Abstract

本发明开了一种压缩机轴瓦的无油润滑方法。其主要包括以下步骤:(1)清洗;(2)除油;(3)晾干;(4)一次喷涂:对上述晾干的压缩机轴瓦表面进行底漆喷砂处理,所喷液体为聚四氟乙烯混合物,喷涂厚度为10~12um;(5)一次烘烤:将步骤(4)喷涂后的轴瓦放入烘干室,烘烤温度为120~150℃,烘烤时间为8~12分钟;(6)二次喷涂:将步骤(5)处理后的轴瓦进行面漆喷砂处理,所喷液体为聚四氟乙烯混合物,喷涂厚度为8~10um(7)二次烘烤:将步骤(6)喷涂后的轴瓦放入烘干室,烘烤温度为380~400℃,烘烤时间为10~15分钟;本发明工艺简单,润滑效果好。

一种压缩机轴瓦的无油润滑方法
技术领域
本发明涉及压缩机技术领域,具体为一种压缩机轴瓦的无油润滑方法。
背景技术
压缩机气缸在加工和装配过程中是不允许生锈的,尤其是精度要求较高的加工面,因为加工面的生锈会造成加工精度的降低,对于气缸这种参与滑动摩擦的部件,生锈甚至会降低其使用寿命,压缩机由于其材质主要为铸铁件,其在日常工作过程中处于有氧环境中极容易生锈,一般通过添加润滑油,既可以适当防锈,又可以保证压缩机工作的顺畅性,但是气缸内部少量锈斑的脱落亦会污染润滑油,造成润滑油的不可再利用,需更换,不利于环保。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种压缩机轴瓦的无油润滑方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种压缩机轴瓦的无油润滑方法,其主要包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)清洗:将压缩机轴瓦使用清洗剂进行清洗;
(2)除油:将压缩机轴瓦表面的油渍进行去除;
(3)晾干:将压缩机轴瓦放入无尘空间进行晾干,确保压缩机轴瓦表面干燥;
(4)一次喷涂: 对上述晾干的压缩机轴瓦表面进行底漆喷砂处理,所喷液体为聚四氟乙烯混合物,喷涂厚度为10~12um;
(5)一次烘烤:将步骤(4)喷涂后的轴瓦放入烘干室,烘烤温度为120~150℃,烘烤时间为8~12分钟;
(6)二次喷涂:将步骤(5)处理后的轴瓦进行面漆喷砂处理,所喷液体为聚四氟乙烯混合物,喷涂厚度为8~10um;
(7)二次烘烤:将步骤(6)喷涂后的轴瓦放入烘干室,烘烤温度为380~400℃,烘烤时间为10~15分钟;
优选的,所述步骤(4)和步骤(6)的聚四氟乙烯混合物由80%聚四氟乙烯液体和20%二硫化钼液体混合组成。
本发明的有益效果是:其提供一种压缩机轴瓦的无油润滑方法,二次喷涂工艺,将压缩机轴瓦表面喷涂聚四氟乙烯液体,利用聚四氟乙烯自身具有良好的润滑性的特性而达到无油润滑的目的,本发明工艺简单,润滑效果好。

一种压缩机轴瓦的无油润滑方法,其主要包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)清洗:将压缩机轴瓦使用清洗剂进行清洗;
(2)除油:将压缩机轴瓦表面的油渍进行去除;
(3)晾干:将压缩机轴瓦放入无尘空间进行晾干,确保压缩机轴瓦表面干燥;
(4)一次喷涂: 对上述晾干的压缩机轴瓦表面进行底漆喷砂处理,所喷液体为聚四氟乙烯混合物,喷涂厚度为10~12um;
(5)一次烘烤:将步骤(4)喷涂后的轴瓦放入烘干室,烘烤温度为120~150℃,烘烤时间为8~12分钟;
(6)二次喷涂:将步骤(5)处理后的轴瓦进行面漆喷砂处理,所喷液体为聚四氟乙烯混合物,喷涂厚度为8~10um;
(7)二次烘烤:将步骤(6)喷涂后的轴瓦放入烘干室,烘烤温度为380~400℃,烘烤时间为10~15分钟;
为了进一步优化技术方案,所述步骤(4)和步骤(6)的聚四氟乙烯混合物由80%聚四氟乙烯液体和20%二硫化钼液体混合组成。

1.一种压缩机轴瓦的无油润滑方法,其特征在于,其主要包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)清洗:将压缩机轴瓦使用清洗剂进行清洗;
(2)除油:将压缩机轴瓦表面的油渍进行去除;
(3)晾干:将压缩机轴瓦放入无尘空间进行晾干,确保压缩机轴瓦表面干燥;
(4)一次喷涂: 对上述晾干的压缩机轴瓦表面进行底漆喷砂处理,所喷液体为聚四氟乙烯混合物,喷涂厚度为10~12um;
(5)一次烘烤:将步骤(4)喷涂后的轴瓦放入烘干室,烘烤温度为120~150℃,烘烤时间为8~12分钟;
(6)二次喷涂:将步骤(5)处理后的轴瓦进行面漆喷砂处理,所喷液体为聚四氟乙烯混合物,喷涂厚度为8~10um;
(7)二次烘烤:将步骤(6)喷涂后的轴瓦放入烘干室,烘烤温度为380~400℃,烘烤时间为10~15分钟。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种压缩机轴瓦的无油润滑方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)和步骤(6)的聚四氟乙烯混合物由80%聚四氟乙烯液体和20%二硫化钼液体混合组成。
