The structural form can reduce parts to the greatest extent and optimize the internal structure of the base.
As another implementation manner, the bracket 10 may further include a pair of support plates 12 disposed in parallel at a distance, the support plates 12 are perpendicular to the side plate 8a, shaft holes corresponding to the first pins 11 are correspondingly formed in the support plates 12, and the swinging frame 4 is disposed between the two support plates 12 and hinged to the two support plates 12 through the first pins 11.
As shown in fig. 8, the air bar insertion hole 37 for inserting the air bar is located at the middle position in the width direction of the base 1, in this embodiment, the middle of the base 1 is taken as a boundary, the hinge position of the swinging frame 4 and the bracket 10 and the springs 26 are located at two sides of the middle of the base 1, the springs 26 are located at the front end or the rear end of the base, and the same side of the middle of the base 1 can be optionally arranged according to the requirement. The rocker 38, when rotated backwards, causes the driving frame 6 to push the swing frame 4 to rotate, thereby compressing the spring.
As shown in fig. 3, 4, 6, 10, 11 and 12, the swing frame 4 is L-shaped, the swing frame 4 includes two parallel symmetrically arranged L-shaped plates 14, the two L-shaped plates 14 are fixedly connected by at least one connecting plate 15, the middle of the L-shaped plate 14 is hinged with the supporting plate 12, one arm of the L-shaped plate 14 is hinged with the adjusting screw 5, and the other arm of the L-shaped plate 14 is matched with the driving frame 6. Specifically, a second pin 16 is disposed between the other arms of the two L-shaped plates 14, a stress block 17 is rotatably sleeved on the second pin 16, the stress block 17 has a stress surface 18 that is always in contact with the corresponding part of the driving frame 6, and the stress surface 18 is a plane. And a third pin shaft 19 for pushing the stress block 17 is penetrated at the lower end of the driving frame 6 and is matched with the stress block 17, the left and right ends of the third pin shaft 19 are rotatably connected with a driving plate 35 of the driving frame 6, and in order to further reduce friction, a shaft sleeve 20 is rotatably sleeved on the third pin shaft 19, and the shaft sleeve 20 is contacted with the stress surface 18.
After the tray is arranged on the swivel chair, the nut 28 can be driven to synchronously rotate when the adjusting handle is rotated, and the adjusting screw 5 is fixed in the circumferential direction, so that the initial state of the adjusting screw 5 can not move due to the limitation of the swinging frame 4 and the gravity of the bracket and the chair seat, and then the nut 28 moves horizontally along the axis direction of the adjusting screw 5, so that the initial compression degree of the spring can be adjusted, and the aim of adjusting the tilting force of the spring to the chair is fulfilled. When a person sits on the swivel chair and leans back, the bracket 2 rotates to enable the driving frame 6 to push the swinging frame 4 to rotate, and then the adjusting screw 5 is pulled to move towards the direction of the compression spring 26, so that the spring 26 generates elastic force to enable the rocker 38 and the bracket 2 to reset.
During operation, a user does not need to bend over, squat on the ground, and only need to extend hands to one side of the chair to touch the adjusting handle for rotation, so that the operation is very convenient, time-saving and labor-saving; most importantly, the spring is transversely arranged instead of the vertical installation mode, so that most parts of the spring and the handle are covered by the seat, the overall appearance of the chair is simpler, and the product grade is improved.
Still further, as shown in fig. 6, the air bar jack 37 for inserting an air bar is located at the center of the base 1, and the L-shaped swing frame 4 is disposed around the air bar jack 37, in this embodiment, the center of the base 1, that is, the air bar jack 37, is taken as a boundary, the hinge position of the swing frame 4 and the base 1, that is, the position of the first pin 11 and the spring 26 are located at the left and right sides of the air bar jack 37, the spring 26 is located at the front end or the rear end of the base, and the adjusting screw 5 and the driving frame 6 are located at the front and rear sides of the air bar jack 37, so that the present space can be fully utilized without affecting the driving structure of the present utility model, the structure is more compact, the volume is reduced, and the tray is more miniaturized.
Example 2: the present embodiment is the same as embodiment 1 in principle, except that: as shown in fig. 13 to 17, in order to further reduce friction force and make the fit smoother, a second pin 16 is arranged at the other end of the swinging frame 4, and a stress block 17 is rotatably sleeved on the second pin 16; a third pin shaft 19 for pushing the swinging frame 4 is arranged at the lower end of the driving frame 6, a pushing block 43 matched with the stress block 17 is rotatably sleeved on the third pin shaft 19, and the third pin shaft 19 and the second pin shaft 16 are vertically arranged; as shown in fig. 15, a ball 44 is provided between the push block 43 and the force-receiving block 17, both sides of the ball 44 are always in contact with the push block 43 and the force-receiving block 17, respectively, and the ball 44 maintains a gap 47 between the push block 43 and the force-receiving block 17. The spherical surface 44 is generally the spherical surface that contacts the pusher 43 and the force-receiving block 17.
Specifically, the force-bearing block 17 has a force-bearing surface 18, the push block 43 has a force-bearing surface 45, the force-bearing surface 18 and the force-bearing surface 45 are both planes, arc-shaped grooves 46 are respectively arranged on the force-bearing surface 18 and the force-bearing surface 45, partial arc surfaces on two sides of the round ball 44 are respectively clamped in the two arc-shaped grooves 46, and the maximum depth of the two arc-shaped grooves 46 is smaller than the radius of the round ball 44; the ball 44 is a metal ball with a smooth outer surface, and if necessary, lubricating oil can be smeared on the surface of the ball 44.
Example 3: the present embodiment is the same as embodiment 1 in principle, except that: as shown in fig. 18, in order to make the rotation more free and reduce the size of the parts as much as possible, and also to satisfy the requirement of the firmness, the swing frame 4 is in a triangle shape as a whole, the swing frame 4 includes two triangle plates 21 arranged in parallel and symmetrically, the plane of the triangle plates 21 is parallel to the plane of the bottom plate 7 of the base 1, the two triangle plates 21 are fixedly connected by at least one connecting plate (not shown), two corners of the triangle plates 21 are respectively hinged with the base 1 and the adjusting screw 5, and the other corner of the triangle plates 21 is matched with the driving frame 6.
Specifically, a second pin shaft 16 is arranged between two corners of two triangular plates 21 matched with the driving frame 6, a stress block 17 is rotatably sleeved on the second pin shaft 16, and the stress block 17 is provided with a stress surface 18 which is always contacted with the corresponding part of the driving frame 6; correspondingly, a third pin shaft 19 for pushing the stress block 17 is arranged at the lower end of the driving frame 6 in a penetrating way, the left end and the right end of the third pin shaft 19 are rotatably connected with the driving frame 6, a shaft sleeve 20 is rotatably sleeved on the third pin shaft 19 for further reducing friction, and the shaft sleeve 20 is contacted with the stress surface 18.
Still further, in order to further reduce friction and make the engagement smoother, the second pin 16 and the third pin 19 may also be engaged by a ball as in embodiment 2.
Claims (26)
1.
