The method provided by the first embodiment of the present application may be executed in a mobile terminal, a computer terminal, or a similar computing device. Taking an example of the method running on a mobile terminal, fig. 1 is a block diagram of a hardware structure of the mobile terminal of a method for recommending an electronic book according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the mobile terminal 10 may include one or more (only one shown) processors 102 (the processor 102 may include, but is not limited to, a processing device such as a microprocessor MCU or a programmable logic device FPGA), a memory 104 for storing data, and a transmitting device 106 for communication functions. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 1 is only an illustration and is not intended to limit the structure of the electronic device. For example, the mobile terminal 10 may also include more or fewer components than shown in FIG. 1, or have a different configuration than shown in FIG. 1.
The memory 104 may be configured to store software programs and modules of application software, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the real-time communication method of the multi-terminal in the embodiment of the present application, and the processor 102 executes various functional applications and data processing by running the software programs and modules stored in the memory 104, so as to implement the real-time communication method of the multi-terminal. The memory 104 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic storage devices, flash memory, or other non-volatile solid-state memory. In some instances, the memory 104 may further include memory located remotely from the processor 102, which may be connected to the mobile terminal 10 via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The transmission device 106 is used for receiving or transmitting data via a network. Specific examples of the network described above may include a wireless network provided by a communication provider of the mobile terminal 10. In one example, the transmission device 106 includes a Network adapter (NIC) that can be connected to other Network devices through a base station to communicate with the internet. In one example, the transmission device 106 can be a Radio Frequency (RF) module, which is used to communicate with the internet in a wireless manner.
Under the above operating environment, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
step S12, obtaining a reading record of the electronic book, where the reading record is used to record the historical reading number corresponding to the chapters in the electronic book.
Specifically, the historical reading number of each chapter of the electronic book may be obtained from the server side in step S12. The historical reading quantity can be determined by collecting reading information of a user reading the electronic book within a certain time.
In practical applications, the server may use the application program to obtain reading actions of all users when reading the electronic books. Wherein, the reading action at least comprises: reading chapters of the electronic books and reading time of the electronic books. And the server background program performs statistical analysis, aggregation analysis and other operations on the collected reading actions of a large number of users to obtain the historical reading number corresponding to each chapter of the electronic book.
Step S14, determining whether to acquire the first recommended book information from the electronic book according to the historical reading number corresponding to the chapter.
Specifically, in step S14, the reading behavior of the user who has read the electronic book can be analyzed according to the historical reading number of each chapter, so as to determine how many users have continued to read the next chapter after reading each chapter. And when the number of users who do not continue to read the next chapter after reading a certain chapter exceeds a certain number, determining that the chapter has the risk of user loss. In order to prevent the user from running away, the first recommended book information corresponding to the electronic book may be acquired from the server.
In practical application, the server background can periodically calculate the difference between the historical reading numbers of each chapter in the electronic book, and further calculate the decline rate of the historical reading numbers. And comparing the reduction rate with a preset first threshold value to determine whether the user is at risk of losing.
Of course, each time the user opens the application program to read the electronic book, the decreasing rate of the current reading section compared with the next section is calculated and compared with the first threshold value, so as to determine whether the user runs away.
In step S16, in a case where it is determined that the first recommended book information is acquired from the electronic book, the first recommended book information is inserted into a first predetermined position of the electronic book.
The first predetermined position may be inserted to the end of the previous chapter of the chapter at which the user churn risk exists, or may be inserted to the end of the chapter at which the user churn risk exists.
Specifically, in step S16, the acquired first recommended book information is inserted into the electronic book, so as to be recommended to the current user.
Through the above steps S12 to S16, it is determined whether the first recommended book information is generated for the electronic book according to the reading records of all the users for the electronic book. Therefore, the technical effect of analyzing the reading behavior of the user through background data is achieved, the purpose of increasing the viscosity and the activity of the user is achieved, and the technical problem that the use viscosity is low due to the fact that the information of related books cannot be recommended in the reading process of the electronic books is solved.
As an alternative embodiment, the step S14 of determining whether to acquire the first recommended book information from the electronic book according to the historical reading number may include:
in step S141a, a reading difference between chapters is determined based on the number of historical readings corresponding to the chapter.
In step S143a, when the reading difference is greater than or equal to the preset first threshold, the first recommended book information is obtained according to the electronic book.
Specifically, by steps S141a to S143a, reading differences in the number of historical readings between the respective chapters can be calculated. And judging the number of users lost in each chapter by reading the difference. And when the reading difference value is greater than or equal to a preset first threshold value, determining that the chapter has the risk of user loss.
As an optional implementation, before obtaining the reading record of the electronic book, the method further includes:
step S11, obtaining a current reading status of the electronic book, wherein the current reading status at least includes: a current reading chapter and a chapter to be read.
Specifically, when the electronic book is displayed through the application program or the browser for reading the electronic book, the current reading state of the electronic book may be obtained through step S11, so as to determine the current reading chapter and the next chapter to be read that the user is reading.
In practical application, the page number of the electronic book currently being read can be directly acquired, so that the current reading chapter and the reading chapter can be determined according to the catalogue information of the electronic book. For example, when 48 pages of a book are currently read, the page number interval of the second chapter can be found from 42 pages to 53 pages according to the catalog information of the electronic book. Thus, it can be determined that the currently reading chapter is the second chapter and the chapter to be read is the third chapter.
As an alternative implementation, the reading record includes a first historical reading number of the current reading chapter and a second historical reading number of the to-be-read chapter, wherein the step S14 determines whether to obtain the first recommended book information according to the electronic book according to the historical reading number corresponding to the chapter, and may include:
in step S141b, the ratio of the first historical reading quantity to the second historical reading quantity is compared with a preset second threshold.
In step S143b, when the ratio is greater than or equal to the second threshold, the first recommended book information is acquired.
Specifically, through steps S141b to S143b, a ratio between a first historical reading number of the current reading chapter and a second historical reading number of the to-be-read chapter can be calculated, and the ratio is compared with a preset second threshold. When the ratio is greater than or equal to the second threshold, it is indicated that the electronic book has a phenomenon that a large amount of users run off in the current reading chapter, and therefore, the first recommended book information can be acquired from the server for recommending the current user. The second threshold is used to determine the loss rate of the current reading chapter of the user, and the value thereof may be determined according to actual conditions and a calculation manner, which is not specifically limited herein.
In practical applications, there are various reasons for the loss of users, but most of them are caused by reading the content of chapters currently. Therefore, the problems can be intuitively reflected through the reading records of the background. Accordingly, the user may be provided with recommended book information related to the current electronic book by inserting the recommended book information after the current reading chapter. Therefore, the user loss and the activity reduction caused by the fact that the user loses interest in the current electronic books but does not have interesting books are prevented.
As an alternative embodiment, inserting the first recommended book information into the first predetermined location of the electronic book at step S16 may include:
in step S161, a recommendation page is generated according to the first recommended book information.
In step S163, the recommendation page is inserted between the current reading chapter and the chapter to be read.
Specifically, in order to improve the reading experience of the user, through steps S161 to S163, a recommendation page having the same format as that of the electronic book is generated for the first recommendation book, and the recommendation page is inserted between the current reading chapter and the chapter to be read.
As an optional implementation manner, the prompting manner for the first recommended book may include: the current page is displayed on the current page in the form of a prompt window, the specified position of the current page in the form of prompt information, or the current page and the next page are inserted in the form of a recommended page. Of course, the first recommended book further includes other prompting manners, and is not particularly limited herein.
As an alternative implementation manner, when the ratio is greater than or equal to the second threshold at step S143b, acquiring the first recommended book information may include:
step S1431, acquiring current book information of the electronic book, where the current book information at least includes: book type of the electronic book, book author of the electronic book.
Step S1433, inquiring the first recommended book information in the server according to the book type and/or the book author.
Specifically, through steps S1431 to S1433, book information of the current electronic book, such as a book type and a book author, may be acquired, and book information similar to the type and content of the current electronic book may be acquired according to the book information as first recommended book information, so as to be close to the reading interest point of the user.
In practical applications, the electronic book is described by taking 'dream of Red mansions' as an example. By obtaining the book type of 'dream of red chamber', the book type of the book can be obtained as follows: novel, classical, four great famous, etc. According to the book type, the electronic books which can be inquired and conform to the book type are as follows: the three kingdoms of the Yan Yi, the Shuihu Chun and the Yongzheng dynasty, etc. Therefore, the queried electronic book can be used as the first recommended book information.
As an optional implementation manner, book tags can be set for the electronic books according to the contents of the electronic books, and the first recommended book information can be recommended more accurately according to the preference of the user through the book tags.
As an alternative implementation manner, before the step S11 of acquiring the current reading state of the electronic book, the method may further include:
step S101, obtaining a historical reading record of the current user in a preset time, wherein the historical reading record is used for recording reading data of the current user in the preset time.
Step S103, judging the reading amount trend of the current user according to the historical reading record, wherein the reading amount trend at least comprises the following steps: rise, level and fall.
And step S105, when the reading amount trend is reduced, inserting second recommended book information acquired from the server at a second preset position of the electronic book.
Specifically, through steps S101 to S105, the usage habits and usage actions of the user using the application or browser for reading electronic books are further analyzed, and the trend of the reading amount of the user in the predetermined time is determined through the analysis. And when the reading amount trend is descending, acquiring second recommended book information for recommending to the user.
As an alternative embodiment, when the history reading record includes: when the reading time of the electronic book and the number of pages read by the electronic book are each time read, in the step S103, the determining the current reading amount trend of the user according to the historical reading record may include:
and step S1031, determining the time average change rate of the reading time according to the reading time of each reading of the electronic books.
Step S1033, determining the average change rate of the number of the reading pages according to the reading pages of the electronic book at each time.
In step S1035, when the average rate of change in time is less than the preset third threshold and/or the average rate of change in the number of pages is less than the preset third threshold, it is determined that the reading amount trend is decreasing.
Specifically, through steps S1031 to S1035, the reading amount trend can be determined according to the average reading time and/or the average number of pages read per time of the current user. And determining that the reading amount trend of the current user is reduced if the average reading time of the current user is shortened and the average number of pages per reading is reduced within the preset time.
As an alternative embodiment, inserting the second recommended book information acquired from the server at the second predetermined position of the electronic book in step S105 may include:
step S1051, obtaining second recommended book information from the server, where the second recommended book information is book information of a predetermined number having the largest number of reads in the server.
Step S1053, inserting the first recommended book information into the second predetermined position.
Specifically, when the reading amount tends to decrease, it is considered that the user may decrease the amount of use of the current application or browser due to the problem of reading the content. Therefore, in order to improve the activity of the user, the book information of a plurality of books with the largest sales number and/or reading number may be directly obtained from the server through the steps S1051 to S1053, and the book information of the books may be recommended to the current user as the second recommended book information.
As an alternative embodiment, the second recommended book information may be pushed to a terminal installed with the application or browser for reading electronic books in the form of information at predetermined time intervals. Of course, the electronic book can be displayed on the display interface each time the application or the browser for reading the electronic book is opened. Of course, the second recommended book information may also be displayed in other manners, and is not limited specifically here.
As an alternative implementation, in practical applications, the method is described by taking "dream of red chamber" as an example, and includes the following specific steps:
step A, acquiring reading records of all users who read electronic books 'dream of Red mansions' from background data in a server;
step B, determining the number of users lost in each section by performing data statistics on the reading records, for example, after performing data statistics on the monthly records, determining that 20% of users in chapter 47 of 'dream of Red mansions' do not continue to read chapter 48;
and step C, inserting recommended contents corresponding to the dream of Red mansions at the end of the previous chapter of chapter 47, for example, inserting recommended contents at the end page of chapter 46 of the dream of Red mansions.
As an alternative implementation, in practical applications, the method is further described by taking "dream of red chamber" as an example, and the specific steps are as follows:
and a, acquiring reading chapter information and next chapter information to be read of 'dream of Red mansions' of a user at present through a mobile phone client. For example, the chapter where the user is reading "dream of Red mansions" is chapter 47, and the chapter to be read is chapter 48.
And b, acquiring a first historical reading number corresponding to the chapter 47 and a second historical reading number corresponding to the chapter 48 from the background server according to the chapter 47 to be read and the chapter 48 to be read.
And c, comparing the reduction quantity of the second historical reading quantity compared with the first historical reading quantity with a preset threshold value. For example, in "dream of Red mansions", in chapter 47, 20% of users do not continue reading chapter 48, and therefore, 20% is compared with a preset threshold.
And d, when the reduction number is smaller than the threshold value, acquiring recommended book information from the server according to the information of the electronic books. For example, when it is determined that the number of people reading in chapter 47 of "dream of red building" is less than the threshold value, recommended book information such as "the book of the waterside," the three kingdoms profession, "and" the Yongzheng dynasty "is obtained from information such as the book type and the author of" dream of red building ".
And e, generating a recommended book page according to the acquired recommended book information, and inserting the recommended book page to a position between the current reading chapter and the to-be-read chapter. For example, recommended pages are generated in a book plate form according to "dream of Red mansions" by using recommended book information such as "Chuihu river biography", "three kingdoms Yan Yi" and "Yongzheng dynasty", and are inserted to a position between chapter 47 and chapter 48.
Therefore, through the steps a to e, recommended book information can be provided for the user according to reading behaviors of a large number of users, and therefore the viscosity of the user is improved.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the invention. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required by the invention.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases.
