Abstract
本发明提供了一种LED灯条,包括软性电路板以及设置在软性电路板上的LED灯珠,还包括导光片,所述导光片设置在相邻两个LED灯珠其中一出光面上,所述导光片至少包括一入光面以及一出光面,所述导光片的入光面两端与对应位置上的两个LED灯珠的出光面贴合。本发明还提供了一种背光组件,包括中框、设于中框内的导光板,还包括所述的LED灯条,所述导光片的出光面与导光板相对设置。本发明与现有技术相比,在相邻两个LED灯珠的出光面上设置导光片,使LED灯珠发出的光一部分进入导光片,经过导光片的反射将一部分光线转移到两个LED灯珠之间的间隙,从而缓解萤火虫光斑现象。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种液晶显示面板技术,特别是一种LED灯条及背光组件。
背景技术
在液晶显示面板的背光组件中有一种hotspot现象(萤火虫光斑现象)是必须避免的。该现象表现为,在背光组件的LED灯条侧观察到明显的呈间隔分布的亮斑。其出现的原因为,在软性电路板上间隔分布的LED灯珠发光时,受制于本身120°的发光角以及不均匀的亮度分布,使LED灯珠的间隙区域的亮度大大低于LED灯珠出光面的亮度,导光板靠近LED灯珠的一侧出现亮暗斑。
随着LED技术的发展,目前有一种双晶LED灯珠,它在一颗LED灯珠中封入两个发光芯片,相对于普通的3.8mm宽度的单晶LED灯珠,其亮度提升了1.8倍左右,而宽度仅增加了约0.4mm,若采用这种LED灯珠作为光源,则可以在减少LED灯条的LED灯珠颗数的同时达到更高的亮度。可看出,高亮度、高发光效率是未来LED的发展方向。但这样会带来一个问题。在同样的尺寸条件下,采用双晶LED灯珠或者高发光效率的LED灯珠,减少了LED灯珠的使用颗数,使得各个LED灯珠之间的间隔进一步增大,再加上LED灯珠自身亮度的提升,明暗区分会更大,因此,出现hotspot现象的风险也随之上升。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种LED灯条及背光组件,从而缓解萤火虫光斑现象。
本发明提供了一种LED灯条,包括软性电路板以及设置在软性电路板上的LED灯珠,还包括导光片,所述导光片设置在相邻两个LED灯珠的其中一出光面上,所述导光片至少包括一入光面以及一出光面,所述导光片的入光面两侧与对应位置上的两个LED灯珠的出光面贴合。
进一步地,所述导光片设置在两个LED灯珠与软性电路板相邻的其中一侧出光面上。
进一步地,所述入光面上设有用于出光的导光网点。
进一步地,所述出光面上设有用于聚光的棱镜结构。
进一步地,所述棱镜结构由连续的V形凹槽相互连接构成。
进一步地,所述导光网点由阵列排布的球形的凹点构成。
进一步地,所述导光网点由阵列排布的半球形的凹点构成。
进一步地,所述导光网点设置在入光面上与相邻两个LED灯珠之间的间隙位置相对应处。
进一步地,所述棱镜结构设置在出光面上与相邻两个LED灯珠之间的间隙位置相对应处。
本发明还提供了一种背光组件,包括中框、设于中框内的导光板,还包括所述的LED灯条,所述导光片的出光面与导光板的侧边相对设置。
本发明与现有技术相比,在相邻两个LED灯珠的出光面上设置导光片,使LED灯珠发出的光一部分进入导光片,经过导光片的反射将一部分光线转移到两个LED灯珠之间的间隙,从而缓解萤火虫光斑现象。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明的LED灯条包括软性电路板1以及设置在软性电路板1上的LED灯珠2,本发明中软性电路板1与LED灯珠2的连接方式与现有技术中LED灯珠2与软性电路板1之间的连接相同,在此不对该部分进行详细的赘述,本发明中LED灯珠2可以为单晶LED灯珠也可以为双晶LED灯珠,在此不做具体限定;下面对本发明的改进点进行说明,所述LED灯条还包括导光板3,导光板3设置在相邻两个LED灯珠2的其中一出光面上,导光片3用于将LED灯珠2的出光面发出的光进行反射最后使其从间隙中射出,从而缓解Hotspot现象;
如图4所示,导光片3至少包括一入光面4以及一出光面5,导光片3的入光面4两侧与对应位置上的两个LED灯珠2的出光面边缘贴合,导光片3与LED灯珠2的连接方式可采用现有技术中的双面胶粘接,在此不做具体限定。
所述入光面4由导光片3的一侧表面形成,出光面5由导光片3与入光面4相对的另一侧表面形成,使入光面4与出光面5相对设置。具体地,导光片3的宽度与LED灯珠2的厚度相等。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,如图1所示,导光片3设置在两个LED灯珠2与软性电路板1相邻的其中一侧出光面上。
如图2和图4所示,在入光面4上设有用于出光的导光网点6,导光网点6由阵列排布的球形的凹点61构成,相邻的凹点61的距离相等;具体地,导光网点6由阵列排布的半球形的凹点61构成。
如图3和图4所示,在出光面5上设有用于聚光的棱镜结构,所述棱镜结构由连续的V形凹槽7相互连接后构成,当V形凹槽7相互连接后,在相邻两个V形凹槽7之间形成有截面为三角形的凸部,棱镜结构与导光网点6的设置位置相对;V形凹槽7的数量可根据实际需要设置,在此不作具体限定。
如图1所示,作为本发明的一种实施方式,导光网点6设置在入光面4上与相邻两个LED灯珠2之间的间隙位置相对应处;棱镜结构设置在出光面5上与相邻两个LED灯珠2之间的间隙位置相对应处,使导光片3的两端形成有连接臂31,连接臂31与相邻两个LED灯珠2的出光面边缘贴合。
如图5所示,本发明还公开了一种背光组件,包括中框8、设于中框8内的导光板9以及上述的LED灯条10,背光组件还包括设于中框8远离液晶面板一侧的反射片11,反射片11通过双面胶与中框8连接固定,在导光板9与液晶面板相对的一侧表面上设有光学膜片组,所述导光板9包括一入光侧以及一出光侧,其中入光侧由导光板9与中框8相对的一侧边缘构成,所述出光侧由导光板9与光学膜片组相对的一侧表面构成,LED灯条10设于中框8与导光板9的入光侧之间,LED灯条10的LED灯珠2与反射片11相对设置,使LED灯珠2的三个出光面分别与反射片11、导光板9的入光侧以及中框8相对,在导光板9与光学膜片组之间位于LED灯珠2的一侧边缘形成容置部12,在中框8上与容置部12相对的一侧(即中框8设有反射片11相反的一侧)设有放置平台13,软性电路板1的两侧长边置于容置部12以及放置平台13中,在中框8与液晶面板相对的一侧表面设有遮光胶带14,遮光胶带14覆盖在中框8与液晶面板相对的一侧表面、软性电路板1与液晶面板相对的一侧表面以及光学膜片组与液晶面板相对的一侧表面边缘,软性电路板1固定于遮光胶带14上;所述导光片3的出光面5与导光板9的相对设置,所述光学膜片组可以包括自下而上依次设置的扩散膜15、下棱镜膜16以及上棱镜膜17。
具体地,导光片3的出光面5与导光板9的入光侧相对设置。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,导光片3由PC(聚碳酸酯)或PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)材料制备得到。
下面对本发明的工作原理进行说明:
当LED灯条工作时,LED灯珠2与导光片3相对一侧的出光面射出的光线一部分进入导光板,在其内全反射传播,光线射到各个凹点61时,反射光会往各个角度扩散,然后破坏反射条件由导光片3的出光面5射出,被破坏的反射光经棱镜结构聚光后射出,这样能将一部分光转移到LED灯珠2之间的间隙处射出,减缓Hotspot现象。
本发明能够在不改变背光组件原有结构的基础下,通过对LED灯珠2的结构进行改造,使背光组件的Hotspot现象得到缓解。
虽然已经参照特定实施例示出并描述了本发明,但是本领域的技术人员将理解:在不脱离由权利要求及其等同物限定的本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可在此进行形式和细节上的各种变化。
Claims (10)
1.一种LED灯条,包括软性电路板(1)以及设置在软性电路板(1)上的LED灯珠(2),其特征在于:还包括导光片(3),所述导光片(3)设置在相邻两个LED灯珠(2)的其中一出光面上,所述导光片(3)至少包括一入光面(4)以及一出光面(5),所述导光片(3)的入光面(4)两侧与对应位置上的两个LED灯珠(2)的出光面贴合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯条,其特征在于:所述导光片(3)设置在两个LED灯珠(2)与软性电路板(1)相邻的其中一侧出光面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯条,其特征在于:所述入光面(4)上设有用于出光的导光网点(6)。
4.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的LED灯条,其特征在于:所述出光面(5)上设有用于聚光的棱镜结构。
5.根据权利要求4所述的LED灯条,其特征在于:所述棱镜结构由连续的V形凹槽(7)相互连接构成。
6.根据权利要求3所述的LED灯条,其特征在于:所述导光网点(6)由阵列排布的球形的凹点(61)构成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的LED灯条,其特征在于:所述导光网点(6)由阵列排布的半球形的凹点(61)构成。
8.根据权利要求3所述的LED灯条,其特征在于:所述导光网点(6)设置在入光面(4)上与相邻两个LED灯珠(2)之间的间隙位置相对应处。
9.根据权利要求4所述的LED灯条,其特征在于:所述棱镜结构设置在出光面(5)上与相邻两个LED灯珠(2)之间的间隙位置相对应处。
10.一种背光组件,包括中框(8)、设于中框(8)内的导光板(9),其特征在于:还包括如权利要求1-9任意一项所述的LED灯条,所述导光片(3)的出光面(5)与导光板(9)的侧边相对设置。
