased by the corresponding flow adjustment value, the total flow values decreased by each payment channel conforming to the preset condition are configured as the flow adjustment difference value, and the flow reduction values corresponding to each payment channel conforming to the preset condition are the same.
Further, if no payment channel meeting the preset condition exists and the total flow adjustment value corresponding to each payment channel with the decreased payment success rate is greater than the total flow adjustment value corresponding to each payment channel with the increased payment success rate, adjusting the flow adjustment value corresponding to each payment channel with the decreased payment success rate according to the flow adjustment difference. Specifically, the flow adjustment values respectively corresponding to the payment channels with the decreased payment success rate respectively decrease quotients between the flow adjustment difference values and the number of the payment channels with the decreased payment success rate.
For example, the payment channels with the significantly decreased payment success rate are respectively a/B/C, the payment channels with the significantly increased payment success rate are respectively D/E, the payment channel with the unchanged payment success rate is 0, the flow adjustment value corresponding to the payment channel a is 60M, the flow adjustment value corresponding to the payment channel B is 50M, the flow adjustment value corresponding to the payment channel C is 50M, the flow adjustment value corresponding to the payment channel D is 50M, and the flow adjustment value corresponding to the payment channel E is 50M. The total flow adjustment value corresponding to the payment channel with the remarkably decreased payment success rate is 160M, the total flow adjustment value corresponding to the payment channel with the remarkably increased payment success rate is 100M, the total flow adjustment value corresponding to the payment channel with the remarkably decreased payment success rate is larger than the total flow adjustment value corresponding to the payment channel with the remarkably increased payment success rate, and the difference value is 60M, then the flow adjustment value corresponding to the payment channel A is adjusted to 40M, the flow adjustment value corresponding to the payment channel B is adjusted to 30M, and the flow adjustment value corresponding to the payment channel C is adjusted to 30M.
And on the contrary, if the payment channels meeting the preset conditions do not exist and the total flow adjustment value corresponding to each payment channel with the decreased payment success rate is smaller than the total flow adjustment value corresponding to each payment channel with the increased payment success rate, adjusting the flow adjustment value corresponding to each payment channel with the increased payment success rate according to the flow adjustment difference value.
According to the another payment channel flow configuration method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the flow of the payment channel needs to be adjusted, the payment success rate corresponding to each payment channel is obtained; detecting whether a payment channel with a payment success rate not meeting preset conditions exists; if the payment success rate does not meet the preset conditions, the flow corresponding to each payment channel is adjusted according to the flow adjustment value corresponding to the payment channel.
Further, as a specific implementation of the method shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a payment channel traffic configuration device, and as shown in fig. 3, the device may include: an acquisition unit 31, a detection unit 32, and an adjustment unit 33.
