本发明涉及水性切削液。
背景技术
切削液是金属切削加工中必不可少的加工助剂。随着工业的发展,切削加工的增多导致切削液的用量越来越大。使用后的切削液的处理成为环境保护的重要问题。现有技术中的切削液水溶性差,难以满足环保的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种水性切削液。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
水性切削液,其特征在于,按照重量份数包括以下组分:烷氧基聚醚10~20;聚烷二醇5-15;椰子油1-5;防锈剂0.5-4;杀菌剂0.5-2;水50-80。
优选地是,所述烷氧基聚醚为环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷和四氢呋喃聚合而成。
优选地是,所述的聚烷二醇为聚乙二醇或聚丙二醇。
本发明中的水性切削液:(1)、适用于各种需要切削液的领域,对环境无污染,易清洗;(2)、采用水基材料,环保,对人体无害。

3.根据权利要求1所述的水性金属防锈剂,其特征在于,所述的聚烷二醇为聚乙二醇或聚丙二醇。
