Abstract
本发明提供一种中空腔体彩钢板连接结构,其包括连接架;连接架包括中空板和四个铁板槽,位于中空板同一面的两个铁板槽开口方向相反,位于中空板上、下表面中同侧的两个铁板槽开口方向相同;相连接的两块彩钢板中,一块彩钢板一端组成凹槽的铁板对应插入连接架上开口方向相同的两个铁板槽中,另一块彩钢板一端组成凹槽的铁板对应插入连接架上开口方向相同的另外两个铁板槽中,外覆板、铁板、中空板均通过自攻钉固定连接;中空板中活动插设有隔离条。本中空腔体彩钢板连接结构,具有防“冷桥”、“热桥”,防结露的作用,能够增强彩钢板保温性能,降低能耗;连接架及隔离条一同还起到支撑固定作用,增强了彩钢板连接处的牢固性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面板的连接结构,特别涉及一种中空腔体彩钢板连接结构。
背景技术
活动板房具有安装便捷快速,受场地限制小,成本低廉,可反复利用等优点。活动板房的墙体一般由彩钢板连接而成,现有的彩钢板一般在其一对对应端面设有U型凹槽,搭建时,将相连接的两块彩钢板的相邻U型凹槽咬接在一起即可,但这种连接方式会因为受热不匀而形成“冷桥”,“热桥”,导致活动板房保温性能降低,增加能耗,同时也易导致彩钢板端面受侵蚀而损坏。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供一种中空腔体彩钢板连接结构。
所述中空腔体彩钢板连接结构,彩钢板主要由两层铁板以及压制粘合于两层铁板之间的一层岩棉组成,彩钢板一对相对端面处的铁板均超出岩棉形成U型凹槽,所述双工字彩钢板连接结构包括连接架;
连接架包括内部中空的中空板,中空板上、下表面分别设有两个外覆板,外覆板和与之相连接的中空板表面形成铁板槽,连接架包括四个铁板槽,位于中空板同一面的两个铁板槽开口方向相反,位于中空板上、下表面中同侧的两个铁板槽开口方向相同;
相连接的两块彩钢板中,一块彩钢板一端组成凹槽的铁板对应插入连接架上开口方向相同的两个铁板槽中,另一块彩钢板一端组成凹槽的铁板对应插入连接架上开口方向相同的另外两个铁板槽中,外覆板、铁板、中空板均通过自攻钉固定连接;
中空板中活动插设有隔离条。
优选的,所述中空板和隔离条均为木质结构。
本发明所述中空腔体彩钢板连接结构,通过连接架连接两块彩钢板,彩钢板组成凹槽的铁板对应插入连接架的四个铁板槽中,再将外覆板、铁板、中空板通过自攻钉固定连接,保证彩钢板与连接架尽可能多的接触面积以用于二者的固定。隔离条插设于中空板的中空腔中,具有防“冷桥”、“热桥”,防结露的作用,能够增强彩钢板保温性能,降低能耗;此外隔离条可自由替换,便于后续彩钢板的维修保养;连接架及隔离条一同还起到支撑固定作用,增强了彩钢板连接处的牢固性。

具体实施方式
彩钢板主要由两层铁板1以及压制粘合于两层铁板1之间的一层岩棉2组成,彩钢板一对相对端面处的铁板1均超出岩棉2形成U型凹槽3。
本发明所述中空腔体彩钢板连接结构,如图1、2所示,其包括连接架4;
连接架4包括内部中空的中空板6,中空板6上、下表面分别设有两个外覆板7,外覆板7和与之相连接的中空板6表面形成铁板槽9,连接架4包括四个铁板槽9,位于中空板6同一面的两个铁板槽9开口方向相反,位于中空板6上、下表面中同侧的两个铁板槽9开口方向相同;
相连接的两块彩钢板中,一块彩钢板一端组成凹槽3的铁板1对应插入连接架4上开口方向相同的两个铁板槽9中,另一块彩钢板一端组成凹槽3的铁板1对应插入连接架4上开口方向相同的另外两个铁板槽9中,外覆板6、铁板1、中空板6均通过自攻钉5固定连接;
中空板6中活动插设有隔离条8。
优选的,所述中空板6和隔离条8均为木质结构,防“冷桥”、“热桥”,防结露的作用更佳。

1.一种中空腔体彩钢板连接结构,彩钢板主要由两层铁板(1)以及压制粘合于两层铁板(1)之间的一层岩棉(2)组成,彩钢板一对相对端面处的铁板(1)均超出岩棉(2)形成U型凹槽(3),其特征在于:所述双工字彩钢板连接结构包括连接架(4);
连接架(4)包括内部中空的中空板(6),中空板(6)上、下表面分别设有两个外覆板(7),外覆板(7)和与之相连接的中空板(6)表面形成铁板槽(9),连接架(4)包括四个铁板槽(9),位于中空板(6)同一面的两个铁板槽(9)开口方向相反,位于中空板(6)上、下表面中同侧的两个铁板槽(9)开口方向相同;
相连接的两块彩钢板中,一块彩钢板一端组成凹槽(3)的铁板(1)对应插入连接架(4)上开口方向相同的两个铁板槽(9)中,另一块彩钢板一端组成凹槽(3)的铁板(1)对应插入连接架(4)上开口方向相同的另外两个铁板槽(9)中,外覆板(6)、铁板(1)、中空板(6)均通过自攻钉(5)固定连接;
中空板(6)中活动插设有隔离条(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中空腔体彩钢板连接结构,其特征在于:所述中空板(6)和隔离条(8)均为木质结构。
