本发明提供一种耐高温塑料配方,包括以下重量份的成分:聚丙烯69-88份,芳香尼龙11-12份,ABS塑料3-5份,三聚氰胺1.2-1.5份,增塑剂0.2-1份,氧化铝粉2份,硬脂酸镁0.3份,聚碳酸脂1.5份;将上述原料进行充分混合,到搅拌机内进行搅拌,然后放入注塑机上进行压铸成型。本发明制备简单,耐高温性能好,使用寿命大大延长。

本发明涉及一种耐高温塑料配方。
背景技术
塑料是以单体为原料,通过加聚或缩聚反应聚合而成的高分子化合物,俗称塑料或树脂,可以自由改变成分及形体样式,由合成树脂及填料、增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、色料等添加剂组成。塑料的主要成分是树脂。树脂这一名词最初是由动植物分泌出的脂质而得名,如松香、虫胶等,树脂是指尚未和各种添加剂混合的高分子化合物。树脂约占塑料总重量的40%~100%。现有的塑料制品耐高温性能差。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种耐高温塑料配方,以克服现有技术中耐高温性能差的缺陷。
(二)技术方案
为解决所述技术问题,本发明提供一种耐高温塑料配方,包括以下重量份的成分:聚丙烯69-88份,芳香尼龙11-12份,ABS塑料3-5份,三聚氰胺1.2-1.5份,增塑剂0.2-1份,氧化铝粉2份,硬脂酸镁0.3份,聚碳酸脂1.5份;将上述原料进行充分混合,到搅拌机内进行搅拌,然后放入注塑机上进行压铸成型。
进一步,所述芳香尼龙重量份为12份。
进一步,所述聚丙烯重量份为85份。
进一步,所述ABS塑料重量份为4份。

本发明的耐高温塑料配方,制备简单,耐高温性能好,使用寿命大大延长。
