本发明公开了一种裹线型纱线,包括外层裹线、玻璃粘结层、内衬层、股线;外层裹线为腈纶线;外层裹线内侧包裹有多个玻璃粘结层;外层裹线缠绕在玻璃粘结层外侧,且所述外层裹线之间间隙小于1mm;所述玻璃粘结层为橡胶圆环,所述玻璃粘结层的宽度为3mm,所述玻璃粘结层内侧边缘设有多个玻璃丝,多个所述玻璃粘结层之间通过所述玻璃丝连接;玻璃粘结层的内侧为内衬层;内衬层的内侧设有固定填充层;固定填充层内部设有四根股线与一根静电消除线;本发明具有耐磨、防火与除静电的功能,能够适应恶劣的环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及纱线技术领域,具体为一种裹线型纱线。
背景技术
目前,随着科技的不断发展,时代的进步,人们的生活水平不断的提高,因此人们对纱线品质的要求也越来越高;纱线作为我们生活中必不可少的一种材料,充斥着我们生活的方方面面,但是在一些特殊的地方,纱线由于其本身的性质,不能很好的起到作用,比如在一些劳动强度比较大的地方,衣服会经常被磨损,出现破洞,造成衣不遮体的现象;在一些进场会产生静电的场所或者一些产生静电的地方,我们需要静电的消除,来保持安全;还有在一些需要耐高温的地方,我们需要特殊的纱线,所以我们需要一种新型的纱线来解决现有的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种裹线型纱线,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种裹线型纱线,包括外层裹线、玻璃粘结层、内衬层、股线;所述的外层裹线为腈纶线;所述的外层裹线内侧包裹有多个玻璃粘结层;所述的外层裹线缠绕在玻璃粘结层外侧,且所述外层裹线之间间隙小于1mm;所述的所述玻璃粘结层为橡胶圆环,所述玻璃粘结层的宽度为3mm,所述玻璃粘结层内侧边缘设有多个玻璃丝,多个所述玻璃粘结层之间通过所述玻璃丝连接;所述的玻璃粘结层的内侧为内衬层;所述的内衬层的内侧设有固定填充层;所述的固定填充层内部设有四根股线与一根静电消除线。
优选的,所述的玻璃丝均匀成圆周排列在玻璃粘结层的内侧边缘;所述的玻璃粘结层的外侧弧面与外层裹线内侧相接触。
优选的,所述的内衬层为筒状;所述的内衬层为胶质复合材料层;所述的内衬层外侧弧面与玻璃丝侧面相接触。
优选的,所述的固定填充层包括阻燃橡胶粒,且所述阻燃橡胶粒的最大直径不带大于3mm。
优选的,四根所述股线中两根所述股线为棉线,另两根所述股线为羊毛线;所述的静电消除线为铜线;所述的静电消除线设在四根所述股线的中央位置。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用分层复合的纱线结构,具备多种性质,外层裹线采用腈纶线,比较耐磨,耐腐蚀可以保证在恶劣的工作环境,能够提供较长时间的支持,保证工作人员皮肤不直接与外部环境相接触;玻璃粘结层采用橡胶圆环作为固定架,玻璃丝作为连接骨架,能够保持外层裹线形状的固定,并且具有一定的防火、耐磨性能,可以减少玻璃粘结层内部燃烧的可能,提高本新型的耐磨性;内衬层为胶质复合材料,具有一定的形状,并且比较柔软,能够很好的变形,适应纱线弯曲的情况;采用羊毛与棉线组成股线,具有一定的棉线与羊毛的性能,能够兼容一定的棉线与羊毛的工作环境,提高应用范围;静电消除线为铜线,能够导通静电,通过纺织连接,可以实现静电的消除,减少产生的静电。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:包括外层裹线1、玻璃粘结层2、内衬层4、股线5;所述的外层裹线1为腈纶线;所述的外层裹线1内侧包裹有多个玻璃粘结层2;所述的外层裹线1缠绕在玻璃粘结层2外侧,且所述外层裹线1之间间隙小于1mm;所述的所述玻璃粘结层2为橡胶圆环,所述玻璃粘结层2的宽度为3mm,所述玻璃粘结层2内侧边缘设有多个玻璃丝3,多个所述玻璃粘结层2之间通过所述玻璃丝3连接;所述的玻璃粘结层2的内侧为内衬层4;所述的内衬层4的内侧设有固定填充层6;所述的固定填充层6内部设有四根股线5与一根静电消除线7;所述的玻璃丝3均匀成圆周排列在玻璃粘结层2的内侧边缘;所述的玻璃粘结层2的外侧弧面与外层裹线1内侧相接触;所述的内衬层4为筒状;所述的内衬层4为胶质复合材料层;所述的内衬层4外侧弧面与玻璃丝3侧面相接触;所述的固定填充层6包括阻燃橡胶粒,且所述阻燃橡胶粒的最大直径不带大于3mm;四根所述股线5中两根所述股线5为棉线,另两根所述股线5为羊毛线;所述的静电消除线7为铜线;所述的静电消除线7设在四根所述股线5的中央位置。
本发明在具体实施时,采用分层复合的纱线结构,具备多种性质,外层裹线1采用腈纶线,比较耐磨,耐腐蚀可以保证在恶劣的工作环境,能够提供较长时间的支持,保证工作人员皮肤不直接与外部环境相接触;玻璃粘结层2采用橡胶圆环作为固定架,玻璃丝3作为连接骨架,能够保持外层裹线1形状的固定,并且具有一定的防火、耐磨性能,可以减少玻璃粘结层2内部燃烧的可能,提高本新型的耐磨性;内衬层4为胶质复合材料,具有一定的形状,并且比较柔软,能够很好的变形,适应纱线弯曲的情况;采用羊毛与棉线组成股线5,具有一定的棉线与羊毛的性能,能够兼容一定的棉线与羊毛的工作环境,提高应用范围;静电消除线7为铜线,能够导通静电,通过纺织连接,可以实现静电的消除,减少产生的静电。

Claims (8)

1.一种裹线型纱线,其特征在于:包括外层裹线(1)、玻璃粘结层(2)、内衬层(4)、股线(5);所述的外层裹线(1)为腈纶线;所述的外层裹线(1)内侧包裹有多个玻璃粘结层(2);所述的外层裹线(1)缠绕在玻璃粘结层(2)外侧,且所述外层裹线(1)之间间隙小于1mm;所述的所述玻璃粘结层(2)为橡胶圆环,所述玻璃粘结层(2)的宽度为3mm,所述玻璃粘结层(2)内侧边缘设有多个玻璃丝(3),多个所述玻璃粘结层(2)之间通过所述玻璃丝(3)连接;所述的玻璃粘结层(2)的内侧为内衬层(4);所述的内衬层(4)的内侧设有固定填充层(6);所述的固定填充层(6)内部设有四根股线(5)与一根静电消除线(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种裹线型纱线,其特征在于:所述的玻璃丝(3)均匀成圆周排列在玻璃粘结层(2)的内侧边缘;所述的玻璃粘结层(2)的外侧弧面与外层裹线(1)内侧相接触。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种裹线型纱线,其特征在于:所述的内衬层(4)为筒状;所述的内衬层(4)为胶质复合材料层;所述的内衬层(4)外侧弧面与玻璃丝(3)侧面相接触。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种裹线型纱线,其特征在于:所述的固定填充层(6)包括阻燃橡胶粒,且所述阻燃橡胶粒的最大直径不带大于(3)mm。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的一种裹线型纱线,其特征在于:四根所述股线(5)中两根所述股线(5)为棉线,另两根所述股线(5)为羊毛线;所述的静电消除线(7)为铜线;所述的静电消除线(7)设在四根所述股线(5)的中央位置。
6.一种裹线型纱线的制备方法,其特征在于:采用分层复合的纱线结构,具备多种性质,外层裹线(1)采用腈纶线,比较耐磨,耐腐蚀可以保证在恶劣的工作环境,能够提供较长时间的支持,保证工作人员皮肤不直接与外部环境相接触;玻璃粘结层(2)采用橡胶圆环作为固定架,玻璃丝(3)作为连接骨架,能够保持外层裹线(1)形状的固定。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种裹线型纱线的制备方法,其特征在于:采用内衬层(4)为胶质复合材料,具有一定的形状,并且比较柔软,能够很好的变形,适应纱线弯曲的情况;采用羊毛与棉线组成股线(5),具有一定的棉线与羊毛的性能,能够兼容一定的棉线与羊毛的工作环境,提高应用范围;静电消除线7为铜线,能够导通静电,通过纺织连接,可以实现静电的消除,减少产生的静电。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种裹线型纱线的应用,其特征在于:所述裹线型纱线在耐磨、防火与除静电的功能中的应用。
