技术领域
本发明涉及根据权利要求1的前序部分的用于在高压力环境中使用的中压断路器,具有真空断续器、和在压力密封绝缘壳体中的驱动、以及集成至压力壳体中的到真空断续器的电气端子,真空断续器具有固定触头侧和带有可移动棒的可移动触头侧、。
背景技术
在图2中示出了一般现有技术的状态。
包含开关元件的绝缘壳体位于高加压流体的环境中。例如,这可以是海底应用中的真空断续器。真空断续器不得接触可以达到300巴的高压。因此,需要杆部件,其承受压力并且保持内部1巴的大气环境。周围的高加压流体是绝缘油。这在海床上的外壳中,以便于防止由于与海水接触而造成的损坏。

本发明是,另一压力密封壳体在具有可移动棒的真空断续器的可移动触头侧处密封地附连在绝缘壳体处,并且通过波纹管将绝缘压力密封壳体的内部容积与另一压力密封壳体的内部容易气密地分离,可移动棒通过该波纹管被引导,并且机械地耦合到布置在另一壳体内部的驱动。
因此,驱动与单独壳体中的真空断续器分离。包含壳体的真空断续器以及包含壳体的驱动的内部容积可以被填充有分离的气体介质。
在另一有利的实施例中,作为包含真空断续器的壳体的绝缘壳体填充有1巴压力的六氟化硫SF6,并且另一壳体填充有1巴压力的空气。两个壳体彼此气密地分离。
在另一有利的实施例中,绝缘壳体设置有阀,该阀位于该区域处,其中另一压力密封壳体压力被密封地附连到绝缘壳体,使得阀位于另一压力密封壳体的内部容积内。

壳体的内部容积通过属于绝缘壳体部分1b的柔性膜或波纹管8来分离。该分离产生两个隔室7a和7b。虽然容积7a可以填充有如SF6的绝缘气体,但是具有驱动6的容积7b保持例如在1atm空气下,并且与开关元件2良好绝缘。容积7a还可以包含更高的压力以改善绝缘性能。膜还允许移动以通过驱动操作开关元件。作为膜的替代,该分离还可以通过密封活塞形式的馈通来实现。
因为隔室7a需要在1巴或略高的位置用SF6填充,所以需要被排空并且然后用SF6填充。为此,需要阀9。驱动机构可以位于1巴的空气中,因此其可以在不需要排空或填充的情况下被组装,并且因此不需要填充阀。因此,阀9可以位于7a和7b之间。优点是,当7a和7b被组合时,阀被封装在完整装配的杆的内侧。因此,其不需要承受与外部300巴的压力差。

2.根据权利要求1所述的中压断路器,其特征在于:
所述绝缘壳体(1,1a,1b)填充有1巴压力的六氟化硫SF6,并且另一壳体填充有1巴压力的空气。
3.根据权利要求2所述的中压断路器,其特征在于:
所述绝缘壳体设置有阀,所述阀位于以下区域处,在所述区域中,另一压力密封壳体被压力密封地附连到所述绝缘壳体,使得所述阀位于所述另一压力密封壳体(10)的所述内部容积(7b)内部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的中压断路器,其特征在于:
在组装所述断路器期间,所述阀用于用绝缘气体填充所述绝缘壳体的所述内部容积(7a)。
