Abstract

本发明公开了一种以气体为驱动力的新型智慧流体集成控制单元,是由青岛精锐机械制造有限公司自主研发的基于内嵌式软件、人工智能算法、传感技术、CFD流体模拟计算、有线无线传输控制等技术,结合了智能控制执行器、传感器、控制调节实现单元等实现的气控智慧型调节装置。智能控制执行器集成了通讯模块(集成有线、无线原件)、中央处理器、集成外部设备(人机界面等)、执行机构、控制气体输入输出装置。传感器包括压力,流量,压差,温度,温差,能耗等类型。控制调节实现单元可以由不同类型的泵或阀门组成。本发明实现了流体的自动化调节,具有高智能,高精度,结构紧凑,占用空间小,响应迅速,远程可调控等优点,节省能源,提高利用率。

技术领域
本发明属于智能泵阀产品,具体涉及一种智慧型流体控制装置。
背景技术
在发达的现代化工业中,随着工业4.0愿景上升为国家战略布局,流体控制设备的需求越来越大,各行业的自动化程度亟待提高完善。气控阀门实现了自动化的完美控制,有效的密封机制和快速的反应控制效应,在很多领域均得到广泛使用,但由于此类设备不是体积巨大成系统出现,就是不具备单独智能自动调节功能,对人力物力要求极高,造成了生产成本的提高和资源的浪费。
在此背景下,我们研发了智慧流体集成控制单元,每一台设备都具有自己的“大脑”,既可以单独使用,又可以多台组网。既可以单独调节控制,又可以由中央控制台统一调节控制。
发明内容
随着自动化程度的日益提高,以及精细化控制深入节能领域,泵阀作为一个自动化的重要部件已经不再是一个简简单单的执行装置,我们需要赋予它更多的智慧。智慧流体集成控制单元是青岛精锐机械制造有限公司自主研发的基于嵌入式软件、传感技术、人工智能算法、CFD流体模拟计算等技术,结合传感器、智能控制器、智能控制执行器、控制调节实现单元等实现的新一代机电一体化的泵阀装置。
通过对流体信息的采集,设备根据设置要求,通过气源驱动力进行精准化开启关闭调节。智慧流体集成控制单元可以实现多种流量特性和多种启闭行程的精准量化调节。
产品特点:
A. 通过传感、测量和内嵌的人工智能算法,实现了低压损的压力无关型平衡调节功能;包括动态平衡调节、动态流量平衡、动态压差平衡、动态温度平衡控制;
B. 通过传感和人工智能算法,实现了真正意义上的自动控制调节;
C. 可实现多种参数的测量:压力、流量、压差、温度、温差、能耗等;
D. 既可以以 RS485接口,Modbus-RTU协议,和BAS无缝对接,参数上下行传输,实现远程监测与控制。又可以使用蓝牙、WIFI等无线传输技术,连接用户手机,平板中央控制器,时刻实现远程监测与控制,节省时间,提高效率。
E.智慧流体集成控制单元既可以单独使用,实现调节控制功能;又可以多台组网,实现整个流体系统的精细化调节。
F.管道连接端口多样化,法兰,快装,焊接,螺纹均可。
产品安装:
A、将智慧流体集成控制单元安装在需要进行精细化能耗控制的水力末端;
B、根据现场要求选择动态平衡调节、流量平衡控制、温度平衡控制、温差平衡控制、压力控制、压差平衡控制等;
C、置控制目标值,例如流量平衡控制,可设定流量值,同时根据控制介质冷热水温不同,设置热水控制流量和冷水控制流量;
D、可通过通讯功能,将温度、温差、压力、压差、流量、阀门开度等数据上传到中控系统。

Claims (8)

1.智慧流体集成控制单元基于内嵌式软件、人工智能算法、传感技术、CFD流体模拟计算、有线无线传输控制等技术,结合了智能控制执行器、传感器、控制调节实现单元等实现的新一代气控智慧型调节装置。
2.智能控制执行器集成了通讯模块(集成有线、无线原件)、中央处理器、集成外部设备(人机界面等)、执行机构、控制气体输入输出装置。
3.传感器包括压力,流量,压差,温度,温差,能耗等不同类型。
4.控制调节实现单元可以由不同类型的泵或者阀门组成。
5.管道连接端口多样化,法兰,快装,焊接,螺纹均可。
6.根据权利要求1所述的智慧流体集成控制单元,其特征在于在一台设备上集成了智能控制执行器、传感器和控制调节实现单元。
7.根据权利要求1、2所述的智慧流体集成控制单元,其驱动力主要以气体为主,具有有线无线远程控制及通讯功能。
8.根据权利要求1所述的智慧流体集成控制单元,连接形式可实现螺纹连接、焊接连接、法兰连接和快装连接,可满足不同工况的技术要求。
