Abstract

本发明涉及一种医用CT扫描小尺寸样品定位支架,其结构特征是前土样支架板和后土样支架板底部为弧形,顶部为凹状,前土样支架板和后土样支架通过土样支杆连接在一起,紧定螺钉用于固定后土样支架板,前土样支架板和后土样支架两顶面呈样品槽。本发明解决了岩土小样品在医用CT扫描时的支撑和定位的问题,保证了扫描时岩土小尺寸试样的定位精度,提高了试验结果的准确性和可靠性。

一种医用CT扫描小尺寸样品定位支架
技术领域
本发明属于一种岩土物理实验仪器,具体是指一种医用CT扫描的小尺寸样品的定位及支撑装置背景技术
随着CT扫描技术在无损检测领域的不断发展,许多学者将计算机断层扫描技术(CT)引入到岩土领域,实现了对岩土试样的单轴、三轴细观损伤演化研究,以及冻融作用对土强度的结构性影响的机理研究。同时用CT手段研究岩土体微观结构时,为了实现对物质微观结构的量化描述,人们借助数字图像处理手段,对CT图像进行了三维重建和矢量转化,并将CT数与损伤演化建立联系,从而揭示岩土体损伤演化的细观机制。但是,实际扫描的过程中,由于试验用的CT机是医用CT,其设计扫描的对象是人体,而在岩土领域,试验对象为土样,土样的尺寸较小,并且多为圆柱状,所以在试验时将土样直接放在机床上并不能够精确的定位样品,这样会给试验带来很大的误差,极大的影响CT图像质量。这就需要研制一种适用于小尺寸土样的配合医用CT使用的样品支架来解决上述问题。
发明内容
鉴于上述,本发明的目的旨在提供一种医用CT扫描小尺寸样品定位支架,来解决小尺寸样品定位问题,避免小尺寸样品定位影响CT实验结果。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种医用CT扫描小尺寸样品定位支架,包括前土样支架板、土样支杆、紧定螺钉和后土样支架。前土样支架板和后土样支架板底部为弧形,顶部呈凹状,前土样支架板和后土样支架通过土样支杆连接在一起,并用紧定螺钉固定后土样支架板和土样支杆,连接后的前土样支架板和后土样支架上两顶面设计有样品槽。
本发明具有以下优点和积极效果:
(1)本发明可以满足较小尺寸试样的CT扫描试验,通过调节土样支杆可满足不同长度的试样;
(2)本发明底座采用弧形设计结构,解决了医用CT扫描小尺寸试样时的样品水平放置时的样品倾斜问题,保证了扫描定位时的精度,提高了小尺寸试样CT图像质量;
(3)本前土样支架板、土样支杆和后土样支架板采用吸收系数较低的木材制成,吸收系数较低的木材降低了CT扫描对试样的影响,保证了医用X射线对样品的良好的穿透性;
(4)本发明前土样支架板和后土样支架连接后顶面呈样品槽。解决了试样在CT机床前后移动时的晃动问题,防止发生运动伪影。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明的技术方案再作进一步的说明:
一种医用CT扫描小尺寸样品定位支架,包括前土样支架板1、土样支杆2、紧定螺钉3、后土样支架4,前土样支架板1和后土样支架板4形状、大小相同;前土样支架板1、土样支杆2、后土样支架板4的材质为木质,保证医用X射线的良好的穿透性。前土样支架板1和后土样支架板4底部为弧形,顶部呈凹状,保证支架与CT机扫描床的弧度一直,使得放置样品时不会发生倾斜。前土样支架板1和后土样支架4通过土样支杆2连接在一起,两顶面呈样品槽,用来放置扫描试样,方便小尺寸样品在CT机扫描时的定位,防止试样在CT机床前后移动时的晃动。紧定螺钉3用于固定后土样支架板4和土样支杆2,挪动紧定螺钉3位置,后土样支架4可沿着土样支杆2前后移动满足不同长度的试样。
装样时,前土样支架板1和后土样支架4通过土样支杆2连接在一起,调整后土样支架板4的位置,然后将制备好的试样放入前土样支架板1和后土样支架板4顶部的样品槽中;扭紧紧定螺钉3使得后土样支架4板前后不晃动。将装完样品的整个支架一同放置在CT扫描床上,调整CT机的高度与支架的位置,使得装置的定位线槽和CT机定位线重合,即可进行CT对小尺寸样品的扫描。

1.一种医用CT扫描小尺寸样品定位支架,包括前土样支架板(1)、土样支杆(2)、紧定螺钉(3)和后土样支架(4),其特征是前土样支架板(1)和后土样支架板(4)底部为弧形,顶部呈凹状,前土样支架板(1)和后土样支架(4)通过土样支杆(2)连接在一起,并用紧定螺钉(3)固定后土样支架板(4)和土样支杆(2),连接后的前土样支架板(1)和后土样支架(4)两顶面呈样品槽。
