本发明属于管路结构领域与建设领域,尤其涉及一种焊接型喷吹翻板隔断阀施工方法,可以降低焊接法兰在生产与安装过程中的成本,将管路中残存的顺酐进行清理。一种焊接型喷吹翻板隔断阀施工方法,可将焊接部通过焊接方式安装到顺酐管路中,并保证隔断阀可以正常工作,使用焊接方式将阀体与管路系统连接,省去了法兰,降低了生产隔断阀的生产成本。一种焊接型喷吹翻板隔断阀,包括蒸汽喷口与焊接部,蒸汽喷口设置在阀体内,焊接部设置在阀体两端与管道连接处。蒸汽喷口可以喷出蒸汽,蒸汽易产生高温,通过高温可以将阀体内残存的顺酐迅速汽化,继而回收利用。

技术领域
本发明属于管路结构领域与建设领域,尤其涉及一种焊接型喷吹翻板隔断阀施工方法。
背景技术
顺酐是一种常见的化工原料,具有刺激性,对人体有一定危害,且溶于水后有腐蚀性,因此在设计顺酐用管路系统时需要使用特定材料。在顺酐的物理特性中,其汽化温度较低,可利用这个特性对顺酐进行清理。
专利102927363B中公开了一种隔断阀安装的施工方法,上述方法中使用法兰将隔断阀固定到管道当中。由于顺酐行业中隔断阀并非经常进行更换的设备,因此隔断阀安装后一般不会拆卸,法兰成本较高,若不经常进行更换则使得法兰的材料成本浪费,而且在隔断阀生产过程中法兰需要焊接在阀体上,并且在管路中仍需焊接法兰,在生产与安装过程中由于法兰的存在会造成较高的成本。
另外,目前常见的隔断阀仅能起到开闭作用,而在顺酐一类化工原料运输过程中会在管路系统中残存部分原料,这一部分原料如果长时间不能清理会造成污染,同时也会造成成本上的浪费。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种可以降低焊接法兰在生产与安装过程中的成本,将管路中残存的顺酐进行清理的焊接型喷吹翻板隔断阀施工方法。
本发明的方案为:
一种焊接型喷吹翻板隔断阀施工方法,包括以下步骤:
a.切断管路,在隔断阀前的蝶阀后端安装盲板,通过法兰将盲板固定并确认密封情况;
b.拆除保温层与阻碍施工的支管、仪表;
c.搭建平台,并做好预拆管段两侧的临时支撑;
d.准备吊车并清理现场吊装障碍;
e.将预拆管段割掉;
f.清除割渣、杂物,检查切割处是否圆整、与管道同轴;
g.压缩管道补偿器;
h.拆掉隔断阀的底座与链条;
i.吊装底座,将链条放置于底座上,将底座吊装到平台上;
j.吊装阀体,使焊接部与两端管道对齐,松开补偿器,将底座与阀体固定;
k.将焊接部进行焊接;
l.安装链条,进行冷态调试,确认阀门可完成开关动作;
m.拆掉蝶阀后端盲板,连接隔断阀的控制线路与动力油路;
n.对隔断阀进行热态调试。
本发明中的安装方法省去了隔断阀生产过程与安装过程中的焊接操作,仅需在隔断阀安装到管路中时进行一次焊接,大大降低了安装成本。
优选的,压缩补偿器时使焊口两端管道距离大于隔断阀阀体厚度而具备安装余量,所述安装余量在20mm以上。须确保管道间距离足够安装隔断阀,同时可确保隔断阀工作时有足够空间供阀体运动。
优选的,将焊口进行焊接时从焊口的两侧对称操作。对称焊接可提高焊口的质量,保证圆整程度。
一种焊接型喷吹翻板隔断阀,包括阀体、盲板、推板机构、传动机构,阀体分为两段,盲板位于两段阀体之间,阀体通过3根丝杠轴连接,盲板与其中1根丝杠轴转动连接,盲板与推板机构连接,丝杠轴与传动机构连接,还包括蒸汽喷口与焊接部,蒸汽喷口设置在阀体内,焊接部设置在阀体两端与管道连接处。蒸汽喷口可以喷出蒸汽,蒸汽易产生高温,通过高温可以将阀体内残存的顺酐迅速汽化,继而回收利用。使用焊接方式将阀体与管路系统连接,降低了生产隔断阀的成本。
其中,所述蒸汽喷口为带有气孔的弧形管状结构,通过通气管与阀体外连接。结构简单,容易实现。
其中,所述蒸汽喷口为多个凸起的橡胶喷头,设置在阀体上,阀体上有通孔与橡胶喷头对应。喷气效果更好,阀体内部结构更简洁。
优选的,所述盲板上有盲孔与通孔,盲孔与通孔周围设置密封圈,所述密封圈凸出盲板,凸出部分截面形状为矩形或圆弧形。不同截面形状的密封圈可以适应多种作业环境。
优选的,所述传动装置包括链轮与链条,所述链轮设置在丝杠轴的一端,由链条连接,链条与液压缸连接。使用链条传动,优点在于方便维修与更换。
优选的,所述丝杠轴一端设置手动控制装置,手动控制装置为凸起的棱柱。发生故障时可以手动进行控制,拆除链条后将扳手套在手动控制装置上转动丝杠轴便可使阀体打开或关闭,可以在故障时手动控制将阀体打开。
优选的,还包括外部罩壳,所述盲板设置在外部罩壳内。隔断阀外安装罩壳可以减少开启时顺酐的泄漏。
优选的,所述的阀体与盲板使用302不锈钢材质。302不锈钢具有具有良好的耐蚀性、耐热性,并且强度高。
本发明有益效果为:
焊接型喷吹翻板隔断阀施工方法可简化安装过程,降低安装成本;
焊接型喷吹翻板隔断阀简化掉了法兰,且减少了一次焊接操作,降低了生产与安装的成本;蒸汽喷口可以喷出高温蒸汽,将残存在阀体内的顺酐汽化,从而加以回收,且减少了残存顺酐造成的污染。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步详细描述。
实施例一
如图1图2所示,一种焊接型喷吹翻板隔断阀,包括阀体1、盲板2、推板机构3、传动机构4。阀体1分为2段,通过3根丝杠轴5连接,丝杠轴5一端为轴,一端带有螺纹,3根丝杠轴5以正三角形顶点的方式分布在阀体1通孔的周围。顶部的丝杠轴5上安装盲板2,推板机构3连接阀体1与盲板2,推板机构3为液压缸。传动机构4包括链条41、链轮42、传动液压缸43和连接件44,链轮42设置在丝杠轴5的端部,链条41将链轮42串联,并通过连接件44与传动液压缸43连接。
盲板2上在盲孔与通孔周围设置密封圈21,密封圈21凸出盲板2表面,凸出部分的截面形状为方形或圆弧形。丝杠轴5的一段设置手动控制部51,手动控制部51为凸出的多棱柱,通过手柄与之连接可进行手动控制。在阀体1的内部设置蒸汽喷口6,蒸汽喷口6为弧形管状,其表面有孔,并与阀体1外部的蒸汽发生器连接。阀体1上设置焊接部7,将隔断阀直接焊接在管路系统中,可以降低生产成本。
实施例二
蒸汽喷口6为多个独立喷口,在阀体1内凸出,设置在阀体1上相应的通孔中,并连接外部蒸汽发生器。其他与实施例一基本相同。
实施例三
一种焊接型喷吹翻板隔断阀施工方法,包括以下步骤:
a.切断管路,在隔断阀前的蝶阀后端安装盲板,通过法兰将盲板固定并确认密封情况;
b.拆除保温层与阻碍施工的支管、仪表;
c.搭建平台,并做好预拆管段两侧的临时支撑;
d.准备吊车并清理现场吊装障碍;
e.将预拆管段割掉;
f.清除割渣、杂物,使用水平尺检查切割处是否圆整、与管道同轴,若切割处与管道不同轴,需对切割处进行打磨修整,直至与管道同轴;
g.压缩补偿器,压缩补偿器时使焊口两端管道距离大于隔断阀阀体厚度而具备安装余量,所述安装余量在20mm以上;
h.拆掉隔断阀的底座与链条41;
i.吊装底座,将链条41放置于底座上,将底座吊装到平台上;
j.吊装阀体,使焊接部7与两端管道对齐,松开补偿器,将底座与阀体固定;
k.将焊接部7与管道焊接固定,焊接时从焊口的两侧对称操作;
l.安装链条41,进行冷态调试,确认阀门可完成开关动作;
m.拆掉蝶阀后端盲板,更换垫圈后拧紧法兰螺栓,并确认密封情况,连接控制隔断阀的油路与隔断阀上各电气控制开关的线路;
n.对隔断阀进行热态调试,确保隔断阀在工作状态下可正常使用。
至此焊接型喷吹翻板隔断阀安装完成。

Claims (10)

1.一种焊接型喷吹翻板隔断阀施工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a.切断管路,在隔断阀前的蝶阀后端安装盲板,通过法兰将盲板固定并确认密封情况;
b.拆除保温层与阻碍施工的支管、仪表;
c.搭建平台,并做好预拆管段两侧的临时支撑;
d.准备吊车并清理现场吊装障碍;
e.将预拆管段割掉;
f.清除割渣、杂物,检查焊口是否圆整、与管道同轴;
g.压缩管道补偿器;
h.拆掉隔断阀的底座与链条;
i.吊装底座,将链条放置于底座上,将底座吊装到平台上;
j.吊装阀体,使焊口与两端管道对齐,松开补偿器,将底座与阀体固定;
k.将焊口进行焊接;
l.安装链条,进行冷态调试,确认阀门可完成开关动作;
m.拆掉蝶阀后端盲板,连接隔断阀的控制线路与动力油路;
n.对隔断阀进行热态调试。
2.如权利要求1所述的焊接型喷吹翻板隔断阀施工方法,其特征在于,压缩补偿器时使焊口两端管道距离大于隔断阀阀体厚度20mm以上。
3.如权利要求1所述的焊接型喷吹翻板隔断阀施工方法,其特征在于,将焊口进行焊接时从焊口的两侧对称操作。
4.一种焊接型喷吹翻板隔断阀,包括阀体、盲板、推板机构、传动机构,阀体分为两段,盲板位于两段阀体之间,阀体通过3根丝杠轴连接,盲板与其中1根丝杠轴转动连接,盲板与推板机构连接,丝杠轴与传动机构连接,其特征在于,还包括蒸汽喷口与焊接部,蒸汽喷口设置在阀体内,焊接部设置在阀体两端与管道连接处。
5.如权利要求4所述的焊接型喷吹翻板隔断阀,其特征在于,所述蒸汽喷口为带有气孔的弧形管状结构,通过通气管与阀体外连接。
6.如权利要求4所述的焊接型喷吹翻板隔断阀,其特征在于,所述蒸汽喷口为多个凸起的橡胶喷头,设置在阀体上,阀体上有通孔与橡胶喷头对应。
7.如权利要求4所述的焊接型喷吹翻板隔断阀,其特征在于,所述盲板上有盲孔与通孔,盲孔与通孔周围设置密封圈,所述密封圈凸出盲板,凸出部分截面形状为矩形或圆弧形。
8.如权利要求4所述的焊接型喷吹翻板隔断阀,其特征在于,所述传动装置包括链轮与链条,所述链轮设置在丝杠轴的一端,由链条连接,链条与液压缸连接。
9.如权利要求4所述的焊接型喷吹翻板隔断阀,其特征在于,所述丝杠轴一端设置手动控制装置。
10.如权利要求4所述的焊接型喷吹翻板隔断阀,其特征在于,还包括外部罩壳,所述盲板设置在外部罩壳内。
