本发明涉及车轮技术领域,特别是指一种市政道路用探险车辆。
背景技术
现有技术的车轮结构大多由轮毂和轮胎组成,轮毂采用一体成型式制造工艺,功能单一,难以适应多种路面状况,有待改进。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种市政道路用探险车辆,以解决现有技术中轮毂功能单一,难以适应多种路面状况的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施例提供一种市政道路用探险车辆,其包括多个车轮、一车架、一驱动装置及一方向控制系统,所述车架上设有轮轴,所述轮轴用于连接车轮,所述驱动装置用于驱动多个车轮行驶,所述方向控制系统用于控制车辆的行驶方向,所述车架上设有转轴,所述转轴上连接有转盘,所述转盘的侧边设有摄像头用于对周围路况进行摄像,所述转盘上方设有烟雾探测器;
所述车轮包括轮毂和轮胎,所述轮毂包括与轮轴相连的轮毂固定板、轮辐固定圈以及轮辐,所述轮辐固定圈垂直连接于轮毂固定板的外缘,所述轮辐固定圈的两端外缘处铰接有多个所述轮辐,位于同侧的轮辐沿轮辐固定圈外缘的圆周方向均布设置,且所述轮辐在轮辐固定圈的两端外缘处成对设置,每对轮辐的外端处安装有一个所述轮胎,所述轮胎为条形的弹性充气轮胎,所述轮辐固定圈上设有滑动槽,所述滑动槽上安装有一滑动圈,所述滑动圈与轮辐固定圈同轴设置,所述滑动圈的圈经大于轮辐固定圈,每对轮辐之间设有一驱动杆,所述轮辐内侧沿长度方向设有T型槽,所述驱动杆的两端设有T型头,并分别安装于相对应轮辐的T型槽内,所述驱动杆的中部垂直方向连接有一导杆,所述导杆的运动受限于一导槽内,使导杆在其长度方向上运动,所述导槽固定于轮辐固定圈上,所述导杆的下端铰接有一连杆,所述连杆的另一端铰接于滑动圈上,所述轮辐固定圈上还设有一直线电机,所述直线电机驱动滑动圈沿滑动槽来回移动,所述滑动槽通过连杆带动驱动杆沿轮毂的径向运动。
所述驱动杆与轮辐固定圈的轴向相平行,所述驱动杆的长度大于轮辐固定圈的轴向长度。
本发明的上述技术方案的有益效果如下:
上述方案中,本发明的车轮安装于车辆上,当道路平整时,驱动直线电机上的运动块向左运动,带动滑动圈向左运动,从而通过连杆带动驱动杆向远离轮毂轴线的方向运动,从而将对应的辐条组相互靠近,使单个轮胎变成腰鼓型,从而减少与地面的摩擦力,当道路崎岖不平时,驱动直线电机上的运动块向右运动,带动滑动圈向右运动,从而通过连杆带动驱动杆向靠近轮毂轴线的方向运动,从而将辐条向两侧撑开,使单个轮胎变成扁平状,从而增大接触面积,提高稳定性。本发明应用范围广,适用于多种路面情况,具有实用性。另外由于一个车轮由多个小轮胎构成,当其中一个小轮胎损坏后,不必像现有技术那样更换整个大轮胎,只需更换小轮胎即可,节省成本。

为使本发明要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
如图1至图4所示,本发明实施例提供一种市政道路用探险车辆,其包括多个车轮13、一车架14、一驱动装置15及一方向控制系统16,所述车架14上设有轮轴2,所述轮轴2用于连接车轮13,所述驱动装置15用于驱动多个车轮13行驶,所述方向控制系统16用于控制车辆的行驶方向,所述车架14上设有转轴17,所述转轴17上连接有转盘18,所述转盘18的侧边设有摄像头19用于对周围路况进行摄像,所述转盘18上方设有烟雾探测器20;转盘转动后可带动摄像头360°方向的摄像,对全角度进行摄像,然后可将影像通过无线方式传给控制中心,或者传给自带的处理器进行处理,烟雾探测器可对周围环境中的烟雾进行实时检测,再将数据通过无线方式传给控制中心,或者传给自带的处理器进行处理。车辆可通过远程遥控装置进行遥控作业。
所述车轮13包括轮毂和轮胎,包括轮毂和轮胎1,所述轮毂包括与轮轴2相连的轮毂固定板3、轮辐固定圈4以及轮辐5,所述轮辐固定圈4垂直连接于轮毂固定板3的外缘,所述轮辐固定圈4的两端外缘处铰接有多个所述轮辐5,位于同侧的轮辐5沿轮辐固定圈4外缘的圆周方向均布设置,且所述轮辐5在轮辐固定圈4的两端外缘处成对设置,每对轮辐5的外端处安装有一个所述轮胎1,所述轮胎1为条形的弹性充气轮胎,轮胎长度方向的两端分别固定于对应轮辐5的外端处,所述轮辐固定圈4上设有滑动槽6,所述滑动槽6上安装有一滑动圈7,所述滑动圈7与轮辐固定圈4同轴设置,所述滑动圈7的圈经大于轮辐固定圈4,每对轮辐5之间设有一驱动杆8,所述轮辐5内侧沿长度方向设有T型槽51,所述驱动杆8的两端设有T型头81,并分别安装于相对应轮辐5的T型槽51内,所述驱动杆8的中部垂直方向连接有一导杆9,所述导杆9的运动受限于导槽10内,使导杆9在其长度方向上运动,所述导槽10固定于轮辐固定圈4上,所述导杆9的下端铰接有一连杆11,所述连杆11的另一端铰接于滑动圈7上,所述轮辐固定圈4上还设有一直线电机12,所述直线电机12驱动滑动圈7沿滑动槽6来回移动,所述滑动槽6通过连杆11带动驱动杆8沿轮毂的径向运动。所述连杆11和轮毂的轴向成一夹角设置,以保证力的传递。对直线电机的控制也可通过远程遥控装置来实现。
所述驱动杆8与轮辐固定圈4的轴向相平行,所述驱动杆8的长度大于轮辐固定圈4的轴向长度。
在实际使用时,可根据应用场景的不同,对轮辐和对应轮胎的数量进行调整,可以设为6组、8组、12组、20组等,当道路平整时,驱动直线电机上的运动块向左运动(图1中的左边方向),带动滑动圈向左运动,从而通过连杆带动驱动杆向远离轮毂轴线的方向运动,从而将对应的辐条组相互靠近,使单个轮胎变成腰鼓型,从而减少与地面的摩擦力,当道路崎岖不平时,驱动直线电机上的运动块向右运动(图1中的右边方向),带动滑动圈向右运动,从而通过连杆带动驱动杆向靠近轮毂轴线的方向运动,从而将辐条向两侧撑开,使单个轮胎变成扁平状,从而增大接触面积,提高稳定性。条形的单个轮胎的变形原理类似气球。

1.一种市政道路用探险车辆,其特征在于,其包括多个车轮、一车架、一驱动装置及一方向控制系统,所述车架上设有轮轴,所述轮轴用于连接车轮,所述驱动装置用于驱动多个车轮行驶,所述方向控制系统用于控制车辆的行驶方向,所述车架上设有转轴,所述转轴上连接有转盘,所述转盘的侧边设有摄像头用于对周围路况进行摄像,所述转盘上方设有烟雾探测器;
