本发明涉及新风设备技术领域,特别涉及一种热泵式热回收新风净化除湿一体机。热泵式热回收新风净化除湿一体机,包括新风通道系统、排风通道系统、制冷除湿系统和冷却喷淋系统;所述新风通道系统包括:新风入口、回风入口、粗效过滤器、静电除尘器、第一表冷器、新风机、第二表冷器、活性炭板、PM2.5过滤器、新风出口;所述排风通道系统包括:排风入口、第三表冷器、排风机、排风出口;所述制冷除湿系统:压缩机、电动调节阀、节流阀;所述冷却喷淋系统:集水器、喷淋泵、冷却喷淋器、集水盘。本发明具有超强的除湿能力;具有热回收功能;具有预热新风功能;具有高度功能融合性。本发明降低了空气湿度,增加了空气的洁净程度,尤其对于南方城市的空气效果更加明显。

Description

一种热泵式热回收新风净化除湿一体机
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及新风设备技术领域,特别涉及一种热泵式热回收新风净化除湿一体机。
(二)背景技术
近年来,全国空气污染日趋严重,雾霾天频现,而且持续时间长。雾霾天对人们,尤其是儿童、老人的呼吸健康带来了严重威胁。人们为了降低雾霾对人体的危害,中国成千上万普通家庭纷纷安装家居除PM2.5新风净化机。但是新风净化机只是能够解决新风洁净度问题,无法解决新风和室内空气的湿度问题。空气湿度大,空气舒适度降低。夏天人们在热湿环境中感觉憋闷;冬天人们在冷湿环境中感觉冰冷。空气湿度降低后,夏天就不会觉得憋闷,冬天也不会觉冰冷。为了解决空气的洁净度、温湿度问题,很多家庭需要分别购置新风净化机和空调器。既增加了购置设备的成本,又占用室内空间。一种既能净化空气,又能降温除湿一体化设备有着广阔的市场前景。
(三)发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种热泵式热回收新风净化除湿一体机。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种热泵式热回收新风净化除湿一体机,其特征在于:包括新风通道系统、排风通道系统、制冷除湿系统和冷却喷淋系统;所述新风通道系统包括:新风入口(自带电动阀)、粗效过滤器、静电除尘器、第一表冷器、新风机、第二表冷器、活性炭板、PM2.5过滤器、新风出口;所述排风通道系统包括:排风入口、第三表冷器、排风机、排风出口;所述制冷除湿系统:压缩机、电动调节阀、节流阀;所述冷却喷淋系统:集水器、喷淋泵、冷却喷淋器、集水盘。
所述新风入口(自带电动阀)处依次安装有粗效过滤器和静电除尘器;所述新风出口处依次设有活性炭板和PM2.5过滤器。
所述第一表冷器的进液端通过管路分别连接有第一节流装置和第二节流装置;所述第一表冷器的出液端通过管路连接有压缩机,压缩机的出液端通过管路与第二表冷器的进液端连接;所述第二表冷器的出液端通过管路与第二节流装置连接。
所述压缩机的出液端与第二表冷器的连接管路上设有第二调节电动阀。
所述压缩机的出液端通过管路与第三表冷器进液端连接;所述第三表冷器的出液端通过管路与第一节流装置连接。
所述压缩机的出液端与第三表冷器的进液端的连接管路上设有第一调节电动阀。
所述新风机安装在第一表冷器和第二表冷器之间。
所述排风机安装在第三表冷器和排风出口之间。
所述喷淋泵设置在集水器内,喷淋泵通过管路与冷却喷淋器连接;所述冷却喷淋器安装在第三表冷器上端,第三表冷器下端安装有接收冷却喷淋器的冷凝水的集水盘;所述集水盘内的水通过管道回流至集水器内。所述集水器连接有排水阀。
所述新风通道系统还包括回风入口(自带电动阀);所述回风入口位于新风入口与粗效过滤器之间;回风入口自带电动阀,该自带电动阀可以实现阀板上下动作控制管道流体通断。
室外空气通过新风通道系统净化进入室内,室内空气通过排风通道系统排出室外。
新风入口(自带电动阀)、回风入口(自带电动阀)、粗效过滤器、静电除尘器、第一表冷器、新风机、第二表冷器、活性炭板、PM2.5过滤器、新风出口依次安装于壳体内,室外空气由新风入口进入,依次通过粗效过滤器、静电除尘器、第一表冷器、新风机、第二表冷器、活性炭板、PM2.5过滤器,通过新风出口进入室内;排风入口、第三表冷器、排风机、排风出口安装在与新风通道系统隔开的壳体内;室内的空气经由排风入口、第三表冷器、排风机、排风出口排到室外。
本装置以环保氟利昂低温制冷系统提供的冷量把新风温度降低到空气露点以下,去除新风中的水分,然后收集到设置在机组下端的集水器;同时制冷系统产生的冷凝热一路通过设置在新风出口处的第二表冷器加热除湿后的新风,降低新风相对湿度,另一路通过设置在排风管路中的第三表冷器把冷凝热排至室外。通过设置在集水器内的喷淋泵把空气除湿后发生相变而产生的冷冻水提升至冷却喷淋器,喷洒冷却第三表冷器,提高低温制冷除湿系统效率,降低室内空气湿度。多余的喷淋水收集到集水盘,通过管道输送到集水器。集水器中的冷冻水循环喷淋使用。
本装置还可以通过新风入口(自带电动阀)和回风入口(自带电动阀)及各自的电动阀自动调节新风量和回风量,降低机组承担湿负荷,降低机组运行费用。
新风除湿后由回收的冷凝热再次加热,可降低新风的相对湿度,提高室内的舒适度。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明1)具有超强的除湿能力;2)具有热回收功能;3)具有预热新风功能;4)具有高度功能融合性。本发明降低了空气湿度,增加了空气的洁净程度,尤其对于南方城市的空气效果更加明显。

附图为本发明的一种具体实施例。该实施例包括新风通道系统、排风通道系统和制冷除湿系统;所述新风通道系统包括:新风入口1、粗效过滤器2、静电除尘器3、第一表冷器4、新风机5、第二表冷器6、活性炭板7、PM2.5过滤器8、新风出口9;所述排风通道系统包括:排风入口10、第三表冷器11、排风机12、排风出口13;所述制冷除湿系统:压缩机14、电动调节阀、节流阀。
所述新风入口1处依次安装有粗效过滤器2和静电除尘器3;所述新风出口9处依次设有活性炭板7和PM2.5过滤器8。
所述第一表冷器4的进液端通过管路分别连接有第一节流装置17和第二节流装置18;所述第一表冷器4的出液端通过管路连接有压缩机14,压缩机14的出液端通过管路与第二表冷器6的进液端连接;所述第二表冷器6的出液端通过管路与第二节流装置18连接。压缩机14的出液端与第二表冷器6的连接管路上设有第二调节电动阀16。压缩机14的出液端通过管路与第三表冷器11进液端连接;所述第三表冷器11的出液端通过管路与第一节流装置17连接。压缩机14的出液端与第三表冷器11的进液端的连接管路上设有第一调节电动阀15。新风机5安装在第一表冷器4和第二表冷器6之间。
所述新风通道系统还包括集水器19,该集水器19连接有排水阀20。
所述喷淋泵22设置在集水器19内,喷淋泵22通过管路与冷却喷淋器23连接。喷淋水收集到集水盘24,通过管道输送到集水器19内。
室外新风通过过滤后经过机组里第一表冷器4(蒸发器)冷却除湿,以环保氟利昂低温制冷系统提供的冷量把新风温度降低到空气露点,空气中的水蒸气发生相变,由气态的水蒸气变为液态低温水,收集至集水器19,实现空气除湿过程,然后通过低温制冷系统中设置在新风通道的第二表冷器6(冷凝器)回收冷凝热二次加热除湿后的干冷空气,给室内送入洁净、舒适的室外新鲜空气;同时一方面室内排风通过设置在排风通道内的第三表冷器11(冷凝器)回收室内冷量,带走新风除湿的冷凝热,另一方面通过设置在集水器19内的喷淋泵22和冷却喷淋器23把空气除湿后后的液态低温水喷洒在第三表冷器11上,进一步降低第三表冷器11温度,回收空气除湿能量,提高低温除湿系统效率,改善室内空气舒适度。

1.一种热泵式热回收新风净化除湿一体机,其特征在于:包括新风通道系统、排风通道系统、制冷除湿系统和冷却喷淋系统;所述新风通道系统包括:新风入口、粗效过滤器、静电除尘器、第一表冷器、新风机、第二表冷器、活性炭板、PM2.5过滤器、新风出口;所述排风通道系统包括:排风入口、第三表冷器、排风机、排风出口;所述制冷除湿系统:压缩机、电动调节阀、节流阀;所述冷却喷淋系统:集水器、喷淋泵、冷却喷淋器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热泵式热回收新风净化除湿一体机,其特征在于:所述新风入口处依次安装有粗效过滤器和静电除尘器;所述新风出口处依次设有活性炭板和PM2.5过滤器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的热泵式热回收新风净化除湿一体机,其特征在于:所述第一表冷器的进液端通过管路分别连接有第一节流装置和第二节流装置;所述第一表冷器的出液端通过管路连接有压缩机,压缩机的出液端通过管路与第二表冷器的进液端连接;所述第二表冷器的出液端通过管路与第二节流装置连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的热泵式热回收新风净化除湿一体机,其特征在于:所述压缩机的出液端与第二表冷器的连接管路上设有第二调节电动阀。
5.根据权利要求3所述的热泵式热回收新风净化除湿一体机,其特征在于:所述压缩机的出液端通过管路与第三表冷器进液端连接;所述第三表冷器的出液端通过管路与第一节流装置连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的热泵式热回收新风净化除湿一体机,其特征在于:所述压缩机的出液端与第三表冷器的进液端的连接管路上设有第一调节电动阀。
7.根据权利要求1所述的热泵式热回收新风净化除湿一体机,其特征在于:所述新风机安装在第一表冷器和第二表冷器之间。
8.根据权利要求1所述的热泵式热回收新风净化除湿一体机,其特征在于:所述喷淋泵设置在集水器内,喷淋泵通过管路与冷却喷淋器连接;所述冷却喷淋器安装在第三表冷器上端,第三表冷器下端安装有接收冷却喷淋器的冷凝水的集水盘;所述集水盘内的水通过管道回流至集水器内。
9.根据权利要求8所述的热泵式热回收新风净化除湿一体机,其特征在于:所述集水器连接有排水阀。
